On this episode of “Tommy Talk,” Tommy discusses why finally saying the things we’ve never said before, to a friend, a loved one, or even to ourselves, can be one of the most freeing things we ever do. Saying something out loud that you’ve never said before can feel terrifying. But it can also feel like returning a missing puzzle piece to your soul. In that moment you take a little piece of your power back. You push back against fear. You allow yourself to be seen. We all experience defining moments that shape who we become. We all hurt.
