Blood redirects from less vital organs like stomach and bladder to the muscles and the brain. Heart rate increases, adrenaline kicks in, blood vessels constrict, pupils dilate and the mind sharpens, leaving you feeling awake, energized and ready to conquer the day.SAFETY NOTICE: Activation Breathwork can cause light-headedness and fainting. Please avoid practicing Activation Breathwork while operating a vehicle, machinery or while immersed in water (pool, bath, ocean etc). Possible side effects may include dizziness, fainting, changes in body temperature, disorientation, tingling, carpopedal spasms, cramping, emotional release, feeling physical, mental, energetic and/or emotional triggering and/or vulnerability.
