How do you deal with the loss of a loved one? That's the topic of this episode. If you're firm in your faith you understand that death is not the end and that you'll see your loved ones again. But there are many different factors that make dealing with that loss difficult in this life. I dive into these topics on this episode.

The third commandment is all about keeping the sabbath holy, but what does that mean? I attempt to break it down into 3 concise bullet points in this episode. This may just be the information you need to hear.

We're living in a heated political era here in the USA. We appear to be divided in a unique way that won't be soon forgotten. All of this got me thinking, what side would Jesus be on? What would his viewpoints be? How would he handle the current landscape and what would he preach? Honestly, I don't believe his viewpoints have change all that much in the last couple thousand years.

When does something feel okay versus when does it go over the line? A lot of times we may feel like we're walking a 'tight rope' with certain issues; too much sway in one direction and the scales are unbalanced. This can be applied to many different topics. In this episode I focus on one in particular; the tendency to feel like we're 'better' than other people, and how that clashes with what our faith may teach us.

What happens when a day goes from bad to worse? The snowball effect is a very real thing and I try to unpack this with a timely real world example of something I just went through myself. What are your thoughts and personal anecdotes of instances when your day went from bad to worse? What did you learn from those challenges?

Ever wonder what it takes to be a spiritual role model for someone in your life? Well, so do I haha. I'm not claiming to be a pro in this arena but I do have some thoughts you might want to consider if someone in your life is asking you for guidance.

In the second episode on the 10 Commandments I tackle the 2nd commandment of Thou shall not take the name of the Lord thy God in vain. What experience do you have with this commandment?
