All payments have now been stopped my end for 2025.What would f*ck it actually look like on paper for you?Having periods of “sailing” in terms of aiming for about maintenance rather than pushing for fatloss comes from one key skill. The skill of always doing something over nothing, and why I believe it’s starts with movement.End-of-year tiredness has a different flavour to it. This time of year is good at draining your energy which makes it really important to prioritising protecting it and recharging it when you can if you don’t want to get to Christmas wrung out.When you reach out sooner, you settle faster and stop the spiral before it builds.You can’t undo habits you’ve had for years in a week. No one can.No one’s body is stuck or resistant to a calorie deficit. You just need the right combination of variables to create a calorie deficit , consistently enough, for long enough to let it accumulate and be revealed.Enjoy!M x
