People Over Profit Ft. Rusty and Amanda Saenz #164

In this episode I sat down with Rusty and Amanda Saenz, the husband and wife owners and founders of Elite Moving in Chattanooga, Tennessee. I opened things up a little differently than usual, sharing that my word for 2026 was intentional, and Rusty shared that their word was gratitude. We talked about how their company was born out of a season of deep tragedy and financial struggle, including the loss of a close friend to suicide, and how that pain became the foundation for the business they built together. Rusty opened up about his past as a self centered scoundrel before he and Amanda found each other, rebuilt their lives through their faith, and started their moving company with literally forty dollars to their name and a busted up Jeep Cherokee.Amanda shared her gift for sitting with customers and enveloping them emotionally during one of the most stressful experiences a person can go through, while Rusty handled the physical labor of moving. We talked about their acronym SLEEP, which stood for sit, listen, endure, envelop, and pray, and how that philosophy shaped every move they completed. They opened up about parenting as a blended family, staying intentional with their kids despite the demands of a growing business, and how their employees became like family, showing up at their kids birthday parties and building real relationships. This conversation reminded me that the people who change the world rarely do it loudly. They do it by showing up for one person at a time, in the middle of someone else's hardest day, and choosing to serve instead of seeking the spotlight. Rusty and Amanda's story is proof that broken pieces, in the right hands, can become something beautiful. I am so grateful they trusted me with their story, and I know it is going to plant a seed in someone listening today who needed to hear it.⭐️CONNECT WITH RUSTY & AMANDA ON SOCIAL MEDIA ⭐️▶︎ INSTAGRAM: @rustysaenz | @elitemovingtn ▶︎ EMAIL: [email protected]▶︎ LINKEDIN: Rusty Saenz🔹🔹CONNECT WITH CELINA ON SOCIAL MEDIA🔹🔹▶︎ INSTAGRAM: celina_glennon▶︎ FACEBOOK: Celina Glennon▶︎ LINKEDIN: Celina Glennon▶︎ YOUTUBE: @CelinaGlennon

ELLIOTT ARMY SERIES: Why Risk Takers Deserve to be Rewarded Ft. Danny Klein #163

In this episode, I sat down with Danny Klein for a conversation that took us through his entire journey, from selling cars in Northern Virginia to becoming a key leader within The Elliott Group. Danny opened up about the early days, working a brutal dealership job, barely scraping by on a $200 commission check, and the night he discovered Andy Elliot's videos on YouTube that changed the trajectory of his life almost overnight. We talked about what it really took for him to go from selling six cars a month to becoming the number one salesman across two stores, and how that momentum carried him into one of the most painful seasons of his life, losing his father, and choosing to show up for himself anyway. Danny shared the call that brought him onto The Elliott Group team, the leap of faith it took to move to Arizona, and what it felt like to be thrown straight into the spotlight on his very first day.Beyond the business milestones, this conversation went deep into identity, growth, and what it means to evolve from a rich mindset to a wealthy one. Danny got vulnerable about comparison, ambition, relationships, and the pressure that comes with watching your twenties turn into your thirties. We also talked about leadership, authenticity, and why real relationships matter more than a long list of acquaintances. This episode was full of heart, hard earned wisdom, and honest reflection. Danny left us with a powerful reminder, do not put money on a pedestal, take the leap, and trust that the lessons from failure will always be worth more than staying still.⭐️CONNECT WITH DANNY ON SOCIAL MEDIA ⭐️▶︎ INSTAGRAM: @officialdannyklein▶︎ EMAIL: [email protected]▶︎ YOUTUBE: DANNY KLEIN🔹🔹CONNECT WITH CELINA ON SOCIAL MEDIA🔹🔹▶︎ INSTAGRAM: celina_glennon▶︎ FACEBOOK: Celina Glennon▶︎ LINKEDIN: Celina Glennon▶︎ YOUTUBE: @CelinaGlennon

