Drawing from her personal experience and professional expertise, Jen is passionate about helping women navigate the challenges of marriage, long-term partnerships and personal growth in relationships with intention and confidence.

    Unmasking Eating Disorders: Honest Conversations and Hidden Struggles

    Megan White received her Bachelor's of Science in Psychology and Neuroscience from College of Charleston and her Master's in Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University with a concentration in Clinical Social Work. She has worked in the mental health field for 12 years with nearly a decade of experience working with clients who have eating disorders. She is passionate about helping clients reclaim their mind-body connection and find their identity and power outside of their eating disorder.  Megan’s clinical approach is eclectic and blends her neuroscience and pharmacology research background with her clinical experience and knowledge of psychological theory.  She is accepting new clients in March 2025.
