Angels Part One
Angels – Part OneCharles CappsAngels are an important part of God's creation, yet they are often misunderstood. The Bible reveals that angels are ministering spirits sent by God to serve His purposes and minister to those who belong to Him. Understanding their biblical role strengthens our confidence in God's care without taking our focus off Jesus Christ. In this episode, we'll begin a biblical study of angels and discover what God's Word teaches about these heavenly servants. We'll explore:Who angels are and why God created them. The purpose of angels in God's plan of redemption. How angels minister to believers according to God's will. The relationship between God's Word, faith, and angelic ministry. Why our authority comes through Jesus Christ—not through angels themselves.Avoiding myths and remaining grounded in biblical truth.Living with confidence, knowing God is actively working on behalf of His children. The Bible reminds us that while angels serve an important role, our worship belongs to God alone. As we trust the Lord and walk in obedience to His Word, we can rest in the assurance that He faithfully watches over His people.Hebrews 1:13–14Psalm 91:11–12Psalm 103:20–21Daniel 6:22Acts 12:7–11Luke 2:8–14Revelation 22:8–9Thank you for joining us on Cat81 Radio. A Substitute King
A Substitute KingPastor Jimmy PurchaseThroughout history, people have often exchanged God's perfect leadership for something that seemed more appealing, more familiar, or more comfortable. Israel's request for an earthly king is a sobering reminder that whenever we replace God's authority with our own desires, we settle for less than His best. The account is rooted in 1 Samuel 8, where the people asked for a human king instead of trusting the Lord's rule.In this episode, we'll examine what it means to make something—or someone—a substitute king in our lives, and why Jesus Christ alone deserves the throne of our hearts. We'll explore:Why Israel demanded a king like the surrounding nations. The danger of placing our confidence in people rather than God.How success, possessions, relationships, or self-will can become substitute kings. The blessings that come from fully surrendering to God's authority.Recognizing idols that quietly compete for our devotion. Why Jesus is the only King who can truly save, lead, and satisfy.Living daily under the loving lordship of Christ.Every one of us must answer the same question: Who is truly King of my life? When we remove every substitute and place Jesus on the throne of our hearts, we discover the peace, purpose, and freedom that only He can provide.1 Samuel 8:4–221 Samuel 12:20–25Psalm 20:7Proverbs 3:5–6Colossians 1:15–18Philippians 2:9–11Revelation 19:16Thank you for joining us on Cat81 Radio. "No Straps" The Terrified Vietnam Vet I'll Never forget
🎙️ “NO STRAPS!” — The Terrified Vietnam Veteran I’ll Never Forget🚑 The Story: In 1983, Allan transported “Ray,” a deeply traumatized Vietnam veteran, from the Miami VA to a nearby psychiatric hospital. One request dominated the short ride: “No straps.”💔 Behind the Behavior: The man others feared opened up, cried, and asked Allan to stay with him. Sometimes what looks like anger or aggression is hiding tremendous pain.✝️ The Message: We often see a person's behavior. God sees their entire story.📖 Scripture: Mark 5 • Galatians 6:2 • Psalm 139🙏 Takeaway: Look deeper. Listen longer. Show compassion. Sometimes God only asks us to walk beside someone for one mile.🎧 Cat81 Radio — Hosted by Allan, Jaggy & Tedi

Fresh Eggs--Go Straight To The Source
Fresh Eggs: Go Straight to the SourceToday on Cat81 Radio, Allan shares a simple lesson inspired by his regular trips to a local farm for fresh eggs.Watching chickens scratch through the grass, eating bugs, seeds, and natural forage brings up an important question: What are we feeding our hearts and minds? What goes in eventually affects what comes out.Just as Allan goes directly to the farm for fresh eggs, when our souls are hungry, we need to go directly to the Source—Jesus Christ.Jesus is the Bread of Life. He offers forgiveness, new life, and salvation through His death on the cross and resurrection.Key Scriptures: John 6:35 • Matthew 4:4 • Lamentations 3:22–23 • Romans 6:23 • John 14:6Hosted by Allan, Jaggy & Tedi — Cat81 Radio

The Little Boy In Miami
