Breaking the Family Curse: Transcending the Limits of What We Didn't Know We Don't Know
Not so long ago, I heard a comment that simply put, hit me wrong; it created a grueling discomfort that stuck and I couldn't shake off for days. The Power of Words: How What We Say Shapes What See, Feel, and Experience
In the mid-90s, Dr. Masaru Emoto conducted an experiment to prove water's "skill" to transport words' vibrations. The results were remarkable: he observed high-vibration words like love or gratitude formed beautiful patterns on frozen water and low-vibration words like war or hate did the opposite. How do words affect a body that is 70% water, then? In today's episode, in another soul-to-soul conversation, I invite you to reflect on the power of words, the ones we use to talk to ourselves, to others, about ourselves and others, and the ones we use to describe what happens in our lives. Throughout this episode, you'll hear about language's impact on our thoughts and lives, relationships, and the reality we create for ourselves. You'll also hear about how to reframe the perception of adversity, and how handling life challenges with grace can create a more peaceful existence for us and those around us. Additionally, you'll get tips and advice on how to treat yourself more gently and inspire others to do the same, make sense of the senseless, and much more. In This Episode, You Will Learn: A bit about Dr. Emoto's experiment (2:40) Why we must set our words for success (7:10) About the energy we share with kids when they are in utero (14:40) Being mindful of words that create heavy emotions (24:00) "No one on the other side is holding a grudge" (36:30) Making sense of the senseless (45:40) Think about your words, be kind to yourself and others (51:20) Tune in to episode 24 of Rekindling Ancient Wisdom and start paying attention to your words. Do you feel you never get everything done regardless of how much you rush things? Doesn't it feel like time has been sped up? In today's solo episode, we sit around the virtual campfire and, more than ever, pause to discuss time: our finite and most crucial resource. The last couple of centuries have led humanity to believe things like "life's too short" or "you'll rest when you die." Those beliefs proved they only lead to a stressful life of constant alertness and fear. What's the rush? Where are we in a hurry to get to? Throughout this episode, I invite you to reflect on how we spend our time and what we dedicate most of our energy to. We must realize the world is not as unforgiving as we think; there is always time to regroup, pivot, and start over again. You'll also hear about how the planet's human design is shifting to the Age of Phoenix, almost demanding substantial changes in how we work, attend school, study, and run our businesses. The 55th Gene Key. From Victimization To Freedom
We cannot choose Freedom; we can free ourselves from the things that stand between us and it, yet it'll come in its own time. As Richard Ruud says, it is all about living as humans with its trappings and trimmings, and from within that our Freedom will arise. Throughout this episode, I dive deep into Richard Ruud's brilliant reading of the 55th Gene Key. We explore the possibility of seeing that which makes us feel victimized not as a burden but as an opportunity to learn and grow, and we'll play with the idea of creating our Heaven on Earth. You'll also hear about the importance of seeing major setbacks as opportunities to realign your purpose, conscious uncoupling, supporting and empowering others on their journeys, and more. An Astrological, Energetic Look at What 2024 Is Brewing for Us with David Chitara
"The more we hold on to that paradigm of globalism and governance, the more we will find ourselves in pain in the years ahead. Fear or Love: Understanding the Motivation Behind Our Choices
"The polarity of light and dark have to coexist, and we can't abolish one; we must embrace it. We must look at the dark side, love it, and say: Well, thank you for showing me these things about myself and others. It's a learning experience. And it's part of learning who we truly are." In today's episode, the first of 2024, I invite you to look at New Year's resolutions differently, from how you choose to keep yourself accountable to the extent of the things you want to achieve. I also share some interesting facts from a numerology perspective of 2024 and what we can expect from the year of the dragon in the Chinese zodiac. So, knowing ourselves better makes us better pieces of our community, our tribe, and our families." In this episode, I invite you to join me at the virtual campfire as I share more details of my spiritual journey and why I became passionate about helping others understand themselves better. Redefining Holidays Celebrations for More Enjoyable Existences
