This Sunday, Pastor Greg shares a message titled "True Freedom" from John 8:31–38. While our nation celebrates freedom, Jesus points us to a freedom that reaches far beyond politics or circumstances. True freedom is found in abiding in His Word, knowing the truth, and experiencing the transforming power of the One who is the Truth. A genuine disciple doesn't simply believe in Christ but continues to follow Him through faithful obedience to His Word. Jesus teaches that sin is a cruel master, enslaving hearts and separating people from God. Yet through His death and resurrection, Christ breaks the chains of sin, death, and condemnation. Those who trust in Him are not only forgiven but adopted into God's family as His beloved children and made heirs with Christ. The freedom Jesus offers is complete, lasting, and life-changing. Join us as we discover what it means to live in the freedom that only Jesus can give. If the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed—a freedom that brings hope, victory over sin, and the assurance of eternal life.

Pastor Greg begins a new message series, "Surrender: The Mouth & the Mind," with Part 1 focusing on the power of our words. James 3 reminds us that although the tongue is small, it has tremendous influence. Our words can bring healing and encouragement, or they can cause hurt and destruction. Scripture teaches that what comes out of our mouths reveals what is truly in our hearts. In a culture where words are often spoken carelessly, God calls His people to recognize the responsibility that comes with speech. Jesus taught that we will give an account for every careless word, and our words often leave a lasting impact on those around us. The question is not simply what we are saying, but what our words reveal about the condition of our hearts. Are we producing good fruit, speaking life, and drawing others toward Christ? The good news is that God does not leave us to fight this battle alone. Through the power of the Holy Spirit, He can transform our hearts and, in turn, our speech. As we yield ourselves to Him, He helps us speak words that build others up, encourage faith, and bring glory to Christ. Join us as we discover how surrendering our mouths to God begins with surrendering our hearts to Him.

This Sunday, Pastor Greg shares a Memorial Day message titled “Are You Burning The Burnt Offering?” As we remember those who sacrificed for our freedom, we also reflect on the sacrifice Jesus made for all mankind—and the sacrifice we are called to make in return. Romans 12 reminds us that our lives are to be offered to God as living sacrifices, fully surrendered and devoted to Him.

This Sunday, Pastor Greg shares a message titled “When My Foot Slips” from Psalm 94:17-19. Life often feels unstable, uncertain, and overwhelming, but even in our weakest moments, God remains our steady help. When we feel like we are slipping under the weight of anxiety, fear, failure, or emotional struggles, His steadfast love holds us up.

Life is not an accident — it is a gift from God, created for His glory. Join us this Sunday as we look at Colossians 1 and discover that the lives entrusted to us are meant to be raised through Christ, shaped by His strength, and pointed back to His purpose. Through every joy, struggle, and season of parenting, God is faithful to carry us through. “For His Glory” is a message about identity, purpose, and the incredible calling God has placed on our lives and families.

This Sunday, Pastor Greg shares a message titled “Jesus Calls Whom He Desires,” based on Mark 3. As Jesus called His disciples, Scripture makes it clear that He chose those He desired—intentionally, purposefully, and with divine determination. This reminds us of a powerful truth: our relationship with Christ does not begin with our choice of Him, but with His choice of us. In His love and grace, Jesus calls us to Himself, not because of who we are, but because of who He is.

This Sunday, Pastor Greg brings a message titled “Victory,” rooted in 1 John 5:1–5. Scripture reminds us that everyone who believes in Jesus Christ has been born of God—and that through this new life, we are given the power to overcome the world. Victory is not something we achieve on our own; it is something we receive through faith. True spiritual victory comes not by striving harder, but by trusting deeper in who Jesus is and what He has already done.

This Sunday, Pastor Greg concludes the series Jonah & the City: The Relentless Love of God with a message titled “God Cares For You.” In Jonah 4, God uses a simple plant to reveal a powerful truth—while Jonah was consumed with his own comfort, God’s heart was focused on people. This passage reminds us that God’s concern extends far beyond our circumstances; He is deeply invested in the lives of people everywhere, desiring that none should perish but that all would come to repentance.

This Sunday, Pastor Greg continues the series Jonah & the City: The Relentless Love of God with a message titled “Comfort Over Concern.” In Jonah 4, we see an unexpected response from Jonah—anger. After God shows mercy to Nineveh, Jonah is displeased because the outcome did not match his expectations. His reaction reveals a deeper struggle that we often face as well: valuing our own comfort, preferences, and sense of control over God’s greater purpose and plan.

