Nobody

Most people spend their lives trying to become somebody. But what if being nobody... is where the real story begins? There was a time when nobody noticed you.Nobody called.Nobody believed in you.Nobody asked how you were doing.Nobody saw the battles you fought when the lights went out.Everybody started as nobody before they became somebody. Because "nobody" isn't where your story ends. It's where it begins.

The Comparison Disease | Ep. 18

We all do this. We do this all the time. Stop. Take a look around. You are where you are supposed to be right now. Don't compare, improve. You don't have to be perfect, just be yourself. When we stop comparing and start living in the present we unload a burden we put on ourselves. Stop keeping score. Because, in the end what will matter most are our relationships, our memories and the life we lived.

The Approval Trap! | Ep. 17

We spend our LIVES trying to get approval from family, spouses, children, friends, bosses, coworkers. When do we get approval from OURSELVES??? Start with you. Get your approval from your authentic self. The rest will follow. Do it today.

The Need for Control | Ep. 16

The need for control is actually fear underneath. Fear of the future, of the unknown of uncertainty. What am I trying to control that was never mine to control? Ask yourself the next time, after taking a deep breath, after pausing, ask what is mine? Do not try to control it all. To be perfect. To demand perfectionism from yourself. Let them make their decisions. Let you decide what is mine to carry. Because you cannot carry it all. Stop. Pause. Breathe. Then ask yourself what is mine?

The War Within | Ep. 15

Give yourself grace. Give yourself forgiveness, hope, and happiness. The most time you will ever spend is with yourself. Be kind. Be soft. Be measured. Be authentic. You are worth it. You deserve happiness.

The Person You've Been Searching for | Ep. 14

The person you've been waiting for was never missing. I was always you. I want you to start today being you. Being your authentic self. The real you. You matter. You are worth it. You owe it to yourself and the world to allow your gift/talents/purpose to manifest itself.

The Art of Letting Go | Ep. 13

What happens when you put down that heavy suitcase you've been carrying your entire life? With nothing but heavy things in it. Does letting go mean forgetting, throwing your past into the trash? No, it means just see what happens next. The next chapter is going to be great because now I have the freedom to create something new and beautiful. Go do it. Do it today.

Rebuilding from Nothing | Ep. 12

What happens when all is lost. Maybe it's your job, your career, your relationship, your health. What you do next is critically important. It's not the loss that defines you. It is the builder in you who chooses to rebuild. Make it better. Make it stronger. Anazlye the damage. Then get to work. Day by day. Week by week. You'll see it's not the devastation behind you that defines you. Rather it is your resolve, your determination, your perseverance that rebuilds your life brick by brick. One thing at a time. Keep going. Do not quit. You matter. Your hard work matters. Keep building.

Who Has Your Back? | Ep. 11

Who has your back? Some of you will answer this immediately. Others, like me, will only answer with silence. Sure we have people in our lives that may play a part. And if asked they might be that person. This episode is about who unconditionally with loyalty and sincerity, genuinely have our back. If you still don't have an answer this episode is for you. Painful as it is...When you have to become the person who has your own back. Not because you wanted to.Because life asked you to.You become the voice that says..."Get up."You become the hand that reaches for hope. You become the person who keeps the promises others broke. You become the one who says..."I'm not giving up on you."Even if the "you"...Is yourself.

Are You Happy? | Ep. 10

Simple. Not easy. Sit with this question and recognize what emotions come up. Name those emotions. Now, go inside. How is your body reacting to this question. Does your heart hurt? Is your stomach uneasy? Be honest with yourself. Be sincere. Give yourself some grace. If the answer is no, you got some work to do. Today. Right now.

The Courage to be Ordinary | Ep. 9

This episode is about being ordinary. Being yourself. Not for recognition or promotion. Just you being you. If you get anything from this episode it is this: You Matter! You matter to your friends and family. To your colleagues. But most of all you matter to you. Spend time and sit with that. In your quiet time tell yourself you matter. Say it in the mirror everyday. You matter. Please like, leave a comment, rate this podcast. Thank you.

