Living Life IN Awe
by Geri Bose
In this podcast I will talk about all the things that life brings us, the good, the bad, the unimaginable, the magical. What if we could take whatever life throws at us in awe. Is that even possible? This word awe was not even in my vocabulary. I lived a life of stress, fear, worry, now I live a life in awe not always but in moments. We will discuss how I got here with self love, forgiveness, awareness, authenticity, transformation, intuition.

Learning to Receive
In this episode, I reflect on a quiet moment in the kitchen that opened into a deeper realization: how much easier it is for many of us to give than to receive.Through a simple morning ritual, I explore the subtle resistance we can have to accepting compliments, gifts, kindness, and even rest—and what it might mean to soften instead. Receiving, I’ve come to see, is not passive. It’s an act of openness, trust, and gratitude. This episode is an invitation to notice where you deflect, where you rush past beauty, and where you might allow generosity—human or divine—to complete its circle.A gentle reflection on nourishment, love, and the quiet abundance already here.

Why optimism is better than pessimism in our day to day life
I decided to do this solo episode after sending out a newsletter to my community writing about my first "hater". I was so optimistic about having a hater that my readers were shocked. This led me to think about my optimistic attitude towards life and to think about the people in my life who are pessimistic. In this episode I compare living a life optimistically and the benefits of this versus living a life pessimistically. I would love to hear from you regarding this episode, you can DM on Instagram. Take baby steps to your big goals for 2024
In this episode I talk about how often I hear on my social media feed people talking about the importance of putting ourselves in uncomfortable situations and also do hard things in order to grow. And the thought came to me that if we have lived on this planet from even the youngest age of 10, to our older years, for sure we have taken uncomfortable steps and done hard things. We just have to remember that we have done it, and can do it again to grow to our next level.

Solo episode: Are we following our dreams?
This is a solo episode and I take a topic from my newsletter which was very popular with many readers. Are we following our dreams? I think the reason this topic resonated with so many women is because we all contemplate this at some point in our life. For in particular life was so busy, that I did not give myself the opportunity to contemplate what are my dreams and how do I fulfil them. It's a great episode if you are wondering if you are following your dreams. You can follow me on Instagram and leave me a DM to let me know if this episode resonated with you. Purpose, Grit and Inspiration my conversation with actor, podcast host, and spiritual coach, Ydaiber Orozco
This conversation is diverse, we start with Ydaiber living and working in hospitality in Florida, to her moving to New York city and becoming an actor. Then her life in LA, as an actor, a podcast host and a spiritual coach. We talk about the losses, the grief, and then the light that has been shining on her life recently and to now the creation of her podcast Rekindle your Light. This conversation is really about the human journey, we all endure pain, and yet we all seem to be able to get back up. Ydaiber and I are both passionate about our spiritual development so of course much of the conversation revolves around that. But we start with how she became an actress, then we move on to all the spiritual conversation, of bringing in joy everyday in the smallest things. Breaking up our habitual life, decluttering, creativity, how to go from being stuck in life to living life with inspiration, joy and of course awe! Decluttering is not easy...
Decluttering is not easy, we get attached to our stuff. But if we stay future focused, it may make it easier! This is what I riff on in this episode. We have been decluttering lately in our family and it was not easy, but the new fresh energy around our home is great. I do not only talk about the physical decluttering, but also the decluttering of our internal world. Decluttering the thoughts that are not serving us, the negativity loop, the people we need to forgive.

Do you believe graceful exits are possible? This conversation is with Geri Suster the author of the book Graceful Exits.
Graceful Exits what a wonderful book this is, I absolutely loved reading it. I have a conversation with Geri Suster the author of this incredible book. For me this book is all about how to live a life where we have the courage to have the type of conversations that is required to live a graceful life, which includes graceful exits. As Geri Suster says in our conversation "we don't do exits well". The book describes three scenarios, (1) the fail exit, (2) the better way exit and (3) the prevention of an exit. She writes about all types of exits, with a romantic partner, within our professional life, with friends, parents dealing with adult children leaving home and the last chapter on death. I am so glad that Geri Suster was bold enough to take this difficult subject and write about it and write it well! I hope you enjoy this episode, it would be wonderful if you could rate and review the show to support me. Thank you so much!

This is a conversation about leadership. I talk with Jeremy McTeague about the Ukraine day center in Lausanne, Switzerland.
This is a conversation about leadership. It is a talk about what happens when a person really cares about humanity and wants to make an impact. I talk with Jeremy McTeague. Jeremy built the Ukraine day center here in Lausanne. He gathered volunteers, he asked for and received funding. He started this project not knowing how and what would happen. Today the center is over a year old, thousands of displaced people from Ukraine have passed through the center receiving clothing, meeting other people from their country, learning how to live in Switzerland, and have something warm to drink and eat. I am impressed by what Jeremy is able to create and his leadership skills that have made the center so successful. Today the Ukrainians are doing the heavy lifting and the volunteers are here to advice and counsel.