This Easter Sunday, Pastor Greg continues the series Jonah & the City: The Relentless Love of God with a powerful message titled “Greater Than Jonah.” In Matthew 12, the religious leaders demanded a sign from Jesus, but He pointed them to the greatest sign of all—His death, burial, and resurrection. Just as Jonah spent three days in the belly of the fish, Jesus would spend three days in the grave and rise again, proving once and for all that He is the Son of God and the Savior of the world.

When God speaks, will we respond? In Jonah 3, we witness the power of true revival—when hearts turn, lives change. God calls Jonah again, reminding us that He is not just the God of a second chance, but of many chances. We don’t have to be perfect or impressive—just willing to go and be real. This message challenges us to move beyond simply believing in God to truly believing Him, leading to repentance and transformation. When people turn to God, He responds with grace, mercy, and restoration. Turn back to God… and watch what He can do.

This Sunday, Pastor Greg continues the series Jonah & the City: The Relentless Love of God with a message titled “In the Storm & the Belly.” In Jonah 1–2 we see the prophet caught in a violent storm and ultimately swallowed by a great fish. While it may look like the end of Jonah’s story, it was actually the beginning of God working in his life. Like Jonah, we often find ourselves in storms or in the “belly” of difficult circumstances—moments when life feels overwhelming, confusing, or completely out of our control.

    March 8th, 2026

This Sunday, Pastor Greg continues the series Jonah & the City: The Relentless Love of God with a message titled “The Runaway.” The story of Jonah reminds us how easy it is to resist God’s leading. Sometimes we do not want to go where God is calling us, do what He is asking us to do, or give up what He is asking us to surrender. Like Jonah, our instinct can be to go the other direction and run from what God has placed before us.Yet Scripture reminds us that running from God never truly takes us away from Him. Psalm 139 declares that no matter where we go—whether to the heights of heaven or the depths of the grave—God is already there. His presence surrounds us, His hand guides us, and His strength sustains us. Even in the darkest places of life, we cannot hide from His Spirit or escape His loving pursuit. The good news is that God’s pursuit of us is not driven by judgment but by His relentless love. Instead of running away from Him, we are invited to turn around and run toward Him. When we stop fleeing and begin surrendering, we discover that God has been guiding us all along, calling us back to His presence, His purpose, and His grace.

When God told Jonah to “Arise and go,” Jonah ran—but God’s relentless love pursued both the prophet and the city. This Sunday, Pastor Greg will show us that the same Word that came to Jonah has come to us: we are sent on mission to shine the light of Christ in a dark world. Jesus has commissioned us to go, to live the gospel boldly, and to spread the fragrance of His knowledge everywhere.Through Christ, we are part of His victory procession, called to be a fragrant aroma—bringing life to some and a testimony of truth to all. The story of Jonah reminds us that God’s heart is for people everywhere, desiring that none should perish. Don’t let fear keep you from obeying His call. The Word of the Lord has come to us—live it, show it, and share it.

Love is more than a feeling—it is a choice, an action, and a sacrifice. In 1 Corinthians 13, we see that faith and hope are powerful, but the greatest of these is love. This week, Pastor Greg unpacks the beauty of agape love—God’s self-giving, unconditional love that flows from who He is. Scripture reminds us that God didn’t just talk about love; He demonstrated it by sending His Son for us. Because He first loved us, we are now called to love others in the same way. We’ve been shown the greatest love, given the greatest love, and invited to live as part of the greatest love story ever told. Join us as we celebrate and respond to the love that changes everything.

Because of Christ, we don’t fight for victory—we live from victory. Scripture tells us that despite everything we face, overwhelming victory is ours through Jesus, and we are part of His ongoing triumphal procession. This week, Pastor Greg walks us through what it truly means to be victorious champions in Christ—having victory over the world, over sin, over shame, and even over death itself. The world promises fulfillment but delivers frustration, pressure, and self-centered striving. In contrast, Jesus offers peace, truth, freedom, and a new identity rooted in grace. Through faith, we are no longer defined by condemnation, performance, or weakness; instead, we stand secure as citizens of heaven, strengthened by God’s power when we are weak.Join us as we’re reminded that true victory comes not from our own strength, but from trusting fully in Christ, who has already overcome.