Alone Not Lonely | Ep. 8

Nobody – Episode 8: Alone... Not LonelyWelcome back to Nobody.I want to start today with a confession. There was a time in my life when silence terrified me.Not loud silence. The kind that happens when the phone doesn't ring. When there are no plans on the calendar. When dinner is for one. When the house is so quiet......you can hear the refrigerator humming. For a long time, I thought the silence meant something was wrong with me.I thought if I was alone...I must have failed.Failed as a husband.Failed as a friend.Failed as someone worth choosing. But over time...I discovered something I never expected.Silence wasn't my enemy. It was introducing me to someone I'd spent my whole life avoiding.Myself.From the moment we're born, we're taught that being alone is something to escape. As children, we're told to "go make friends."As teenagers, we're measured by who sits with us at lunch. As adults, people ask,"So... are you seeing anyone?"Not..."Are you at peace?"It's almost as if our culture has decided that being alone is a problem that needs solving. But what if it's not? What if solitude isn't evidence that you've been forgotten......but an invitation to remember who you are?Loneliness and solitude are often confused. They're not the same thing.Loneliness is the pain of feeling disconnected.Solitude is the choice to be present with yourself. You can be surrounded by hundreds of people......and still feel desperately lonely. You can sit quietly by yourself in the mountains......and feel deeply connected to life. The difference isn't the number of people around you. It's the quality of your relationship with yourself.Think about how quickly we reach for distraction. The moment we're waiting in line......we pull out our phones.Driving?Turn on a podcast.Open another tab.The instant our minds become quiet...We fill the space.Maybe because we're afraid of what we'll hear if we don't.Maybe the noise isn't entertainment.Maybe it's protection.Protection from grief. From regret. From unanswered questions. From ourselves.I wonder how many people stay in relationships...Not because they're loved. But because they're afraid of eating dinner alone. How many stay in jobs that drain them...Because silence feels scarier than unhappiness. How many never discover who they really are...Because they're always becoming whoever the people around them need them to be.Sometimes...The greatest act of courage isn't leaving. It's learning to sit quietly with yourself long enough to hear your own voice again.I once heard someone describe loneliness this way.Loneliness isn't the absence of people. It's the absence of being known. That struck me.Because many of us spend years making sure no one really knows us.We wear masks."I'm fine.""I'm good."We become experts at managing impressions. But every mask we wear creates distance.People can only connect with the person we allow them to see.If they never meet the real us...We'll always wonder why we feel alone. There's another truth I've been learning.Being alone doesn't mean no one loves you.Sometimes it simply means life is creating space.Space to forgive.Every garden has seasons. There are seasons of blooming. And there are seasons when nothing appears to be happening. But beneath the surface...Roots are growing. You can't see them. But they're preparing the plant for what's next.Maybe that's where you are.Not abandoned.Rooting.One of the most difficult questions I've ever asked myself was this:"If another person never came into my life...Could I still build a meaningful one?"At first, I hated the question.Because I realized I'd quietly placed my happiness in someone else's hands.I told myself,"When I meet the right person..."But peace that's dependent on another person...Is fragile peace.Real peace has to begin before someone arrives.Otherwise we ask them to carry a weight they were never meant to bear. This podcast is called Nobody.

