Session 5 Empowered Eating For PTs and Coaches
Valentina, a PT growing her online coaching business, identified and worked through a core limiting belief that had been quietly blocking her growth: “I can’t have freedom, success, or money.” Through NLP belief change work, she traced this belief back to childhood conditioning and watching her mother work multiple jobs while still struggling financially. Unconsciously, she had linked success with struggle and instability. The session also revealed a major coaching pattern: She held her online clients less accountable than her face-to-face clients because deep down she feared losing them. What looked like a business strategy issue was actually rooted in deeper beliefs around worthiness, safety, money, and stability.