Surrender: Control Freaks Control touches every part of our lives—but when we insist on calling the shots, we drift from trusting God. Looking at Exodus 32 and the golden calf, Pastor Greg shows how the desire for control leads to impatience, self-reliance, and worship on our own terms instead of surrender to the Lord. True freedom comes when we stop gripping so tightly and start trusting fully. Join us as we learn why control and surrender can’t coexist, and how following Jesus means choosing “not my will, but Yours be done.” 📖 Scripture Focus: Exodus 32 🕊️ Message: Surrender: Control Freaks 🎙️ Speaker: Pastor Greg Oso Creek Church

In this message, Paul Volbretch teaches from Hebrews 11 and James 2, showing how faith is built through our trust in God, our obedience, and even through seasons of testing. Biblical faith is more than belief—it is confidence that leads to action. As we continue our Leveling Up series, we are reminded that faith grows when it is exercised, empowered by God’s grace, and strengthened by the help of the Holy Spirit. As one year closes and another begins, many of us carry hopes that have been delayed, disappointed, or even lost. Scripture reminds us that true hope is not temporary or fragile—it is living and secure. Through God’s great mercy, we are born again to a living hope made certain by the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. This week, Pastor Greg shares a message of encouragement, pointing us back to the only hope that does not fail. When our faith and hope are placed in God, we discover an inheritance that is eternal, unfading, and kept for us in heaven.

The Christmas story reminds us that God often works through discouragement, discomfort, and unexpected journeys. From a long road to Bethlehem to a manger with no room in the inn, God used hardship to bring about His greatest gift. This week, Pastor Greg shares how God uses our discouragements for His glory, calls us to keep moving forward in faith, and reminds us that we are citizens of heaven—not fully at home in this world. If you’ve felt weary, out of place, or discouraged this season, be encouraged: God has a journey for you, a purpose for your pain, and a place prepared by Him.

This week, Pastor Greg reminds us that disappointment is not the end of the story—God is still working, often in ways far bigger than we can imagine. If you’re facing discouragement this season, be encouraged: God can use every interruption to accomplish His purposes and bring hope to others through you.

This week, Pastor Greg shares how true Christian community—fellowship, participation, encouragement, and shared worship—binds us together and strengthens us for the journey. We are not meant to walk alone. November 23rd, 2025

This week Pastor Greg teaches from Psalm 131, a brief but profound picture of a heart at rest in God. True contentment begins with humility—refusing pride, self-importance, and the urge to control what belongs to God alone. Like a weaned child resting securely with its mother, the psalmist describes a soul calmed and quieted through trusting the Lord. Contentment must be learned, but in Christ it becomes possible: He is our strength in every circumstance, our satisfaction beyond possessions, and our rest when life feels heavy. As we humble ourselves, quiet our souls before Him, and place our hope fully in the Lord, we discover peace, joy, and the steady hope that only He can give—from this time forth and forevermore.

  27. 140

    November 16th, 2025

Pastor Greg turns to Psalm 130, where the psalmist cries “from the depths”—a place of trouble, adversity, and spiritual distance. Yet even there, God hears. Though none of us could stand if the Lord kept a record of our sins, He offers full and final forgiveness. In Christ, the accusations of self-condemnation fall silent, for God remembers our sins no more and removes them as far as east from west. Hope rises as we wait on the Lord with expectant trust, knowing the enemy seeks to steal what God freely gives. But in His steadfast love, the Lord offers abundant redemption—a ransom paid in full through Jesus. Forgiveness leads to freedom, and freedom leads us back to the God who redeems His people from all their iniquities.

  28. 139

    November 9th, 2025

Pastor Greg continues his sermon in Psalm 128. True blessing flows from walking in the fear of the Lord and following His ways. When God is the builder and center, work becomes fruitful, homes overflow with joy, and generations are shaped by His goodness. Those who honor the Lord will see His favor extend from the table to the city—bringing peace, provision, and a lasting legacy.

  29. 138

    November 2nd, 2025

All our striving, planning, and building amount to nothing if God is not at the center. True success and lasting security come only when the Lord builds the house and guards the city. Our anxious toil is replaced with rest when we trust Him to do the work. What God builds endures—and what He blesses overflows from one generation to the next.