The Invisible Man | Ep. 7

Nobody – Episode 7 The Invisible ManThere are moments in life that hurt more than they should. Not because they're dramatic. Not because they're life-changing.But because they remind you of something you've been carrying for a long time.I was walking through a store the other day.A man walked toward me.I smiled."Hey."Nothing.No eye contact. No nod.No smile. He walked right through my existence as if I were a ghost.Maybe you've had that happen. You wave at your neighbor.Nothing.You hold the door for someone.Nothing.You walk into the gym.Nobody looks up.You leave.Nobody notices. It's strange how something so small can feel so big.Because it isn't really about the greeting. It's about the question that follows.Do I even matter?...Most of us won't admit how much we crave acknowledgment. Not applause. Not fame.Just acknowledgment.A smile.A nod.Someone saying..."I see you."Because underneath all of us...There's a little kid who still wants to know they belong. The older I get, the more I realize loneliness isn't just about being by yourself. Some of the loneliest people I know are married. Some have huge families. Some have thousands of Facebook friends.Loneliness isn't the absence of people. It's the absence of connection. You can be surrounded by people......and still feel invisible.I think that's why this podcast is called Nobody.Because somewhere along the way...Most of us have felt like one.The employee nobody thanked. The dad nobody called. The friend who's always the one reaching out.The person sitting alone at lunch. The guy who smiles first......and gets nothing back.If that's you today...I want you to know something. You're not weird. You're not broken. You're human. Here's something I had to learn the hard way.People aren't always ignoring you.Sometimes...They're carrying battles you'll never see.The woman who didn't smile back......may have just lost her husband. The man who walked past you......might have been thinking about the biopsy results he's waiting for.The teenager staring at the floor......might be drowning in anxiety. We don't know. And because we don't know...It's dangerous to build our identity on how strangers respond to us.Maybe the cure for feeling invisible......is helping someone else feel seen. That doesn't erase loneliness.I'm not pretending it does. Some nights are still quiet. Some weekends still feel empty.Sometimes I still wonder why friendships seem so hard. Why conversations stay shallow. Why people drift away. Those feelings are real. But they don't get the final word. Here's the truth I've come to believe.Your value isn't determined by who notices you.It isn't determined by likes.Followers.Promotions.Invitations.Or whether the stranger at the grocery store smiled back. You mattered before anyone acknowledged you.And you'll matter on the days nobody does.Maybe that's what becoming "Nobody" really means. It means letting go of the desperate need to be validated by everyone around you.It means choosing kindness......even when it isn't returned. It means saying hello......even if nobody answers.Because your character is yours.Their response belongs to them.So tomorrow...Smile anyway.Wave anyway.Hold the door anyway.Be kind anyway. Not because people always deserve it.But because that's who you choose to be.One day...Someone who's convinced the world doesn't see them...Will notice. And your smile...May become the proof they needed that humanity still exists. If today you feel invisible...I want you to hear this.I see you.Not because I know your name. Not because I know your story. But because I've stood where you're standing.Wondering if I mattered.Wondering if anyone noticed.Wondering if being "Nobody" meant I was nothing. It doesn't.Being Nobody isn't about having no value. It's about discovering that your value was never dependent on being somebody else's somebody. It's always been there.Quiet.Steady.Unshaken.

The Man in the Mirror | Ep. 5

Nobody – Episode 5: The Man in the MirrorWelcome back to Nobody.Today, I want to ask you a question that I've spent years trying to avoid.Who is the hardest person you'll ever have to confront? It's probably not your boss. Not your spouse. Not your parents. Not the person who betrayed you. It's the person staring back at you in the mirror.Because the mirror doesn't care about our excuses. It doesn't applaud our stories. It simply reflects what's there. And if we're honest...Most of us don't spend much time looking. There's an old saying that goes something like this:"Wherever you go... there you are."I used to think changing my circumstances would change my life.A better job.More money.A different city.A new relationship.A bigger house.A fresh start. And sometimes those things do help. But eventually, I noticed a pattern. No matter where I went...I took myself with me.The scenery changed. The baggage didn't.The zip code changed. The habits didn't.The faces changed. The fears didn't.That's when I realized something uncomfortable. The common denominator in every chapter of my life......was me.Now before you misunderstand me...This isn't about guilt. It's not about pretending that bad things haven't happened.People hurt us.Life is unfair. Some wounds are inflicted by others. That's real. But here's the question that changed my life. After the wound...What happened next?Did I let it define me?Did I build walls around it?Did I keep choosing the same patterns because they felt familiar? At some point...The responsibility for my healing became mine. Not because I caused the pain. But because I was the only one who could choose what happened next. That's a hard truth. But it's also an incredibly freeing one.Have you ever noticed how easy it is to diagnose everyone else's problems? We see their pride.Their impatience.Their insecurity.Their controlling behavior.Their selfishness. We can spot it from a mile away. But when it comes to ourselves...We're masters of explanation. They're arrogant.I'm just confident. They're controlling.I'm just trying to help. They're stubborn.I know what's right. They're emotional.I'm passionate. It's amazing how generous we are with ourselves......and how demanding we are with everyone else.Ego is a fascinating thing. We often think ego means thinking you're better than everyone else.Sometimes it does. But ego can also look like constant self-pity.Constant comparison.Constant fear of what other people think.Because ego isn't just thinking too highly of yourself. It's thinking about yourself all the time. When every room is about how you're being perceived...Every conversation becomes exhausting.Every criticism feels like an attack.Every disagreement becomes personal. And suddenly you're not living. You're managing an image.I once heard someone say,"You don't see the world as it is. You see it as you are."That stopped me in my tracks.Maybe the reason I kept seeing rejection everywhere......was because I already believed I wasn't enough.Maybe the reason I assumed people were judging me......was because I was judging myself.Maybe the reason I couldn't trust others......was because I hadn't learned to trust myself. The mirror wasn't showing me everyone else.It was showing me me.Let's talk about blind spots.Every car has them. You can be the best driver in the world...And if you ignore your blind spot...You're eventually going to hit something.People have blind spots too.Pride.Fear.Bitterness.Control.People-pleasing.Perfectionism.Workaholism.We don't see them because they've become normal. That's why honest friends are such a gift. That's why mentors matter. That's why therapy can change lives.Sometimes we need someone else to gently say,"There's something you're not seeing."Not to shame us.To help us grow. One of the biggest breakthroughs in my own life came when I stopped asking,

