Morning Mantra

by Mary-Katherine Brooks Fleming

Coach Mary-Katherine (MK) Fleming is an avid marathoner and run coach. A firm believer in mantras and the power of YET, she is excited to share her confidence in you, her unbridled optimism, and her faith in your potential. Anyone can be coached, but it takes a special person to be #coachedandloved and #winningatlife. Because we are never really talking about running, are we? Produced 6 days per week, the Morning Mantra is about managing all of the stress and conflict that can interfere with your best-laid (training!) plans, centered around one strategy MK has been practicing consistently since 1998: mantras. Mantras are short situation-specific phrases you prepare in advance to keep you focused and centered while you move through that event. Are you facing a situation? Could you use a mantra to help you move through it? Email [email protected] Become a supporter of this podcast: <a href="