Psalm 129 reminds us that though we may be afflicted, we are not consumed. The enemy may press, persecute, and try to hold us down, but the Lord is righteous—and He cuts the cords of oppression. In Christ, we are called to live in freedom, not bondage. Even when struck down, we rise again through His strength. Pastor Timothy Brock, Senior Pastor of Faith Community Church, reminds us that revival begins when the Word of God moves from our heads to our hearts and out through our hands. True repentance changes everything—our minds, our desires, and our direction. When Jonah finally obeyed God, his simple message shook an entire city. The people of Nineveh turned from their sin, and God turned from His wrath. That’s the power of genuine repentance and a merciful God. The Christian life is a journey of perseverance. Paul reminds us in Galatians 6:9–10 not to grow weary in doing good, because in God’s perfect timing, we will reap a harvest if we don’t give up. In this message, Pastor Greg unpacks what it means to “keep on keeping on” in every area of life: Parenting with faith and consistency. Marriage built on sacrificial love. Purity in a world of compromise. Loving and serving others as Christ loved us. Standing firm against spiritual attack. Staying the course on this lifelong journey of faith. Jesus didn’t give up on us—and as His disciples, we’re called to run with endurance, trusting that our labor in the Lord is never in vain.

    August 24th, 2025

In Mark 10:13-16, we see a powerful picture of Jesus’ heart toward children and the lessons He teaches us through them. The disciples viewed children as unimportant and without value, while today’s culture often treats children as problems rather than blessings. Yet, Jesus shows us something different—He loves children deeply, welcomes them, and even uses them as a model for faith. Children naturally receive Him, trust their parents and grandparents, accept gifts with joy, and display a simple, pure faith that we as adults often lose. Jesus reminds us that to enter the kingdom of God, we must become like children—growing in trust, dependence, forgiveness, and love. As parents, leaders, and believers, we are called to bless our kids, pray over them, and guide them in their walk with the Lord. Join us as we explore what it means to have childlike faith and why becoming “like a child” is vital to following Jesus.

Pastor Greg returns with a powerful message about spiritual growth begins with being rooted in Christ, like a tree drawing strength from its deep roots. We are then built up on the firm foundation of Jesus, allowing His Word to transform every part of our lives, like leaven working through bread. Finally, we are established in the faith, walking daily with Him and producing fruit as our lives become a place of rest and nourishment for others. True growth is a journey, and even small beginnings become great when God is at work.

This weekend, Pastor Greg reminds us that true discipleship starts with abiding in Christ—staying connected to the Vine. In a culture that celebrates independence, Jesus calls us to something radically different: complete dependence on Him. In John 15, Jesus says, “Apart from Me, you can do nothing.” That’s not limitation—it’s freedom. Spiritual independence leads to separation, struggle, and ultimately, withering. But when we abide—when we trust, rest, and rely on Jesus—we bear fruit, grow in truth, and experience real liberty. Don’t buy the lie that strength comes from self-reliance. Strength comes from surrender. Pastor Greg will deliver a sermon today on what is arguably the most widely recognized parable: the Good Samaritan. Often, when this parable is encountered, a crucial dialogue and profound truth conveyed at its conclusion are overlooked. Jesus instructs us on the essence of being a 'good neighbor,' a truth that the world desperately needs to witness actively demonstrated by His disciples and followers. As followers of Christ, we are called to embody a radical love and selfless service, a call echoed in the timeless words of the Micah Mandate found in Micah 6:8? The Good Samaritan parable is a vivid illustration of this mandate in action, urging us to look beyond conventional boundaries and extend compassion to those in need, regardless of their background or our preconceived notions. It challenges us to move beyond passive understanding and actively engage in the lives of others, demonstrating the transformative power of God's love through our tangible actions.

Continuing his sermon series on the parables of Jesus, Pastor Greg today delivers the second part of a two-part message focusing on the theme of the Lord’s return. Building upon the previous message, today's exploration centers on the Parable of the Talents, found in Matthew 25. This parable unfolds by examining the actions of three distinct individuals entrusted with their master’s property during his absence. Through their varied responses, the parable illuminates the crucial principle of investing in the Kingdom of God while vigilantly awaiting His return. Pastor Greg will delve into the specific actions and motivations of these servants, drawing out practical applications for contemporary believers seeking to live faithfully and productively in light of the Lord's promised return. The message will encourage a deep reflection on the importance of utilizing the gifts, abilities, and resources entrusted to each individual for the advancement of God’s Kingdom.

What does His zeal for His Father’s house teach us about worship, holiness, and the authority of Christ over His church today? This passage is more than history — it’s a call to examine our own hearts and the purity of our worship. Has the temple of your life become cluttered with compromise? Join us as we explore what it means to honor God with true, undefiled worship and stand for His holiness in an age of spiritual corruption.