The Weight We Carry | Ep. 4

Nobody – Episode 4: The Weight We CarryWelcome back to Nobody.I want you to do something with me.Nothing complicated.Just imagine you're standing at the edge of a hiking trail. On the ground beside you is a backpack. It looks normal enough. You put it on.It's heavier than you expected. But you shrug. You start walking. After a mile, your shoulders ache. After five miles, your back hurts. After ten miles, you're exhausted. Then someone asks you a simple question."What's in the backpack?"You stop. You unzip it.Inside are rocks. One rock says Rejection.Another says Shame.Another says Fear.Another says Regret.Another says I'm not enough.Another says If they really knew me, they wouldn't love me.And then you realize something. You've been carrying those rocks for so long......you forgot they weren't part of the backpack.Maybe you've forgotten they aren't part of you.Every one of us is carrying something. Some baggage is obvious. Some is hidden so well that even we don't know it's there. We think we're angry. But underneath the anger......is hurt.We think we're controlling. But underneath the control......is fear.We think we're perfectionists. But underneath perfectionism......is the desperate hope that if we never make a mistake......maybe no one will reject us.Emotions rarely travel alone. They're layers. And if we only deal with the top layer...We never discover what's underneath. When we're kids...We don't decide what goes into the backpack.Other people put things there.A careless comment from a parent.Being picked last.Being laughed at.Being told to "man up."Being told you weren't smart enough.Pretty enough.Athletic enough.Successful enough.Maybe someone walked away.Maybe someone stayed......but made you feel invisible.Children don't have the ability to say..."That isn't true."Children absorb. And those beliefs become stories.Stories become identities.Identities become lives. Here's what's fascinating. Most of us become experts at protecting wounds we've never actually healed.Think about that.Someone hurts us once...And we spend twenty years making sure it never happens again. We avoid vulnerability. We avoid commitment. We avoid difficult conversations. We avoid asking for help. Not because those things are dangerous. But because we're protecting an old scar. The tragedy is...The prison eventually becomes more painful than the original wound.I read something years ago that changed the way I think. It said..."The body keeps the score."That hit me.Because emotions don't simply disappear.Unspoken grief has a way of becoming tension.Chronic stress.Sleepless nights.A short temper.Anxiety.A racing mind.Sometimes our bodies are carrying conversations our mouths never had.Have you ever noticed how one small comment from someone can ruin your entire day?Someone criticizes you.Someone ignores you.Someone questions your work.Objectively...It isn't that big of a deal. But your reaction is enormous. Why?Because they're not touching today's wound. They're touching yesterday's.It's never just about the comment. It's about every comment that came before it.Every rejection.Every disappointment.Every moment you felt unseen.Old pain echoes louder than new pain. One of the biggest lies we tell ourselves is this:"If I don't talk about it, it doesn't affect me."But silence isn't healing.Silence is storage. The pain doesn't disappear. It waits.Sometimes for years. Then one day...Someone says the wrong thing.Life takes an unexpected turn.A relationship ends.A job disappears. And suddenly everything we've buried comes rushing to the surface.People call it overreacting.Maybe it isn't.Maybe it's overdue grieving. Here's something I've learned the hard way. There is a difference between carrying pain......and carrying identity.Pain says..."I was hurt."Identity says..."I am broken."Pain says..."Someone rejected me."Identity says..."I am unlovable."