Cat81 Radio — Show NotesThe Little Boy in MiamiA Lesson About Seeing the ForgottenHost: Allan LondonCo-hosts: Jaggy and TediCat81 Radio — South FloridaYears ago, while working off duty from the fire department for an ambulance company in downtown Miami, Allan and his coworker were dispatched on what appeared to be a routine transport. They were sent to pick up an eight-year-old boy and transport him to the hospital for an examination on behalf of Child Protective Services. But when they arrived, what they found was anything but routine. The little boy was alone in a full-body cast. His father wasn't home. The home was a mess. There was virtually no food available to him. An old cereal box sat on the table, but even if there had been something inside it, this child—immobilized in a body cast—couldn't simply get up and feed himself. For Allan and his coworker, this wasn't just another ambulance call.It was a little boy who needed somebody to see him. There are people all around us who are hurting quietly. Some are physically trapped.Others are trapped by loneliness, neglect, fear, poverty, grief, addiction, or circumstances nobody else can see.It is easy to walk through life noticing what is obvious while overlooking the person who desperately needs someone to stop.Jesus never lived that way.“For I was hungry, and you gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink…”— Matthew 25:35 (KJV)Jesus teaches us that when we care for someone who is hungry, hurting, forgotten, or unable to care for themselves, our compassion has eternal significance. There are no routine calls when a human life is involved.Sometimes God places us somewhere because someone needs us at that exact moment.Compassion begins by noticing what others have overlooked.A person doesn't have to ask for help before we recognize that they need it.We may never know how much one act of kindness means to someone who feels forgotten.Who is the “little boy in Miami” in your life today?Who has God placed in front of you that everyone else seems to have overlooked? You may not be able to fix everything that is wrong in their life. But you can stop. You can see them. You can care. And you can show them through your actions that God has not forgotten them.Matthew 25:35–40 — What we do for the least of these, we do for Christ.Luke 10:30–37 — The Good Samaritan stopped when others passed by.James 2:15–17 — Faith must be accompanied by action.Psalm 82:3 — Defend the poor and fatherless; do justice to the afflicted and needy.Proverbs 31:8–9 — Speak for those who cannot speak for themselves. That ambulance call happened many years ago, but the image of that little boy remained. Some calls end when you clear the hospital.Others stay with you for the rest of your life. And perhaps God allows some of them to stay because their lesson isn't finished.Don't walk past the forgotten. When God puts someone in your path who cannot help himself, be the person who stops.Today’s MessageThe Spiritual LessonKey TakeawaysA Question for All of UsScripture ReferencesClosing Thought

When We Don't See The Whole Picture
Cat81 RadioSermon: When We Don't See the Whole PictureHosted by Allan, Jaggy & TediSometimes we look at a situation and believe we understand exactly what is happening—only to discover that we were seeing just one small piece of a much bigger picture. In this true story from Cat81 Radio, Allan shares what happened while making his nightly rounds feeding community cats at a local shopping center. Three very young baby raccoons appeared without their mother, and after several days, only one remained in sight.Concerned that the little raccoon might be orphaned—and noticing that it seemed wobbly—Allan caught the baby with a net, intending to bring it to South Florida Wildlife where it could be protected and cared for.But Allan had also been praying for God's guidance because he knew that, whenever possible, a young raccoon belongs with its mother. Then an adult raccoon suddenly appeared.Could this be mama?Allan made the decision to release the frightened little baby near her and trust that he was doing the right thing. The following night brought the answer to those prayers: the baby was with its mother. And a night or two later came an even greater surprise:All three babies were alive, healthy, and together again with mama. The experience became a powerful reminder that what we see isn't always the whole story.Just because Allan couldn't see mama didn't mean mama wasn't there. And just because we can't see God working in our lives doesn't mean God isn't there.Proverbs 3:5–6“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding.”Hebrews 11:1“Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see.”Isaiah 55:8–9God reminds us that His thoughts and His ways are higher than ours.James 1:5When we lack wisdom, we are instructed to ask God.Matthew 10:29–31Jesus reminds us that God's care extends even to the sparrows—and that we are of tremendous value to Him.We can have a good heart and incomplete information at the same time.Sometimes faith means acting. Sometimes faith means waiting, praying, watching, and asking God for wisdom before we act. When circumstances don't make sense and you can't see what God is doing, remember those three little raccoons:You may not be seeing the whole picture. But God does.🙏 Trust Him. Pray for wisdom. And don't mistake what you cannot see for what isn't there.Cat81 Radio — South FloridaHosted by Allan, Jaggy & TediScriptureToday's Message

