Project Reclaim
by Robert Nebergall
You are the project. And the project is never finished. Project Reclaim is a podcast about becoming someone you’re proud to be physically, mentally, and personally. Hosted by Robbie Nebergall, former firefighter turned coach, the show explores self-leadership, health, philosophy, fitness, relationships, purpose, and the lessons that come from actually living through hard things. Drawing from the fire service, martial arts, Eastern philosophy, Stoicism, coaching, and his own mistakes along the way, Robbie challenges the idea that becoming better means constantly doing more. Sometimes growth means pushing harder. Sometimes it means letting go. Sometimes it means rebuilding your standards, taking care of your body, changing the way you think, or finally admitting that the life you’ve built isn’t the life you want. There is no final version of you waiting at the finish line. It's time to reclaim it.

When Trying Harder Backfires