The Breaking Point | Ep. 3

Nobody – Episode 3: The Breaking PointWelcome back to Nobody.Today, I want to talk about something every one of us will face. Not if.When.A breaking point. Most people think their life changes because they make a great decision.Sometimes that's true. But more often...Life changes because something falls apart. The marriage. The career. The business.Your health.Your dream. The future you were counting on.And in that moment, it feels like the ground disappears beneath your feet.We call it rock bottom. But what if we've misunderstood rock bottom? What if it isn't punishment? What if it's an invitation?I spent years believing that if I worked hard enough...If I became successful enough...If I solved enough problems...If I earned enough respect...Life would finally feel secure.I thought achievement could protect me from pain.I was wrong.Because life has a way of reminding us that nothing is permanent. Not our careers. Not our relationships. Not our plans. Not even the version of ourselves we've spent years building. When those things begin to crumble, panic usually follows. Our first instinct is to rebuild exactly what we lost.We don't ask whether it was the right life.We just want our old life back.Even if it wasn't making us happy. There's something comforting about the familiar—even when the familiar isn't good for us.Think about a forest after a wildfire. At first, all you see is destruction.Blackened trees.Ash.Silence.It looks dead. But ecologists know something remarkable. Some forests actually depend on fire.Certain pinecones won't even open unless they're exposed to intense heat. The fire doesn't just destroy the forest. It releases the seeds for the next one.I wonder how often our lives work the same way.Maybe the thing that burned everything down......also made new growth possible. When we're in the middle of loss, though, that perspective is almost impossible to see. You're not thinking about growth. You're thinking about survival. You wake up wondering how you'll get through the day.You replay conversations. You question every decision. You wonder if you could have done something differently.Sometimes you blame everyone else.Sometimes you blame yourself. Most of us bounce between the two.But eventually...If we're willing...A different question begins to emerge.Not..."Why did this happen to me?"But..."What is this trying to teach me?"That question doesn't erase the pain.It gives the pain purpose. One of the hardest truths I've had to accept is this:Sometimes life doesn't break you.It breaks your illusion of control. We spend so much energy trying to make sure nothing bad happens. We plan.We prepare. We predict. And then life reminds us that certainty was never promised. That's terrifying. But it's also strangely freeing.Because if control was always an illusion...Maybe we can stop exhausting ourselves trying to hold everything together. The people I admire most aren't the ones who've avoided hardship. They're the ones who've allowed hardship to change them. Not into someone bitter. Not into someone closed off.But into someone more compassionate.More patient.More honest.Pain has a way of stripping away the performance. When life falls apart, there's no energy left to pretend. And sometimes...That's the first time we truly meet ourselves. There's a Japanese art form called kintsugi. When a bowl breaks, the pieces aren't hidden. They're repaired with gold. The cracks become part of the story. The object isn't valuable despite being broken. It's valuable because it has been broken and restored.I love that idea.Because our culture tells us to hide our cracks.Hide your mistakes.Hide your failures.Hide your scars. But maybe those are the very things that make us relatable.Maybe perfection is forgettable.Maybe authenticity is unforgettable.I want you to hear this. You don't have to pretend you're okay.