Cat81 Radio Show NotesDealing with a Thorn in Your SideInspired by David JeremiahKey Scripture:"My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness." — 2 Corinthians 12:9Everyone experiences a "thorn"—a trial, weakness, loss, or ongoing struggle.God doesn't always remove our thorns, but He always supplies His grace. Our greatest weaknesses can become God's greatest opportunities to display His strength.Trials deepen our dependence on Christ and strengthen our faith.God's purpose is not simply our comfort but our spiritual growth and Christlike character.2 Corinthians 12:7–10Romans 8:28James 1:2–4Isaiah 41:10Philippians 4:13At Cat81 Radio, Jaggy and Tedi remind me that every day is a gift from God. Caring for aging or sick animals has taught me that faith isn't about having an easy path—it's about trusting the Lord through every challenge. Even when our thorn remains, God's grace is enough, and His presence never leaves us.Closing Thought:Your thorn may not disappear today, but God's grace is already there. Lean into Him, and you'll discover that His strength shines brightest where yours comes to an end.Main PointsSupporting ScripturesCat81 Reflection

Believe It So You Can See It
Cat81 Radio Show NotesBelieve It So You Can See ItAndrew WommackKey Scripture:“For we walk by faith, not by sight.” — 2 Corinthians 5:7The world says, “I’ll believe it when I see it.” God says, believe first, and then you will see.Faith trusts God’s Word even before circumstances change.Faith does not deny the problem; it believes God is greater than the problem.Abraham believed God’s promise before Isaac was born.Jesus said, “Blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed.”Hebrews 11:1Romans 4:17–21Mark 11:22–24John 20:292 Corinthians 5:7Here at Cat81 Radio, with Jaggy and Tedi beside me in the studio, I am reminded that faith often means trusting God one day at a time. We may not always see the answer immediately, but we can still believe that God is present, faithful, and working behind the scenes.Closing Thought:Don’t wait until you see the miracle to believe God. Don't Be Afraid Of Pressure Part Two
Cat81 Radio / Cat81 InsightsDon't Be Afraid of Pressure – Part Two Creflo DollarIn Part One, we learned that pressure is unavoidable, but fear is optional. Today we take the next step: How do we live victoriously when the pressure doesn't immediately disappear?God doesn't simply rescue us from every difficult situation. Often, He strengthens us in the middle of it. As our faith matures, we discover that the same pressure designed to break us can become the very thing God uses to build our character and deepen our trust in Him.Philippians 4:6–7"Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God... will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."2 Corinthians 12:9"My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness."Isaiah 26:3"Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee."Romans 5:3–5"...tribulation worketh patience; and patience, experience; and experience, hope."When life becomes difficult, our first response should never be panic. It should be prayer. The enemy wants pressure to push us away from God.The Holy Spirit uses pressure to draw us closer to Him.Prayer isn't our last resort. It's our greatest privilege.Pressure often begins as an external problem.Fear becomes dangerous when it settles into our minds.Ask yourself:What am I dwelling on?What voices am I listening to?Are my thoughts producing faith or fear?Fill your heart daily with God's Word. The battle is often won or lost in the mind before it ever reaches the circumstances. The words we speak reveal what fills our hearts.Rather than saying:"I'll never make it."Choose to declare:God is faithful.God is my provider.God is my strength.God is working even when I cannot see it.Faith speaks God's promises even before circumstances change.Paul prayed repeatedly for his burden to be removed.Instead, God reminded him:"My grace is sufficient."Sometimes God changes the situation.Sometimes He changes us while we're in it.Either way, His grace never runs out.We naturally want immediate relief.God often desires