Finding Your Family Values Ft. Rich Lauro #161

In this episode, I sat down with Rich Lauro, owner of Beyond Limits Gym in Orlando, FL and Columbus, OH, for a conversation that went far beyond reps and sets. Rich shared how he left a corporate banking career to follow a passion for personal training, eventually building a thriving gym business rooted in community, discipline, and genuine human connection. We talked about what it really means to provide life changing results, why local gyms offer something virtual fitness platforms can never replicate, and how his own comeback into bodybuilding 12 years later in life became a living example for his clients. We also dove into natural health alternatives, the dangers of chasing shortcuts in a social media driven fitness culture, and why resilience built in the gym carried over into every part of life. The conversation turned personal as Rich talked about meeting his wife, the balance she brought to his intensity, raising two daughters, homeschooling through the pandemic, and the decision to uproot his family from Ohio to Florida in pursuit of growth. Through it all, one theme kept surfacing: stop just surviving and start choosing your environment, your people, and your purpose.I loved this honest, heartfelt discussion about entrepreneurship, family, faith, and what it truly takes to help others transform their lives, one rep, one relationship, and one decision at a time.⭐️CONNECT WITH RICH ON SOCIAL MEDIA ⭐️▶︎ INSTAGRAM: @richbeyondlimits▶︎ LINKEDIN: RIch Lauro▶︎ EMAIL: [email protected]▶︎ WEBSITE: www.BeyondLimitsGym.net🔹🔹CONNECT WITH CELINA ON SOCIAL MEDIA🔹🔹▶︎ INSTAGRAM: celina_glennon▶︎ FACEBOOK: Celina Glennon▶︎ LINKEDIN: Celina Glennon▶︎ YOUTUBE: @CelinaGlennon

In this episode, I sat down with Kobi Canderoma, co-host of the Corporate Athlete podcast and a sales professional within the Elliott Group ecosystem, for a conversation that goes far beyond business strategy.Kobi opens up about growing up in Hawaii without a father figure, leaning on his grandparents and a baseball coach who poured life into him, and how those early lessons shaped the man he is today. How Will People Create Wealth if AI Does it All? Ft. Addam Kuzman #155

In this episode of Revenue from Retention, I sat down with Addam Kuzman, entrepreneur, faith-driven leader, and AI business builder, for a wide-ranging conversation that goes far beyond the boardroom. He also breaks down what his company is building in the AI space, specifically how agentic workflows and AI automation are leveling the playing field for small businesses like HVAC and roofing contractors who simply do not have time to answer every call. The conversation naturally flows into the rapid rise of AI agents, the future of cashless society, the nostalgia of mall culture, and why Adam believes this wave of technology will actually bring more human connection rather than less. Whether you are a parent, an entrepreneur, a person of faith, or all three, this episode is a reminder that ambition and service are not opposites. On this episode of Revenue from Retention, Luke Nelson opens up about the hidden battles that shaped him. From a shy, introverted pastor's kid who hid in bathrooms to avoid performing, to a decade-long struggle with alcohol addiction that nearly cost him his family. Just Start and Pray About It Ft. Jordan Kane #141

Overcoming addiction forces someone to build the exact internal skills that high-level business and sales require. It’s basically the hardest form of personal development someone can go through. Here’s what’s actually happening: They master impulse control (which most people never do).Addiction is driven by instant gratification. To overcome it, someone has to sit in discomfort, delay gratification, and make decisions based on long-term outcomes. That’s identical to what it takes to stay consistent in business and not quit when results are slow. Today I’m here with Jordan Kame who has overcome addiction and rebuilt a real estate career reconnecting with God while bringing his family along with him. AI Can't Substitute Your Relationships Ft. Rie Catangay #126

Today's guest is someone who has turned creativity into a real business and built a community around it. Rie Catangay is the founder of Charmed by Rie, a brand centered around permanent jewelry, beauty, and hands-on education for aspiring artists. What started as a passion for beauty and craftsmanship has grown into a business where she not only creates stunning pieces, but also teaches others how to build their own income streams through permanent jewelry. Through her trainings, courses, and pop-ups, Rie has already trained over 100 students and traveled across multiple states teaching the art of permanent jewelry while helping creatives turn their skills into businesses. Today we're going to talk about how she built her brand, the rise of the permanent jewelry industry, what it really takes to turn a creative skill into a profitable business, and how she's helping others do the same. So if you're interested in entrepreneurship, beauty, or learning how to monetize a creative skill, you're going to love this conversation.   KEY TAKEAWAYS: Passion can be a business foundation. Rie turned her love for beauty and craftsmanship into a full brand — Charmed by Rie — proving that creative interests can evolve into legitimate, income-generating ventures. Community and education multiply impact. Beyond making jewelry, Rie built a community by teaching others, having trained over 100 students across multiple states through courses, trainings, and pop-ups. Permanent jewelry is a rising industry. The conversation highlights the growth of the permanent jewelry space as a real and expanding market — not just a trend — with genuine business opportunities. Creative skills are monetizable. Rie's model shows that artistic abilities don't have to stay hobbies — with the right approach, they can become structured income streams for aspiring entrepreneurs. Teaching others is its own business model. Rie didn't just build a brand for herself — she created a replicable path for other creatives, showing that education and mentorship can be a core part of a business strategy.   ⭐️CONNECT WITH RIE ON SOCIAL MEDIA ⭐️ ▶︎ INSTAGRAM: @charmedbyrie ▶︎ EMAIL: [email protected] ▶︎ WEBSITE: https://charmedbyrie.com/   🔹🔹CONNECT WITH CELINA ON SOCIAL MEDIA🔹🔹 ▶︎ INSTAGRAM: Celina.Eklund ▶︎ FACEBOOK: Celina Eklund ▶︎ LINKEDIN: Celina Eklund ▶︎ YOUTUBE: CelinaEklund   Join us at https://www.celinaeklund.com/ for premium content - Enjoy! Can Hypnosis Unlock Your Mind to Success? Ft. Mark Yuzuik #125

