Coaching Kids And The Right Approach

In this episode of Revenue from Retention, I sat down with husband and wife duo Tim and Sarah Dunbar, founders of Limit Break Athletics and Champ Camp, a youth fitness program built around character development rather than just athletic training. They shared the personal health scare that pushed them to rebuild their family's wellness routines and ultimately shaped the mission behind their business.Tim and Sarah opened up with me about what it really takes to build a business as partners, including the importance of communication, navigating unspoken expectations, and treating challenges as part of the process rather than signs that something was broken. We talked about how confidence built through physical challenge translated into every other area of a child's life, and how their coaching philosophy focused on developing resilience, not just performance. We also got into what set their gym apart from typical youth athletic programs, their approach to building genuine community rather than transactional membership relationships, and their vision for an expanded facility that would let parents work out while their kids trained. Tim and Sarah closed with hard earned advice on persistence, patience, and showing up consistently even when results felt far away.I loved reflecting with them on growth, authenticity, and staying open to change, values that ran through this entire conversation.⭐️CONNECT WITH TIM AND SARAH ON SOCIAL MEDIA ⭐️▶︎ INSTAGRAM: @limitbreakathletics▶︎ EMAIL: [email protected]▶︎ WEBSITE: https://www.limitbreakathletics.com/🔹🔹CONNECT WITH CELINA ON SOCIAL MEDIA🔹🔹▶︎ INSTAGRAM: celina_glennon▶︎ FACEBOOK: Celina Glennon▶︎ LINKEDIN: Celina Glennon▶︎ YOUTUBE: @CelinaGlennonJoin us at https://www.celinaeklund.com/ for premium content - Enjoy! How to Outwork Everyone by Getting Better 1% Every Month

I sat down with Elise Kephart, a longtime automotive industry consultant and entrepreneur, for a conversation that started with how quickly time moves and ended up covering nearly two decades of business lessons. We talked about what actually makes a car buying experience stand out in an industry that still struggles with trust, and Elise shared a genuinely creative idea for how dealerships could serve families better while customers shopped. From there we got into the real story behind her decision to leave a traditional sales job and build her own business, including the late night moment that pushed her to finally put in her notice. Elise opened up about hitting rock bottom a few years into entrepreneurship, the conversation that kept her from quitting, and how she learned to balance an unpredictable schedule with being present for her family. We also talked about resilience, growing up without much, and how those early experiences shaped the woman and business owner she became today. It was an honest, emotional, and encouraging conversation, and I walked away from it more grateful for Elise's friendship than ever. Why Money Can't Buy Happiness

In this episode, I sat down with my longtime friend Brandon Garner, a musician, husband, and father whose faith journey completely transformed his life. Brandon opened up about hitting rock bottom in his career and marriage before finding his way back to God through a sales training program that pushed him to become the best version of himself. He shared how books like Outwitting the Devil helped him recognize when he was just going through the motions instead of truly living out his faith, and how getting rebaptized as an adult marked the real beginning of his walk with Jesus. We talked about how he met his wife Danielle at church, their journey through infertility and loss before welcoming their son, and the grace and patience that have carried them through it all. Brandon also gave us a glimpse into his music career, from playing guitar in worship to working on placing his original music in TV shows and films. This conversation was full of heart, honesty, and hard won wisdom about leadership, giving others grace, and keeping your eyes on what matters most even when life gets hard. Brandon reminded us that comparison steals joy and that true wealth is found in relationships, faith, and gratitude, not in a bank account.Tune in for a conversation about faith, family, and finding purpose through every season of life.⭐️CONNECT WITH BRANDON ON SOCIAL MEDIA ⭐️▶︎ INSTAGRAM: @Brandon.garner.music▶︎ LINKEDIN: Brandon Garner▶︎ EMAIL: [email protected]🔹🔹CONNECT WITH CELINA ON SOCIAL MEDIA🔹🔹▶︎ INSTAGRAM: celina_glennon▶︎ FACEBOOK: Celina Glennon▶︎ LINKEDIN: Celina Glennon▶︎ YOUTUBE: @CelinaGlennon