lasting transformation.Every trial can strengthen:PatienceHumilityCompassionPerseveranceDependence upon ChristNothing surrendered to God is ever wasted. This week, choose to:Begin every morning with Scripture.Spend more time praying than worrying.Thank God before you see the breakthrough.Encourage someone else who is under pressure.Remember God's faithfulness in your past victories. If He brought you through yesterday...He will be faithful today. Many of you have walked with me through Jaggy's health journey. Some days bring hope. Some days bring difficult decisions. But one lesson keeps returning to my heart:Pressure teaches us to treasure every moment.A quiet purr.A gentle head bump.A peaceful nap in the sunshine. These simple gifts remind me that God is present in both the victories and the valleys.Even when we don't understand His plan, we can trust His heart.Pressure is temporary.God's promises are eternal. The storm may be loud, but His voice is greater.Keep praying.Keep believing.Keep standing. The same God who carried you yesterday is already waiting in your tomorrow. He has never failed you.And He never will.Thank you for joining us on Cat81 Radio and Cat81 Insights.Until next time, remember:"Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you." — 1 Peter 5:7God bless you, and may His peace guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus.Key ScripturesMain Discussion Points1. Every Rescue Begins With Someone Answering The Call
Cat81 InsightsEvery Rescue Begins with One StepHosts: Allan, Jaggy & Tedi"Carry each other's burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ."Galatians 6:2Sometimes God places a need directly in our path—not because we can solve it alone, but because He wants us to take the first step.In this episode, Allan shares the true story of a baby blue jay fledgling that became trapped nearly twenty feet high in a tree. South Florida Wildlife called for help, but Allan's twelve-foot ladder wasn't tall enough to reach the bird. Instead of giving up, he made one more call. Fire Rescue responded, safely brought the little blue jay down, and Allan transported it to South Florida Wildlife, where it was given another chance at life. The lesson is simple: every rescue begins with one step of obedience. When we do what we can, God often provides the people, resources, and strength to accomplish what we cannot.God often answers prayer through ordinary people willing to serve.Compassion moves us to act instead of simply feeling sorry. We aren't called to do everything—we're called to do our part. When one person can't complete the rescue, God brings others alongside.Small acts of obedience can become powerful testimonies of God's love.I couldn't reach that little blue jay by myself. My ladder wasn't tall enough. But God already had the solution. Fire Rescue became part of the rescue, and together we were able to save a life that otherwise may have been lost. That's how God often works in our own lives. He asks us to take the first step, and then He provides what we lack.Jaggy reminds us that every life matters. Sometimes the smallest and weakest creatures teach us the greatest lessons about compassion, perseverance, and trusting God.Tedi reminds us that God rarely calls us to stand alone. He places people in our path with different gifts and abilities so that together we can accomplish His purpose.Ask yourself today:Is God asking me to take the first step?Am I waiting because I think I don't have enough?Who can I encourage or help today, trusting God to provide the rest?Remember, God isn't looking for perfection. He's looking for obedience.Heavenly Father, thank You for reminding us that every rescue begins with one step of faith. Help us to notice those You place in our path and give us the courage to act. When our abilities fall short, remind us that You are already preparing the people and resources needed to complete Your work. May our lives reflect Your compassion each and every day. In Jesus' name, Amen. This is Allan, Jaggy, and Tedi from Cat81 Insights, reminding you that God can use one phone call, one act of kindness, and one willing heart to change a life forever.Because every rescue begins with one step... and God takes it from there.Theme VerseEpisode SummaryKey TakeawaysAllan's ReflectionJaggy's CornerTedi's ThoughtLife

Don't Be Afraid Of Pressure Part One