Ever wonder how hypnosis can change your life? 🤔 Let's dive into the transformative power of the subconscious! Tag someone who needs to hear this! Meet Mark Yuzuik, a master hypnotist with over 25 years of experience in unlocking potential and breaking limiting beliefs. He reveals how our subconscious drives our actions, often leading us to sabotage our own success. What if you could change the narrative? Imagine associating quitting smoking with joy instead of struggle. Mark shares his unique approach to help others break free from bad habits by redefining their stories. It's not just about motivation; it's about lasting transformation. Have you ever thought about the power of your subconscious? Dive deeper into this conversation and discover how to reprogram your mind for success! KEY TAKEAWAYS:  The subconscious drives behavior. Our subconscious mind controls our actions more than we realize, and can quietly push us toward self-sabotage without our conscious awareness. Stories shape our reality. The narratives we attach to our habits and experiences determine how hard or easy change feels — rewriting those stories is the first step to transformation. Reframing is a powerful tool. Instead of associating change with struggle, linking it to positive emotions (like feeling joy when quitting smoking) makes lasting change far more achievable. Hypnosis goes beyond motivation. Unlike surface-level pep talks, hypnosis works at the subconscious level to create deep, lasting transformation rather than short-term willpower bursts. Breaking limiting beliefs is possible. With the right approach, deeply ingrained mental blocks can be reprogrammed, opening the door to untapped potential and personal growth.   ⭐️CONNECT WITH MARK ON SOCIAL MEDIA ⭐️ ▶︎ INSTAGRAM: @markyuzuik ▶︎ LINKEDIN: Mark Yuzuik ▶︎ EMAIL: [email protected] ▶︎ WEBSITE: https://markyuzuik.com/   🔹🔹CONNECT WITH CELINA ON SOCIAL MEDIA🔹🔹 ▶︎ INSTAGRAM: Celina.Eklund ▶︎ FACEBOOK: Celina Eklund ▶︎ LINKEDIN: Celina Eklund ▶︎ YOUTUBE: CelinaEklund   Join us at https://www.celinaeklund.com/ for premium content - Enjoy! Welcome Scott Cloman, a Territory Sales Manager with deep roots in the automotive industry, a former wide receiver in both the NFL and CFL, and a trusted voice for dealers navigating today's shifting marketplace. Scott brings years of hands-on experience in automotive sales and relationship building, and now he's applying that expertise to empower dealers across North America. He's doing that through his work at Signal Technologies, a company transforming how Canadian dealers export vehicles into the U.S. — using data-driven tools, streamlined compliance, and end-to-end solutions to simplify a $15B-plus opportunity that historically ran on spreadsheets and manual processes.   ⭐️CONNECT WITH SCOTT ON SOCIAL MEDIA ⭐️ ▶︎ INSTAGRAM: @scottj81 ▶︎ LINKEDIN: Scott Cloman ▶︎ EMAIL: [email protected] ▶︎ YOUTUBE: DREAMS PODCAST   🔹🔹CONNECT WITH CELINA ON SOCIAL MEDIA🔹🔹 ▶︎ INSTAGRAM: Celina.Eklund ▶︎ FACEBOOK: Celina Eklund ▶︎ LINKEDIN: Celina Eklund ▶︎ YOUTUBE: CelinaEklund   Join us at https://www.celinaeklund.com/ for premium content - Enjoy! Your next level isn't waiting for permission—it's waiting for you. To shatter limitations, you must be willing to question your fears, challenge old beliefs, and trust the wisdom within you. Questioning inherited patterns and outdated mindsets is the first act of transformation. Self-trust is the foundation of everything — Stepping boldly into your own wisdom isn't arrogance — it's alignment. Your intuition already knows the way forward. You Don't Need a Portfolio - You Need a Point of View Ft. Reef Colman & Laura Vogt #120