5 Things You Need to Know About Menopause

What happens when you leave a stable career as a nurse practitioner to build something entirely your own, at 50? In this episode I sit down with Kathy Wieliczko, a nurse practitioner turned content creator and midlife health coach, to talk about reinvention, community, and what she calls a healthy dose of delulu.Kathy went through menopause in 2017 and turned her own experience into a thriving business helping women look and feel their best through strength training, nutrition, and hormone health. She built an audience of over 126,000 followers organically on Instagram, all while working full time as a nurse practitioner, before finally leaving that career behind this past March. We talk about the mindset it took to keep showing up when nobody was watching, why she blocked everyone she knew when she first started posting, and the moment a single video finally broke through. Kathy opens up about growing up independent, the role gratitude plays in real success, and why she believes women in their fifties are just getting started. Top 5 Tips on How to Stop Following Trends From a Home Designer

In this episode, I sat down with Eva Ruiz, owner of Homestyle Treasures, a vintage and antique reseller who turned her lifelong love of thrifting and decorating into a thriving business. Eva shared how she grew up going to flea markets with her parents, how she learned to see the potential in pieces most people would walk past, and why she believes every home should tell a story about the people who live there. We talked about the vintage collector community, how to spot authentic antiques versus mass produced replicas, and why romanticizing your everyday life doesn't require a big budget. Eva also opened up about her thirty year marriage, raising a family with intention, and the courage it took to finally pursue something just for herself after years of putting everyone else first. This conversation was a reminder that you don't need permission to chase what lights you up, and that the smallest, most affordable details can create the biggest feelings of home.⭐️CONNECT WITH EVA ON SOCIAL MEDIA ⭐️▶︎ INSTAGRAM: @Homestyle_treasures▶︎ LINKEDIN: Eva Ruiz▶︎ EMAIL: [email protected]▶︎ WEBSITE: Shophomestyletreasures.com🔹🔹CONNECT WITH CELINA ON SOCIAL MEDIA🔹🔹▶︎ INSTAGRAM: celina_glennon▶︎ FACEBOOK: Celina Glennon▶︎ LINKEDIN: Celina Glennon▶︎ YOUTUBE: @CelinaGlennon

In this episode of Revenue from Retention, I sit down with Jaden and Wynter, a young married couple whose maturity and drive have shaped an inspiring life together. We dig into what it really means to grow up fast, from Wynter's early years surrounded by political events with her mother to Jaden's military family discipline and church upbringing. They open up about meeting at church as teenagers, taking the leap to move across the country at 18, and building a marriage and business side by side instead of waiting for life to feel "perfect."Wynter shares her journey into wedding photography, the lessons she's learned handling tricky family dynamics on set, and her vision for scaling her business on her own terms. Jaden talks about his growth within the Elliott Group, the mentors who shaped him, and why he believes relationship capital matters more than any bank account. The Engineering Industry Exposed in 46 minutes

I sat down with Michael Daleo, an aerospace engineer turned career coach, to talk about the winding path from UCF engineering school to building a coaching business for engineers. Michael opened up about living two lives in college, getting fired from his first internship at Lockheed only to be rehired within Northrop Grumman, and the mindset shift from striving to sonship that changed how he approached work and life. We covered his move to Arizona, the influence of his coaches and the LA Group, his vision for becoming a startup incubator for engineers, and the advice that scares people most usually points to what they need to cut from their life. A conversation full of heart, ambition, and faith.Michael shared how growing up between Key West and Orlando, with a dad who worked in guest relations at Disney, shaped the way he thinks about hospitality and connection. He talked about his grandfather's influence on his work ethic, the value of coaches in every area of his life, and how he found his way to entrepreneurship through a string of trial and error, from a short stint in life insurance to discovering the LA Group through Ian Macklin's videos. That path eventually led him to launch his own career coaching business focused entirely on helping engineers land the jobs they actually want.We also got into some fun tangents, from hidden speakers at Disney to escape rooms, AI tools, and what the next few decades of technology might look like. Michael's excitement for building something meaningful came through in every story he told, and his belief that business should come from service rather than the chase for money stood out as one of the most grounded parts of our conversation. If People Do This, You’re Being Manipulated!