Cat81 Radio / Cat81 InsightsDon't Be Afraid of Pressure – Part One by Creflo DollarPressure is something every believer experiences. Financial pressure. Family pressure. Health challenges. Spiritual attacks. The question isn't whether pressure will come—the question is how we will respond when it does.In this episode, we explore why God never intended for pressure to control His children. Instead of allowing circumstances to dictate our peace, we're called to stand on His promises, trust His faithfulness, and discover that pressure can become an opportunity for spiritual growth.John 16:33"In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world."Isaiah 41:10"Fear thou not; for I am with thee... I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee."Romans 8:28"And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God..."James 1:2–4Trials develop perseverance, maturity, and steadfast faith.Every believer will face seasons of pressure.Financial uncertaintyPhysical illnessRelationship strugglesUnexpected setbacksSpiritual warfarePressure is not proof that God has abandoned you.Fear magnifies problems. When we continually focus on the circumstance instead of God's promises, anxiety grows and faith begins to shrink.God repeatedly tells His people:"Do not fear."Difficult moments often expose where our confidence really lies.Do we trust:Our own abilities?Other people?Money?Circumstances?Or do we trust the Lord?Pressure often becomes God's classroom for developing deeper faith.Jesus never promised an easy life.He promised His presence.God's peace doesn't depend on everything going well. His peace guards our hearts even while storms continue around us.Sometimes God is doing His greatest work behind the scenes. What feels like delay may actually be preparation. What appears to be defeat may become the foundation for an incredible testimony.Never assume God is absent simply because life is difficult. When pressure comes:Pray before you panic.Fill your mind with Scripture.Refuse to let fear dictate your decisions.Thank God before you see the answer.Trust His timing.Keep moving forward one faithful step at a time.As many of you know, our beloved Jaggy has been facing significant health challenges. There have been moments when the pressure has felt overwhelming—watching someone you love struggle can test your faith and your emotions. But even during those difficult days, God continues to remind me that His grace is sufficient. Every small victory becomes a reason to give thanks, and every new day is another opportunity to trust Him more deeply.Sometimes faith isn't about having all the answers—it's about continuing to believe when you don't.Pressure doesn't have to produce fear.It can produce faith.God is bigger than your circumstances, stronger than your fears, and already present in the middle of whatever you're facing today.Hold on.Stand firm.Keep trusting. This is only Part One.Thank you for listening to Cat81 Radio and Cat81 Insights.May the Lord strengthen your heart, fill you with His peace, and remind you that no amount of pressure is greater than His power.Key ScripturesMain Discussion Points1. Act Like Men
Cat81 Radio / Cat81 InsightsEpisode Title: Act Like Men – Stand Firm in a Compromised WorldInspired by the teaching of Joby MartinIn today’s episode, we tackle a message that’s both challenging and necessary: What does it truly mean to “act like men” in today’s world?Drawing from powerful biblical principles and teachings emphasized by Pastor Joby Martin, we explore what real, godly masculinity looks like—not the world’s version, but God’s design. This message isn’t about toughness without purpose—it’s about strength rooted in faith, courage anchored in truth, and leadership defined by love and responsibility.1 Corinthians 16:13–14 (ESV)“Be watchful, stand firm in the faith, act like men, be strong. Let all that you do be done in love.”1. Be Watchful – Stay Spiritually AlertWe are in a spiritual battle whether we acknowledge it or not.Men are called to be aware, discerning, and grounded in truth—not passive or distracted.2. Stand Firm in the FaithThis is not a time for compromise.Standing firm means holding the line on God’s Word—even when culture pushes back.3. Act Like Men – Biblical Masculinity DefinedThis is not about ego, pride, or dominance. It means:Taking responsibilityProtecting what God has entrusted to youLeading with integrityOwning your actionsReal men don’t run from accountability—they embrace it.4. Be Strong – But Not AloneStrength is not self-reliance—it’s God-reliance.True strength is found in surrender to Christ, not independence from Him.5. Let Everything Be Done in LoveThis is the anchor. Without love, strength becomes harshness.Godly masculinity is strong and compassionate.Leading your family spirituallyShowing up when it’s hardSpeaking truth with graceServing others selflesslyStanding for righteousness, even when it costs youEven in seasons of weakness, there’s still purpose.Jaggy reminds us that strength isn’t always loud—sometimes it’s simply enduring, showing up, and receiving love.Tedi, as always, keeps the balance—because even in serious moments, joy still matters. The world doesn’t need more passive men.It needs men of God—grounded, courageous, faithful, and loving.Stand firm.Step up.Act like men—God’s way.If this message spoke to you, share it with someone who needs encouragement today. And remember—your life is your ministry.Cat81 Radio / Cat81 InsightsReal Talk. How demonic Forces Control People
