    When we hit our limits, that's when we really find out who we are. I’m super intrigued by what it takes to push yourself and the insights you gain along the way. This throwback episode features ultra runner Phil Gore, who just became the World Backyard Ultra Champion (a title that has been beaten since then).He completed a mind-blowing 102 laps of 6.7 km each, running for 102 hours straight without stopping. Since then, Phil has gone on to compete overseas in the Backyard Ultra World Championships and recently helped Australia snag second place in the World Backyard Ultra Team Championships.     Geelong Footballer Daniel Menzel On Self Belief, support and hard work.

    This conversation is with Daniel Menzel, Dan is the only AFL player to ever return from 4 knee reconstructions, Dan Missed close to four years of football, that’s 1450 days of not doing what you love and what you get paid to do. Dan returned in 2015 to kick for goals in his first game back and this year was in career best form, before being injured.