In this episode, I sit down with Randy White, a coach who has spent decades reinventing himself and now helps others do the same. Randy opens up about surviving narcissistic abuse, including a final and defining breakup in 2023 that led him to discover the language for everything he had experienced since childhood. He walks us through how understanding the nervous system, the difference between the ANS and CNS, and the fight, flight, freeze, or fawn responses can completely change the way we see our own conditioning. We talk about boundaries, why people pleasing is really a trauma response rather than a personality trait, and how our conditioned identity often battles our aspirational identity, especially under pressure. Randy shares the Core 4 framework he lives by, body, mind, relationship, and purpose, and explains why pouring into yourself first isn't selfish but necessary if you want to show up for the people you lead and love.Randy also gets personal about his faith, his journey through addiction and rebuilding a business from nothing, becoming a grandfather, and why he believes mentorship is one of the fastest ways to shortcut your own growth. We close out talking about the explosion of AI, what it means for identity and purpose in a changing world, and why community will matter more than ever moving forward. If you have ever felt stuck in old patterns and wondered how to finally break free, this episode is for you.⭐️CONNECT WITH RANDY ON SOCIAL MEDIA ⭐️▶︎ INSTAGRAM: @coachrandywhite▶︎ LINKEDIN: Randy White▶︎ EMAIL: [email protected]▶︎ WEBSITE: Coachingwithrandywhite.com🔹🔹CONNECT WITH CELINA ON SOCIAL MEDIA🔹🔹▶︎ INSTAGRAM: celina_glennon▶︎ FACEBOOK: Celina Glennon▶︎ LINKEDIN: Celina Glennon▶︎ YOUTUBE: @CelinaGlennon

If You Only Watch 3 Videos a day, Make It This One

This week, I opened up about the journey that took me from a lost twenty something with no direction to becoming a leader inside The Elliott Group. I shared the moment I first found Andy Elliott on YouTube and the decision I made to do whatever it took to change my life, even when that meant breaking a lease, leaving Spokane, and starting over in Arizona with nothing in my bank account.I talked about identity, belief, and what it really means to pursue total recreation, not just in business but in every part of life. I got vulnerable about the years I spent chasing the wrong things, the relationships that weren't right for me, and the patience it took to finally find the partner who matched my ambition. I also shared how faith carried me through the waiting and how it shaped the family and future I'm building now.We dug into leadership too. I talked about why the person who can develop others the fastest is the most valuable person in any organization, why client experience will always matter more than price or product, and why giving before taking is the foundation of real culture. Married, Dating, or Single: Two Relationship Experts Share Their Best Advice

In this episode of Revenue from Retention, I sat down with Cory and Lori Romero to talk about the foundation behind their marriage, their business, and their ministry. The couple opens up about meeting at Bank of America over a decade ago, the different paths that led them to faith, and the choice to build their household around a relationship with Jesus rather than simply going through the motions of church attendance.Cory and Lori share their journey with Celebrate Recovery, where they now serve on the executive team, and talk candidly about the five year infertility journey and the miscarriages that tested their faith before their daughter arrived. They discuss the decision to homeschool, the reasoning behind stepping away from a dual income household, and what it means to build a marriage on communication instead of convenience.Cory reflects on stepping away from parts of his old motorcycle community to make room for what he describes as a calling toward Celebrate Recovery, while Lori speaks to the quiet, unseen work of running a growing ministry behind the scenes. Throughout the episode, Cory and Lori return again and again to the idea of breaking generational cycles, releasing control, and letting go of whatever holds a person back from being fully present for their family and their community.⭐️CONNECT WITH CORY ON SOCIAL MEDIA ⭐️▶︎ INSTAGRAM: @sober_minded_warrior▶︎ EMAIL: [email protected]▶︎ LINKEDIN: Cory Romero🔹🔹CONNECT WITH CELINA ON SOCIAL MEDIA🔹🔹▶︎ INSTAGRAM: celina_glennon▶︎ FACEBOOK: Celina Glennon▶︎ LINKEDIN: Celina Glennon▶︎ YOUTUBE: @CelinaGlennon