Cat81 Radio Show NotesHow Demonic Forces Control People: Lessons from Elijah's Battle with DarknessFeaturing Mark DriscollWelcome to Cat81 Radio with Allan and his faithful feline co-hosts, Jaggy and Tedi.In this powerful teaching, Pastor Mark Driscoll examines the reality of spiritual warfare through the life of the prophet Elijah. After one of the greatest victories recorded in Scripture on Mount Carmel, Elijah unexpectedly found himself overwhelmed by fear, isolation, exhaustion, and despair. Driscoll explains how the enemy often attacks believers after significant spiritual victories and how Satan seeks to discourage, deceive, and weaken God's people.🐾 Jaggy and Tedi join us as we explore:The spiritual battle between Elijah and the prophets of Baal. How Elijah confronted an entire culture that had turned away from God.Why spiritual victories are often followed by spiritual attacks. The influence of fear and intimidation through Jezebel's threats. How isolation can make believers vulnerable to discouragement. The connection between physical exhaustion and spiritual weakness. The enemy's strategy of convincing believers they are alone.God's compassionate response to Elijah's despair. The importance of rest, nourishment, prayer, and renewed purpose. How Christians can recognize and resist spiritual attacks today. After Elijah's dramatic victory on Mount Carmel, where God answered by fire and demonstrated His power before the nation, Queen Jezebel threatened his life. Rather than celebrating his victory, Elijah fled into the wilderness discouraged and afraid.Pastor Driscoll highlights that Elijah:Became physically exhausted.Isolated himself from others.Lost perspective on God's work.Believed he was the only faithful servant left.Desired to give up.Yet God did not condemn Elijah. Instead, He cared for him, provided food and rest, spoke to him gently, and reminded him that he was not alone.1 Kings 18 — Elijah and the prophets of Baal1 Kings 19 — Elijah's flight into the wildernessEphesians 6:10-18 — The Armor of GodJames 4:7 — Resist the devil and he will flee from you1 Peter 5:8-9 — Be alert and watchful2 Corinthians 10:3-5 — Taking thoughts captiveRomans 8:37 — More than conquerors through ChristPastor Driscoll teaches that believers face an unseen battle that often targets the mind, emotions, and spiritual life. One of the enemy's most effective tools is convincing people that their situation is hopeless and that God has abandoned them.Like Elijah, people often pull away from others when they are struggling. God designed believers to live in fellowship and community.Rather than rebuking Elijah, God ministered to his needs and restored his strength before giving him new assignments. The believer's confidence is not found in personal strength but in the finished work of Jesus Christ. Many of us can relate to Elijah. We may experience seasons of exhaustion, loss, caregiving responsibilities, stress, or spiritual battles that leave us feeling overwhelmed. Yet the same God who cared for Elijah still cares for His people today.Whether you're serving your family, caring for animals, helping others, or simply trying to remain faithful through difficult circumstances, remember that God sees you, strengthens you, and walks beside you.🐾 Jaggy and Tedi remind us that even in life's hardest seasons, we are never alone.Mark Driscoll is a pastor, author, and Bible teacher known for his teachings on discipleship, spiritual warfare, biblical leadership, and Christian living.Cat81 Radio — Proclaiming the hope of Jesus Christ, with Allan, Jaggy, and Tedi."Yet I reserve seven thousand in Israel—all whose knees have not bowed down to Baal." — 1 Kings 19:18"Greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world." — 1 John 4:4 ✝️🐾

How To Tell If A Demon Is Assigned To You
