Healing with Purpose

by Lydia Kasmoch + Sarah Swafford

As clinicians and self-healers, we have each spent over a decade bearing witness to the pain and resilience of the human experience. We’ve discovered that the habits and patterns we often find ourselves stuck in didn’t actually start with us; rather they were passed down from generation to generation and live within us. We are at a place in time where we have the knowledge, skills, and resources to heal our ancestral wounds unlike any generation before us. Join us in this sacred space where whole-hearted conversations lead us to deepen the awareness of ourselves and our healing journeys.