Welcome back to Revenue from Retention — the podcast where we talk about building businesses, health, and a life worth keeping. Today I have two incredible guests joining me. Laura Vogt is a Registered Nurse and BSN-trained travel nurse who has worked on the frontlines of healthcare systems across the United States. And Reef Colman is the Founder and CEO of WeAssist.io, a global talent firm helping businesses scale with the right people, the right way. Today, we're tackling something that challenges everything you've been told about standing out. Whether you're a nurse, an entrepreneur, or anywhere in between. The topic? You Don't Need a Portfolio. You Need a Point of View. In a world full of credentials and résumés, the people who win are the ones who know exactly what they stand for.   KEY TAKEAWAYS:  A point of view outperforms a portfolio. In today's crowded market, knowing what you stand for is more powerful than a list of credentials or past work. Standing out isn't about doing more — it's about being clear. Whether you're in healthcare or business, clarity of perspective is what separates you from the competition. Your identity is your edge. Laura's frontline nursing experience and Reef's global talent expertise prove that lived experience, when owned with conviction, becomes your greatest differentiator. Credentials open doors — but conviction keeps you in the room. Résumés get you noticed, but a strong point of view is what makes people remember you and keep coming back. Retention starts with knowing who you are. Whether you're retaining clients, patients, or talent — it all begins with a clear, authentic perspective that people can trust and rally behind. ⭐️CONNECT WITH REEF ON SOCIAL MEDIA ⭐️ ▶︎ INSTAGRAM: @reefcolman | @Laura_vogt2 ▶︎ WEBSITE: https://weassist.io/ ▶︎ EMAIL: [email protected]    CONNECT WITH CELINA ON SOCIAL MEDIA  ▶︎ INSTAGRAM: Celina.Eklund ▶︎ FACEBOOK: Celina Eklund ▶︎ YOUTUBE: CelinaEklund   NEW: Join us at https://www.celinaeklund.com/ for premium content - Enjoy! Living 'The Boss Life' Ft. Miguel Carrasco #118

Miguel Carrasco is the creator behind multiple seven-figure companies, including three software platforms, and has generated over $100 million in online sales across digital education, SaaS, and high-retention communities. His work centers on helping everyday people, especially beginners, transform their mindset, build sustainable businesses, and create recurring income without burning out or chasing shiny objects. Before stepping into entrepreneurship, Miguel spent 15 years as a Microsoft consultant specializing in user experience design, working with Fortune 500 companies around the world. That corporate foundation, combined with his deep understanding of psychology, systems, and human behavior, laid the groundwork for what would become a powerful ecosystem of courses, software, and communities designed for long-term retention and real transformation. At the heart of Miguel's model is alignment. His education programs teach the strategy, while his platforms like Captivation Hub, an all-in-one funnel, website, and marketing system, and Captivation Genius, a beginner-friendly AI tool, help users implement and scale with confidence. The result is a business flywheel where customers stay longer, succeed faster, and grow alongside the brand. Through The Boss Life Podcast and his coaching programs, Miguel blends entrepreneurship, mindset, faith, and practical execution, proving that retention is not about tactics alone. It's about trust, transformation, and building businesses that serve people at every stage of the journey.   KEY TAKEAWAYS:  Proven Track Record at Scale – Miguel has built multiple seven-figure companies and surpassed $100M in online sales across SaaS, digital education, and high-retention communities, establishing him as a credible authority in online business. Corporate Expertise Meets Entrepreneurship – His 15 years as a Microsoft UX consultant working with Fortune 500 companies gave him a unique foundation in systems, psychology, and human behavior that directly shapes his business-building approach. Built for Beginners, Designed for Longevity – Miguel's ecosystem is specifically engineered to help everyday people start without overwhelm and build sustainable, recurring income — prioritizing long-term results over quick wins. An Aligned Ecosystem, Not Just Courses – His model combines education (strategy) with proprietary tools like Captivation Hub and Captivation Genius, creating a flywheel where customers implement faster, stay longer, and succeed with confidence. Retention is Rooted in Transformation – Through The Boss Life Podcast and coaching programs, Miguel blends mindset, faith, and execution to show that true retention comes from trust and genuine transformation — not tactics alone.   ⭐️CONNECT WITH MIGUEL ON SOCIAL MEDIA ⭐️ ▶︎ INSTAGRAM: @miguelmindset ▶︎ LINKEDIN: Miguel Carrasco ▶︎ EMAIL: [email protected] ▶︎ WEBSITE: https://www.thebosslife.com/    CONNECT WITH CELINA ON SOCIAL MEDIA  ▶︎ INSTAGRAM: Celina.Eklund ▶︎ FACEBOOK: Celina Eklund ▶︎ YOUTUBE: CelinaEklund   NEW: Join us at https://www.celinaeklund.com/ for premium content - Enjoy! Happy W2 Day Ft. Jefferson Calloway #117

