The God Who Sees the Rejected | John 4 Explained

In John 4, we find Jesus taking a surprising route—through Samaria—to meet a woman everyone else had rejected. But every step Jesus took was intentional. This wasn't a coincidence. This was a divine appointment.Like Travis Greene sings, “All things are working for my good, because He’s intentional.”Jesus didn’t avoid Samaria—He purposely went there. He didn’t ignore the woman—He saw her, knew her past, and offered her living water. This is the heart of our Savior: purposeful, loving, and full of grace. He goes out of His way to reach the broken, the rejected, and the forgotten. Is there someone in your life you think is beyond God’s reach? Or maybe… that someone is you? This video is a reminder: no one is too far gone. Jesus sees you. He knows your story. And He’s still offering living water.🕊️ Watch now and be reminded that our God is not random—He is intentional.

    A Gospel that Transform Lives

Adam Shepski is a missionary and the founder and Executive Director of the non-profit organization Disciple a City. He desires to pioneer and build sustainable ministry structures that catalyze revival and mission.Adam and his wife Melissa worked for Youth for Christ in local, national and international roles for 15 years. While Adam was developing prayer and evangelism strategies for Youth for Christ globally, he discovered that only 10% of Canadian believers had shared the Gospel once in the past six months. Seeing that the Canadian church was wrestling with how to engage and fulfill the Great Commission, Adam pulled from his global experience in leadership, fundraising and innovation with Youth For Christ to create and develop Disciple a City. Disciple a City is a non-profit organization that trains churches, organizations and individuals with simple tools to share the Gospel and disciple new believers. Adam and Melissa have also founded the national strategy, Every Disciple Sent, as a multi-organization initiative to ignite mission, share Jesus, and multiply hope in Canada. Adam is ordained with Anchor Ministerial Fellowship and believes the future of the Canadian church hinges on the equipping and sending of every believer. Adam is also the author of Untamed Obedience, a book illustrating the need for missional obedience. Adam, Melissa and their sons currently live in Peterborough County. For more information about Adam and his ministry: discipleacity.ca 100kharvest.caGod has given you a story—one marked by His miraculous power and grace. A Remembrance Day & Veterans Day Special. Her Son's Sacrifice is Still Bringing Hope to Others 18 Years Later -

Many of us have no idea the magnitude of sacrifice our soldiers, veterans, and their families have given for the freedom we have in this country. Unless you’re in community with a military family, it’s hard to connect the stories you hear of war overseas and the movies you’ve watched with the reality of life for soldiers and their loved ones. Debbie knows all too personally the cost of war. On September 11, 2001, she had a son in the U.S. Navy (Soon to become a Navy Seal at the time), one in the Marines, and another in the Army.  Then, on August 2, 2006, she would become a “Gold Star Mom” when her son, Marc Lee, was killed in combat in Iraq. We encourage you to listen to this episode for a few reasons: 1)      You’re inspired by hearing stories of God at work in people’s lives 2)      You’d like to understand more of how to trust the Lord when your world feels shattered 3)      You have a love for military families and desire to know ways you can support them 4)      You’re a veteran or Gold Star family member looking for an understanding community to be a part of and/or you’ve suffered PTSD from the war and are desperate to find healing Needless to say, you’re not going to want to miss this episode! The Assurance of God’s Presence

Has God ever called you to a task that made you feel completely inadequate? The truth is, God isn’t looking for your ability—He’s looking for your availability. Join us as we explore how God equips those who answer His call, no matter how unprepared they might feel. Many of us are in what feels like the busiest season of our lives. When we think we’re at our max capacity, God can have the tendency to ask us to do something more or different that pushes us past what we think are our limits. This can tempt us to fear. Fear the weight of the responsibility. Fear the trek into the unknowns. Fear of the people we’re called to serve. But God. He is with us wherever we go.  When we look at the assignment from God’s perspective instead of our own, we have the strength and power to forge ahead with joy and expectation of what He’s going to do next.  Listen to this episode and learn how the Lord can change your mindset to help you not only survive through the assignment, but even rise above it! Who Are Your Allies (Part Two)?

God has so graciously allowed the world the opportunity to join together with His people, the Israelites, to be one family, to those who accept Jesus' gift of salvation. As we discovered last month, we also are united together as one army under the Lord of Armies. He's given us Holy Spirit to counsel and defend us, His heavenly army to fight alongside us, as well as our brothers and sisters on earth. One of the most vital things to protect in this family is our unity. The Devil works hard to create division among us, so that we won't be Christ's example of hope, light, or love to this hurting world. When we become aware of this, we can make, "every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace." Ephesians 4:3 When we do keep the unity, God does mighty work through His body of believers, joining the gifts He has given us to be the whole representation of Jesus to the world. Learn together with Sammy and Rachel as we discuss the need for unity, and the power it can have, within and through the family of God! Do you have a question or story to share with us?