Stop Having the Fear of Not Being Enough Ft. Paul Blanchard #166

Today's guest is someone who challenges the way we think about personal growth, performance, and transformation. For over two decades, Paul Blanchard has been helping entrepreneurs, executives, and high performers understand that success isn't just about thinking differently. It's about creating alignment between your mind, body, emotions, and the deeper patterns that drive your behavior. Through his work with Whole Body Mindset, Paul helps people uncover the hidden habits, beliefs, and internal dynamics that may be keeping them stuck despite their outward success. What I love about Paul's message is that he believes the answer isn't another strategy, another productivity hack, or another goal. It's learning how to reconnect the head, heart, and gut so you can live and lead from a place of true alignment. In today's conversation, we're going to dive into mindset, habits, leadership, performance, self awareness, and what it really takes to create lasting change.⭐️CONNECT WITH PAUL ON SOCIAL MEDIA ⭐️▶︎ INSTAGRAM: @officialpaulblanchard▶︎ EMAIL: [email protected]▶︎ WEBSITE: https://wholebodymindset.com/🔹🔹CONNECT WITH CELINA ON SOCIAL MEDIA🔹🔹▶︎ INSTAGRAM: celina_glennon▶︎ FACEBOOK: Celina Glennon▶︎ LINKEDIN: Celina Glennon▶︎ YOUTUBE: @CelinaGlennon

Don’t Compare Yourself to Anyone Ft. Stephanie Fisher #165

Today's guest is Steph Fisher, and this conversation feels like catching up with a friend you've known forever. Steph grew up in Colombia before her family immigrated to the United States when she was eight years old, and that journey shaped everything about how she shows up in the world today. She spent a decade as a civil engineer focused on water resources, chasing a dream that started with watching her hometown struggle without access to clean water. Then this year, she walked away from that stable career to build something entirely her own.Steph opens up about the moment that pushed her into content creation and entrepreneurship, the way she and her husband have built a true partnership behind the scenes, and how she keeps her sense of self intact while sharing so much of her life online. She talks candidly about affiliate marketing, about the community she's building for other creators, and about the quiet confidence she's found after years of thinking she wasn't a "public speaking" kind of person. This episode is about more than business. It's about identity, motherhood, courage, and choosing to bet on yourself even when it feels uncertain. Steph brings warmth and honesty to every answer, and by the end of this one you'll probably want to go hug your own mom or call your best friend. People Over Profit Ft. Rusty and Amanda Saenz #164

In this episode I sat down with Rusty and Amanda Saenz, the husband and wife owners and founders of Elite Moving in Chattanooga, Tennessee. I opened things up a little differently than usual, sharing that my word for 2026 was intentional, and Rusty shared that their word was gratitude. We talked about how their company was born out of a season of deep tragedy and financial struggle, including the loss of a close friend to suicide, and how that pain became the foundation for the business they built together. Rusty opened up about his past as a self centered scoundrel before he and Amanda found each other, rebuilt their lives through their faith, and started their moving company with literally forty dollars to their name and a busted up Jeep Cherokee.Amanda shared her gift for sitting with customers and enveloping them emotionally during one of the most stressful experiences a person can go through, while Rusty handled the physical labor of moving. We talked about their acronym SLEEP, which stood for sit, listen, endure, envelop, and pray, and how that philosophy shaped every move they completed. They opened up about parenting as a blended family, staying intentional with their kids despite the demands of a growing business, and how their employees became like family, showing up at their kids birthday parties and building real relationships. This conversation reminded me that the people who change the world rarely do it loudly. They do it by showing up for one person at a time, in the middle of someone else's hardest day, and choosing to serve instead of seeking the spotlight. Rusty and Amanda's story is proof that broken pieces, in the right hands, can become something beautiful. I am so grateful they trusted me with their story, and I know it is going to plant a seed in someone listening today who needed to hear it.⭐️CONNECT WITH RUSTY & AMANDA ON SOCIAL MEDIA ⭐️▶︎ INSTAGRAM: @rustysaenz | @elitemovingtn ▶︎ EMAIL: [email protected]▶︎ LINKEDIN: Rusty Saenz🔹🔹CONNECT WITH CELINA ON SOCIAL MEDIA🔹🔹▶︎ INSTAGRAM: celina_glennon▶︎ FACEBOOK: Celina Glennon▶︎ LINKEDIN: Celina Glennon▶︎ YOUTUBE: @CelinaGlennon

