    Intro to the Psalms

The Psalms are a singing theology and a theology that makes us want to sing. In them we can: 1. Look for God, 2. Look for onramps to worship God (happy onramps are not the only onramps to worship God) and 3. Look for Christ . When they pierced Him on the cross, He bled the psalms. This message was preached by Pastor Erick Cobb on July 12, 2026.

    Luke 24:36-53 (July 05, 2026)

This is the end of our great trek through Luke. It’s also the historic moment when Jesus ascended and handed off his mission to the disciples. They must have been so intimidated by the responsibility of taking the Gospel to the world, especially in light of all their weakness and failures. How will they do it, now that he’s gone? How will they live faithfully in a hostile world and be the voice of Jesus to the lost? And how will we do it? Because of course, this mission has been given to us as well. This message was preached by Pastor Erick Cobb on July 05, 2026.

  3. 498

    Luke 24 13-35 (June 28, 2026)

Let's look at what is perhaps the most fun of Jesus’ resurrection appearances, if we can even rank them that way. It’s Jesus’ appearance to his disciples on the road to Emmaus. Do you think Jesus enjoyed surprising them like that? They felt their hearts burning within them as the scriptures were opened and the bread was broken by their risen Savior. This message was preached by Pastor Erick Cobb on June 28, 2026.

  4. 497

    Luke 23:50-24:12 (June 21, 2026)

What took place in the time in between Jesus’ death on Good Friday and his resurrection on Easter Sunday? We see how Jesus’ disciples loved him and sought to honor him in death. We see the hopelessness and sadness of that Holy Saturday and what God was doing when he seemed so absent. This message was preached by Pastor Erick Cobb on June 21, 2026.

  5. 496

    Luke 23:26-49 (June 14, 2026)

Sentenced by Pilate to be crucified, Jesus is now led outside the city and is executed between two criminals. The scene, as Luke describes it, is chaotic, noisy, and full of emotion. As we follow along, we will witness the tender compassion and love of Jesus, the evil of humanity’s sin, and the astonishing grace of the salvation Jesus secures by offering Himself as once-for-all sacrifice for sin on the cross. This message was preached by Pastor Dan McIntosh on June 14, 2026.

  6. 495

    Luke 22:63-23:25 (June 7, 2026)

Let's look at the trial of Jesus, where we’ll see how the sin of the religious leaders, Pilate, and Herod led to the death of Jesus. We’ll also see how God, according to His sovereign plan, was allowing and working through it all. This message was preached by Pastor Erick Cobb on June 7, 2026.

  7. 494

Train Yourself For Godliness: 1 Timothy 4:7-10 (May 31, 2026)

Because we’ve received the gift of the Holy Spirit, living in us, the Spirit can change us over time. I Timothy 4:7-10 shows us that grace is not opposed to effort; rather, godliness happens through training. Jesus himself practiced the Spirit empowered disciplines of solitude, dwelling in the Word, prayer, simplicity & fasting, Sabbath, service and gathering for worship. Because we have the Spirit we can too. This message was preached by Pastor Erick Cobb on May 31, 2026.

  8. 493

    Pentecost Sunday: Acts 2:1-21 (May 24, 2026)

What is Pentecost? What did the event look like and what does it mean? What was it like on the ground when Jesus sent His Spirit down? And how does that reality impact believers today? This message was preached by Pastor Erick Cobb on May 24, 2026.

  9. 492

    Ascension Sunday (May 17, 2026)

Each year, six weeks after Easter, we remember and rejoice that forty days after His resurrection, Jesus ascended into heaven and was seated at the right hand of the Father, where He now reigns as our Savior King. This message was preached by Pastor Erick Cobb on May 17, 2026.

  10. 491

    Luke 22:47-62 (May 10, 2026)

As we look at Judas’ betrayal and Peter’s denial of Christ, we’ll see Jesus’ patience and compassion in the face of some of the most personal and darkest sin in all of Scripture. And we will see how Jesus’ compassion leads us to repentance too. This message was preached by Pastor Josh White on May 10, 2026.

  11. 490

    Luke 22:39-46 (May 3, 2026)

Enter the Garden of Gethsemane to see the agony of our Savior as the cross draws near. Jesus not only shows us that we ought to pray in our trials, He shows us because that is exactly what He did in His hour of greatest need. He goes to His Father; He is honest in His request; He does the Father's will, and He did it all as our substitute. He drank the cup of wrath so that we might drink the cup of God's blessing. It really feels like the holy of holies of the book of Luke. This message was preached by Pastor Erick Cobb on May 3, 2026.