"The Holiday season is about allowance. It's about grace, about ease. So why create conflict? It is not a natural state; harmony is so much better. Harmony is so much more enjoyable. It's this place of being rather than acting or pushing or forcing. Give the gift of being to everyone, be in flow and allowance, and let people give what they can." Today's episode is also one of those in which it is just you and me around the virtual campfire. How To Treat, Be Around, and Care for Empathic and Highly Sensitive People
Have you ever been with someone, and their mere presence in the room, just them breathing the same air you breathe, make you feel better? Or have you deemed someone knew and understood what you were going through without telling them a single word? Those are some of the many gifts emphatic and highly sensitive people share with the rest of us selflessly. They are a true gift in this world and should be protected and cared for. Today, I share my perspectives on what makes empaths and highly sensitive people special, how to behave around them, help them be more comfortable in our loud world, understand and respect their "fragility," and honor their unique skills. You'll learn why empathetic people "suffer" doing everyday stuff like grocery shopping, why they are usually mistaken by hypochondriacs, and why narcissists are particularly attracted to them. I also share my thoughts on God, the Creator, spiritual awakening, highly sensitive people and their needs, and more. How To Get To Grief's Sixth Phase
Each grief journey is different; we all go through it differently. The same goes for its five stages; it is not a linear trajectory. You might start bargaining before expressing denial, or feel depressed before angry, or you might even feel all of them simultaneously. The only certainty is you can't go through a loss and come out on the other side of it the same. Still, you can choose who will emerge from the other side of grief: a broken version of you or an evolved, purposeful, and stronger-than-ever self. For today's solo episode, I decided to touch on a subject that, sooner or later, will reach us all: grief. We'll discuss how to navigate grief, give ourselves grace, handle inappropriate or inadequate comforting words, the bright side of grief processes, and more. You'll also hear about my close encounter with grief, how I went through grief's seven stages, and how I managed to find the sixth. Tune in to episode 9 of Rekindling Ancient Wisdom, and allow me to handle the tools that might help you put a foot in front of the other in tough times. Unravel the Path to Soulful, Joyful Living with Carole Franques and Rosemary Nevara
"We label things as bad or good, but that doesn't mean they are; we just labeled them that way. So, if we tap into the consciousness of blueberries, what is the symbol? What is its meaning? In this episode, I'm joined by two powerhouse ladies, Carole Franques and Rosemary Nevara, from Soulful Joyful Living, and creators of five (so far) Oracle Decks. Navigating the Spiritual, Energetic, and Biological Layers of Sacred Union
A sacred union is a couple in a sword fight, fighting back to back against the world. They know each other perfectly and can foresee their partners' next move, so they know what to do without looking at each other. It's this dance of the warrior where the masculine and the feminine come together to protect and support each other. In this solo episode, I'm thrilled to discuss sacred union and bring this topic into consciousness. I invite you to join me as we go through its meaning, differentiate it from the unconscious coupling culture that reigns in our times, and explore the spiritual, energetic, and biological layers that take part in every union between human beings. How We Are All Connected and the Power of Storytelling
Modern medicine and science, in general, represented a massive leap forward in human evolution; they dramatically increased life expectancy and quality, for instance, among many other advantages. As time went by, people mushed all ancient wisdom together into either religious beliefs or witchcraft, plain fantasy, or magic. However, the last pandemic brought dozens of lessons, and the idea that we are all connected became almost impossible to ignore. People are more open to accepting ideas that sounded woo-woo a couple of years back, and now they make a lot of sense. Welcome to Rekindling Ancient Wisdom, a podcast about freedom, about remembering where we come from and what we are here for. In this space, we'll use the massive power of one of humankind's most powerful connecting tools, storytelling, and we'll navigate alternative healing avenues for your physical, mental, and spiritual wounds. In this first episode together, I'll take you through my spiritual journey that abruptly started after an unexpected and painful change in my life. You'll also learn about how I connected with my mediumship abilities, why we should pay more attention to alternative healing techniques, you'll get encouraged to listen to your intuition more frequently, and much more.