🎙️ Cat81 Radio Show NotesHow to Tell if a Demon Is Assigned to YouTeaching by Vlad SavchukIn this powerful and sobering message, Vlad Savchuk teaches on the reality of spiritual warfare and how demonic attacks can influence a believer’s mind, emotions, relationships, and spiritual life. Grounded in Scripture, this teaching helps Christians recognize the enemy’s tactics while remaining focused on the victory and authority found in Jesus Christ.Vlad explains that spiritual attacks often reveal themselves through persistent fear, confusion, heaviness, temptation, condemnation, addiction, discouragement, and repeated destructive cycles. He emphasizes that the enemy seeks to weaken prayer, distract believers from God’s purpose, and isolate people from fellowship and truth. This teaching is not designed to create fear, but awareness and discernment. Listeners are reminded that believers overcome through repentance, prayer, worship, fasting, obedience to God’s Word, and the power of the Holy Spirit.Throughout the teaching, Pastor Vlad also gives significant credit to the ministry and decades of deliverance work of Bob Larson. Hope When You Can't See Tomorrow
Cat 81 Radio – Show NotesHope When You Can't See TomorrowHosts: Allan, Jaggy, and TediThere are seasons in life when tomorrow seems hidden behind a wall of uncertainty. We pray. We wait. We wonder if things will ever get better. For me, that season has been with my beloved cat, Jaggy. For months I've watched him battle diabetes, lose weight, refuse food, require insulin, subcutaneous fluids, glucose testing, medications, and countless trips to the veterinarian. There have been long nights with almost no sleep, moments of fear when his blood sugar dropped dangerously low, and mornings when I honestly didn't know what the next few hours would bring.Yet through it all, God has remained faithful. This episode isn't just about a sick cat. It's about learning to trust God when you cannot see tomorrow."For we walk by faith, not by sight."— 2 Corinthians 5:7"Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding."— Proverbs 3:5–6"When I am afraid, I put my trust in You."— Psalms 56:3"The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit."— Psalms 34:18Many of you have followed Jaggy's story. He's more than a pet. He's my companion. My studio cat.My friend. He has been with me through hundreds of Cat 81 Radio episodes. Then diabetes entered our lives.Suddenly every day became filled with:Blood glucose checksInsulin injectionsSpecial foodAppetite problemsHydration treatmentsMedicationsEndless worryThere were moments I wondered..."Lord...are we going to get through this?"People often see the finished podcast. They don't see:Getting up at two in the morning.Giving Jaggy fluids.Syringe-feeding him when he wouldn't eat.Checking his glucose before dawn.Wondering if I should give insulin or wait.Sitting beside him while he hid in the bathroom because he didn't feel well. Those are the moments where faith becomes real.Biblical hope isn't pretending everything is okay.Hope is believing God is still working even when you can't see Him working.Abraham hoped.Joseph hoped.David hoped.Elijah hoped after wanting to give up.Job hoped while losing almost everything.Their circumstances changed eventually. But first...God changed them.Sometimes we ask God for immediate healing.Sometimes He gives us strength instead.Sometimes He gives wisdom.Sometimes He gives another day.Sometimes He simply reminds us:"I am with you."That has carried me through many sleepless nights. Some people ask,"Why do you spend so much time helping animals?"Because compassion reflects the heart of God.The same God who notices every sparrow also notices every tear.Every feeding.Every rescue.Every act of kindness matters.Jaggy may never understand everything I've done for him.But he knows he's loved.Isn't that much like us?We don't always understand God's plan. But we can rest in His love. There are seasons when we cannot see tomorrow.Health struggles.Financial pressure.Broken relationships.Loss.Fear.But God already stands in tomorrow.Nothing surprises Him.Nothing catches Him off guard. Our job isn't to know the future. Our job is simply to trust the One who does.Jaggy has reminded me that:Faith grows in uncertainty.Love requires sacrifice.Compassion costs something.Hope is a daily choice.God is faithful one day at a time.If you're carrying a heavy burden today...Don't give up.Maybe you're praying for someone you love.Maybe you're facing illness.Maybe you're exhausted.Maybe you've cried more than anyone knows.Keep walking. One step. One prayer. One day.God is already waiting in your tomorrow.Father,Thank You for walking with us through the valleys of life.Help us trust You when we cannot see what tomorrow holds.Give peace to those who are anxious.Strength to those who are weary.Healing according to Your perfect will.Teach us to walk by faith and not by sight. In Jesus Name, Amen