ELLIOTT ARMY SERIES: Why Risk Takers Deserve to be Rewarded Ft. Danny Klein #163

In this episode, I sat down with Danny Klein for a conversation that took us through his entire journey, from selling cars in Northern Virginia to becoming a key leader within The Elliott Group. Danny opened up about the early days, working a brutal dealership job, barely scraping by on a $200 commission check, and the night he discovered Andy Elliot's videos on YouTube that changed the trajectory of his life almost overnight. We talked about what it really took for him to go from selling six cars a month to becoming the number one salesman across two stores, and how that momentum carried him into one of the most painful seasons of his life, losing his father, and choosing to show up for himself anyway. Danny shared the call that brought him onto The Elliott Group team, the leap of faith it took to move to Arizona, and what it felt like to be thrown straight into the spotlight on his very first day.Beyond the business milestones, this conversation went deep into identity, growth, and what it means to evolve from a rich mindset to a wealthy one. Danny got vulnerable about comparison, ambition, relationships, and the pressure that comes with watching your twenties turn into your thirties. We also talked about leadership, authenticity, and why real relationships matter more than a long list of acquaintances. This episode was full of heart, hard earned wisdom, and honest reflection. Danny left us with a powerful reminder, do not put money on a pedestal, take the leap, and trust that the lessons from failure will always be worth more than staying still.⭐️CONNECT WITH DANNY ON SOCIAL MEDIA ⭐️▶︎ INSTAGRAM: @officialdannyklein▶︎ EMAIL: [email protected]▶︎ YOUTUBE: DANNY KLEIN🔹🔹CONNECT WITH CELINA ON SOCIAL MEDIA🔹🔹▶︎ INSTAGRAM: celina_glennon▶︎ FACEBOOK: Celina Glennon▶︎ LINKEDIN: Celina Glennon▶︎ YOUTUBE: @CelinaGlennon

Finding Your Family Values Ft. Rich Lauro #161

In this episode, I sat down with Rich Lauro, owner of Beyond Limits Gym in Orlando, FL and Columbus, OH, for a conversation that went far beyond reps and sets. Rich shared how he left a corporate banking career to follow a passion for personal training, eventually building a thriving gym business rooted in community, discipline, and genuine human connection. We talked about what it really means to provide life changing results, why local gyms offer something virtual fitness platforms can never replicate, and how his own comeback into bodybuilding 12 years later in life became a living example for his clients. We also dove into natural health alternatives, the dangers of chasing shortcuts in a social media driven fitness culture, and why resilience built in the gym carried over into every part of life. The conversation turned personal as Rich talked about meeting his wife, the balance she brought to his intensity, raising two daughters, homeschooling through the pandemic, and the decision to uproot his family from Ohio to Florida in pursuit of growth. Through it all, one theme kept surfacing: stop just surviving and start choosing your environment, your people, and your purpose.I loved this honest, heartfelt discussion about entrepreneurship, family, faith, and what it truly takes to help others transform their lives, one rep, one relationship, and one decision at a time.⭐️CONNECT WITH RICH ON SOCIAL MEDIA ⭐️▶︎ INSTAGRAM: @richbeyondlimits▶︎ LINKEDIN: RIch Lauro▶︎ EMAIL: [email protected]▶︎ WEBSITE: www.BeyondLimitsGym.net🔹🔹CONNECT WITH CELINA ON SOCIAL MEDIA🔹🔹▶︎ INSTAGRAM: celina_glennon▶︎ FACEBOOK: Celina Glennon▶︎ LINKEDIN: Celina Glennon▶︎ YOUTUBE: @CelinaGlennon

