The Psalms are a singing theology and a theology that makes us want to sing. In them we can: 1. Look for God, 2. Look for onramps to worship God (happy onramps are not the only onramps to worship God) and 3. Look for Christ . When they pierced Him on the cross, He bled the psalms. This is the end of our great trek through Luke. It’s also the historic moment when Jesus ascended and handed off his mission to the disciples. They must have been so intimidated by the responsibility of taking the Gospel to the world, especially in light of all their weakness and failures. How will they do it, now that he’s gone?
