We’ve been so busy with mom life that we’ve neglected ourselves without even realizing it. This podcast is to remind women of who they were before they became “mom” and to empower women to take the time to envision who they want to be in the future. The mental load that we carry as women tends to feel overwhelming at times, which makes it feel challenging to make any time for ourselves.