Today we've got an incredible guest who really lives at the intersection of real estate, entrepreneurship, and strategic wealth building. Jefferson Calloway built a multi-state rental portfolio from the ground up, mastering creative financing, house hacking, and investor mindset along the way.  He's also a business owner rooted in home renovation and remodeling through American Home Concepts, a company that focuses on craftsmanship and client experience in transforming homes. From serving as a helicopter pilot in the U.S. Army to scaling rental doors across 7 states with over $2M in equity, his journey is as inspiring as it is practical for anyone looking to build financial freedom through property. Today, we're unpacking real estate strategy, mindset shifts, creative deal structures, and how to thrive in today's market with someone who's done it in real life.   KEY TAKEAWAYS:  Military to Mogul: Jefferson's journey from U.S. Army helicopter pilot to multi-state real estate investor proves that discipline and mission-driven thinking from military service can translate directly into building long-term wealth. Creative Financing is a Game-Changer: Rather than relying solely on traditional lending, Jefferson mastered creative deal structures that allowed him to scale his portfolio across 7 states — a critical strategy for investors looking to grow without being limited by conventional financing. House Hacking as a Launch Pad: Jefferson leveraged house hacking as a foundational tool to build his rental portfolio from the ground up, demonstrating how everyday homeowners can start generating income with properties they already live in. Real Estate and Business Go Hand in Hand: Through American Home Concepts, Jefferson blends his renovation expertise with his investment strategy — showing that owning a business rooted in home improvement can create a powerful synergy with building a rental portfolio. Equity is the Scoreboard: With over $2M in equity built across his portfolio, Jefferson's story reinforces that the real goal of real estate investing isn't just cash flow — it's systematically accumulating wealth through appreciation, forced equity, and smart long-term positioning.   ⭐️CONNECT WITH JEFFERSON  ON SOCIAL MEDIA ⭐️ ▶︎ INSTAGRAM: @jeffersoncallaway ▶︎ LINKEDIN: JEFFERSON CALLAWAY ▶︎ EMAIL: [email protected]   ▶︎ WEBSITE: Jeffersoncalloway.com      CONNECT WITH CELINA ON SOCIAL MEDIA  ▶︎ INSTAGRAM: Celina.Eklund ▶︎ FACEBOOK: Celina Eklund ▶︎ YOUTUBE: CelinaEklund   NEW: Join us at https://www.celinaeklund.com/ for premium content - Enjoy! Improving The Standard on How You feel Ft. Aram Grigorian #116

Today's guest is someone who's becoming a real game-changer in the world of fitness, transformation, and disciplined coaching. He's the creator of 4 Weeks to the Beach, an approach that's all about focused transformation, real-world consistency, and results you can measure and not just for home. You probably know him from Instagram @4weeks2thebeach Aram Grigorian, where he breaks down systems, habits, and accountability in a way that's straightforward, challenging, and actually sustainable. He's helped hundreds of people compress months, even years of progress into strategic, disciplined 4-week blocks that build confidence, strength, and real lifestyle change. Whether you're chasing a physical goal, looking for structure in your habits, or just tired of temporary results. This episode is going to shift how you think about transformation.   KEY TAKEAWAYS: Focused blocks drive faster results — Aram's 4-week framework helps people compress months or even years of progress into short, strategic sprints that actually stick. Consistency over perfection — The approach is built around real-world consistency, not ideal conditions, making it practical for everyday people. Accountability is a system — Aram breaks down habits and accountability in a way that's structured and repeatable, not just motivational. Transformation is measurable — The focus is on results you can track and quantify, moving away from vague goals toward concrete progress markers. Sustainable change is the goal — This isn't about quick fixes. The method is designed to build confidence, strength, and lasting lifestyle change beyond just a single outcome.   ⭐️CONNECT WITH ARAM ON SOCIAL MEDIA ⭐️ ▶︎ INSTAGRAM: @4weeks2thebeach ▶︎ WEBSITE: Realcoachessummit.com   ▶︎ EMAIL: [email protected]      CONNECT WITH CELINA ON SOCIAL MEDIA  ▶︎ INSTAGRAM: Celina.Eklund ▶︎ FACEBOOK: Celina Eklund ▶︎ YOUTUBE: CelinaEklund   NEW: Join us at https://www.celinaeklund.com/ for premium content - Enjoy!