ELLIOTT ARMY SERIES: Build a Mind so Strong It Can't Be Ignored Ft. Kobi Candaroma #156

What happens when a former athlete channels everything he learned on the field into building a life and career worth fighting for? In this episode, I sat down with Kobi Canderoma, co-host of the Corporate Athlete podcast and a sales professional within the Elliott Group ecosystem, for a conversation that goes far beyond business strategy.Kobi opens up about growing up in Hawaii without a father figure, leaning on his grandparents and a baseball coach who poured life into him, and how those early lessons shaped the man he is today. He shares the raw story of nearly losing his first sales job, discovering Andy Elliott on YouTube with only months to spare, and how a thousand dollar seminar ticket changed the trajectory of his entire family. But what truly sets Kobi apart is not his sales numbers. It is his heart. From the care he pours into every client relationship to the loyalty he shows his fiancé Savannah and their five year old daughter Soul, Kobi embodies what it means to lead with authenticity and love people well, even when it costs him.In this episode you will hear about the power of betting on yourself when the odds are stacked against you, what it looks like to be a comeback kid in real time, and why the biggest piece of advice Kobi can give anyone is simple: stop waiting and send it.⭐️CONNECT WITH KOBI ON SOCIAL MEDIA ⭐️▶︎ INSTAGRAM: @Kobicandaroma▶︎ EMAIL: [email protected]🔹🔹CONNECT WITH CELINA ON SOCIAL MEDIA🔹🔹▶︎ INSTAGRAM: Celina.Eklund▶︎ FACEBOOK: Celina Eklund▶︎ LINKEDIN: Celina Eklund▶︎ YOUTUBE: CelinaEklund

How Will People Create Wealth if AI Does it All? Ft. Addam Kuzman #155

In this episode of Revenue from Retention, I sat down with Addam Kuzman, entrepreneur, faith-driven leader, and AI business builder, for a wide-ranging conversation that goes far beyond the boardroom. Adam opens up about growing up as a troubled youth, the grandfather who shaped his work ethic, and the faith that continues to guide every decision he makes today. From the lessons of parenthood to the moment he knew his wife was the one, Adam brings raw honesty and heart to topics that most business podcasts never touch. He also breaks down what his company is building in the AI space, specifically how agentic workflows and AI automation are leveling the playing field for small businesses like HVAC and roofing contractors who simply do not have time to answer every call. The conversation naturally flows into the rapid rise of AI agents, the future of cashless society, the nostalgia of mall culture, and why Adam believes this wave of technology will actually bring more human connection rather than less. Whether you are a parent, an entrepreneur, a person of faith, or all three, this episode is a reminder that ambition and service are not opposites. In this episode of The Elliott Army series, I sat down with Ali Hammoud, known as "The Prince," a Lebanese-born entrepreneur raised in West Africa who built his identity long before he ever set foot in the Arizona desert. He walks through his father's "7-7-7" philosophy that now guides how he raises his own children, and reflects on the hollow feeling he experienced after winning a national championship without ever truly enjoying the journey, a lesson that now drives everything he does in business and in life.⭐️CONNECT WITH ALI ON SOCIAL MEDIA ⭐️▶︎ INSTAGRAM: @Alifitpro▶︎ EMAIL: [email protected]🔹🔹CONNECT WITH CELINA ON SOCIAL MEDIA🔹🔹▶︎ INSTAGRAM: Celina.Eklund▶︎ FACEBOOK: Celina Eklund▶︎ LINKEDIN: Celina Eklund▶︎ YOUTUBE: CelinaEklund

It’s basically the hardest form of personal development someone can go through. Here’s what’s actually happening: They master impulse control (which most people never do).Addiction is driven by instant gratification.