The Prison of Identity | Ep. 2

Nobody – Episode 2: The Prison of IdentityWelcome back to Nobody.I'm glad you're here.If you listened to the first episode, I asked a question that probably made some people uncomfortable. What if your entire life has been spent trying to become somebody......when freedom begins the moment you stop?Today I want to go one step further.Because if you're not your job...If you're not your title...If you're not your income...If you're not your successes...If you're not your failures...Then who are you? Here's what I've realized. Most of us don't actually live.We perform. We wake up every morning and put on a costume."I'm the successful one.""I'm the strong one.""I'm the funny one.""I'm the provider.""I'm the victim.""I'm the divorced one.""I'm the CEO.""I'm the athlete.""I'm the Christian.""I'm the liberal.""I'm the conservative.""I'm the one who has it all together."The labels change. The prison stays the same.Because once you become attached to an identity...You spend the rest of your life protecting it.You stop asking questions. You stop growing. You stop admitting you're wrong. You stop becoming.Because becoming threatens who you think you are.And here's the terrifying part.Sometimes life doesn't destroy you.It simply takes away the identity you built. You lose the job.The marriage ends. The kids grow up.The business fails.Your health changes.Retirement arrives.Suddenly you're standing there asking..."Who am I now?"Maybe that's why so many people are terrified of change. They're not afraid of losing things. They're afraid of losing themselves. But what if......what you lost was never actually you? There's a strange freedom in realizing that.Imagine carrying a backpack your entire life. You forget it's there. You think it's part of your body.Until one day someone says..."You know...you can take that off."That's what identity feels like.Heavy.Necessary.Until you discover it isn't.I've spent years trying to become someone people admired.Someone respected.Someone successful.Someone impossible to criticize. And do you know what happened?I became exhausted.Because maintaining an identity requires constant effort.Being nobody...Requires none.Nobody has nothing to defend.Nothing to prove.Nothing to protect.Just curiosity.Just honesty.Just presence. The world tells you that your value comes from what you accomplish. What you own.Who applauds you.How many followers you have. How impressive your résumé looks. But none of those things can answer the question...Who are you when nobody is watching?Who are you when all the applause stops?Who are you when life strips away every label you've collected?Maybe...That's the real you.Not the one you've been trying to build. The one that's been waiting underneath all along.Maybe the goal isn't to become extraordinary.Maybe it's to become authentic. And authenticity doesn't need a spotlight. It doesn't need validation. It doesn't need permission. It simply exists. That's why this podcast is called Nobody.Because nobody has room to become anybody. Not by adding more...But by carrying less. This week, I want to leave you with one question. If tomorrow every title disappeared...Every achievement vanished...Every opinion about you faded away...Who would still be standing?Sit with that.Don't answer it too quickly.Because somewhere beneath all the noise...You might finally meet yourself.Thank you for spending these minutes with me.If this episode spoke to you, share it with someone who's tired of pretending they have it all figured out.Until next time...Remember...The world tells you to become somebody. But maybe...Peace begins the day you're willing to be...Nobody.

The Freedom of Being Nobody | Ep. 1

Nobody - Episode 1: The Freedom of Being NobodyWelcome to Nobody. Most people spend their lives trying to become somebody.Somebody important.Somebody successful.Somebody respected.Somebody admired.Somebody with the right title, the right income, the right house, the right followers, the right life. We're taught from a young age that our worth is something we have to earn. That if we work hard enough, achieve enough, and collect enough accomplishments, we'll finally arrive at a place where we matter. But what if that's a lie? What if the endless pursuit of becoming somebody is exactly what's keeping us from becoming ourselves? This podcast is called Nobody because I've started to wonder if freedom begins when we stop trying so hard to prove who we are.Think about it.How much of your life has been spent performing?Trying to look successful.Trying to sound smart.Trying to fit in.Trying to avoid failure.Trying to avoid judgment.Trying to convince the world—and maybe yourself—that you've got it all figured out. Most of us are exhausted. Not because life is hard. But because carrying a version of ourselves that isn't completely real is exhausting. And maybe that's why so many people feel lost even when they achieve what they thought they wanted. The promotion comes. The money comes. The recognition comes. The applause comes. And yet something still feels missing.Because the thing we're searching for was never on the other side of becoming somebody. It was waiting for us underneath all the masks.Underneath all the titles.Underneath all the expectations.Underneath all the stories we've been telling ourselves.Maybe the most courageous thing a person can do is admit:"I don't have it all figured out.""I'm afraid.""I'm hurting.""I'm lost.""I'm human."That's where real connection begins. Not when we're impressive. But when we're honest. The truth is, every person you admire is struggling with something.Every person you envy has fears.Every person you think has life figured out is making it up as they go.Just like you.Just like me.So this podcast isn't about teaching from a mountaintop. It's not about pretending to have all the answers. It's about exploring the questions. The uncomfortable ones. The meaningful ones. The ones we often avoid because they force us to look in the mirror.Questions like:Who am I when nobody is watching? What happens when I stop chasing approval? What if my value isn't tied to my achievements? What if failure isn't the end of my story? What if being nobody is actually the beginning of becoming free?In the episodes ahead, we'll talk about identity, purpose, fear, loneliness, relationships, growth, success, failure, and what it means to live an authentic life. Not a perfect life.A real one.So wherever you're listening from right now—whether you're driving to work, sitting alone in your living room, walking your dog, or lying awake wondering what's next—I want you to know something. You don't have to become somebody to matter. You already do.And maybe the journey isn't about becoming more.Maybe it's about uncovering what's been there all along.Welcome to Nobody.Let's begin.
