“The Board of Peace, The Abraham Accords: The Dawning of a New Era? “Or the Peace the Bible Warned About?”

Send us Fan Mail For decades, the world has searched for peace in the Middle East—treaties signed, promises made, and yet peace has remained out of reach. But now, something new has emerged. The Board of Peace. What Is the “Board of Peace”? In the opening months of 2026, a new and unprecedented entity, one shaped by urgency, conflict, and the promise of peace, stepped onto the world stage. It is called the Board of Peace. Led by President Donald Trump, this body represents something fundamentally different. For generations, peace efforts have moved through institutions like the United Nations—slow… deliberate… bound by consensus. But this… is not that. The Board of Peace was created not merely to negotiate peace, but to oversee what comes after. The initial goals are to stabilize Gaza and rebuild what has been destroyed. Also, to establish governance and to ensure security through disarmament. This is not simply political diplomacy. This is oversight and control—not merely declaring desired outcomes, but ensuring they come to pass. Countries Participating in the Board of Peace are the United States, Egypt, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and Qatar. These countries are key because of their proximity to Gaza and influence in the region. They have mediation experience and can provide funding and coordinate security. Support the showBreadofLife.media

Rightly Dividing Acts 10: The Truth About Cornelius

Send us Fan MailWhen we carefully read the account of Cornelius in Acts chapter 10, several fascinating, if not puzzling, questions arise. Did Cornelius become a Christian in the same sense as believers are saved today? Was Cornelius baptized into the church, the body of Christ?Since Cornelius is a Gentile, is Acts 10 the beginning of the church, the body of Christ?Or, did Cornelius become a Jewish proselyte?Did Cornelius hear the gospel of grace, or something else? I will answer these questions as we progress through this study. At first glance, the events that took place in Cornelius’ home look very similar to Pentecost in Acts chapter 2. Peter preaches about Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit falls upon the listeners, who begin speaking in tongues. But when we carefully compare Acts 10 with the later writings of the Apostle Paul, an important question arises. Paul says this about his own salvation:  “Howbeit for this cause I obtained mercy, that in me first Jesus Christ might shew forth all longsuffering, for a pattern to them which should hereafter believe on him to life everlasting.” 1 Timothy 1:16. Paul became the pattern for those who would afterward believe. So, how should we understand Cornelius's experience in Acts 10? Support the showBreadofLife.media

Why Did the Holy Spirit Come in Acts 2? The Timing Explained!

Send us Fan MailMost Christians know what happened in Acts chapter 2.The Holy Spirit came, tongues of fire appeared, and Jesus’ apostles began speaking in other languages. And most believe that was the start of the church, the body of Christ. But is that the truth or mere tradition? The appropriate question is rarely asked. Why did the Holy Spirit come at that precise moment in history? Why not earlier? Why not during Jesus’ ministry? Why not after Paul's conversion? The Holy Spirit’s coming in Acts chapter 2 was not a random or unexpected event. It happened at the precise moment God had already foretold in prophecy. To understand Acts 2, we will examine three topics:The promise of the SpiritThe prophetic timingThe national call to IsraelSupport the showBreadofLife.media

The Beast From the East - Revelation 17 explained!

Send us Fan MailThe Beast from the EastThe Beast of Revelation 17 has long been one of the most debated figures in all of Scripture.Across the centuries, it has been identified with Rome, the European Union, or a future revived political system. Yet amid these interpretations, an important question is often overlooked.Where does the book of Revelation itself expect us to begin? After all, Revelation is the culmination of prophetic events, not the beginning. The answer is not found in modern headlines or in endless charts and speculation. It is found in the book of Daniel. The visions given to Daniel establish a prophetic framework of kingdoms, empires, and rulers that unfold across history and into the future. Revelation does not replace that framework. It completes it.This video traces the final world empire of prophecy from Daniel to Revelation, allowing Scripture to interpret Scripture. Rather than isolating individual passages, it follows the prophetic line as it is revealed—step by step, vision by vision.Support the showBreadofLife.media

    The Coming Antichrist!

Send us Fan MailWhen most people hear the word Antichrist, their minds immediately go to fear, chaos, and catastrophe. Images of violence, tyranny, and horror come to the surface almost automatically. Popular culture, novels, films, and even some prophecy teaching have trained us to expect a figure who is instantly recognizable as evil. But when we turn to the Bible itself, we discover something far more sobering.Scripture does not initially introduce the Antichrist as a monster. It does not say the world immediately recoils from him. It does not present him as a figure who rises through terror or open brutality. Instead, the Bible presents a man who is received, trusted, and even admired before he is ever feared. And that detail changes everything. The danger of the Antichrist is not that he looks evil—but that he doesn’t. He does not rise through chaos at the beginning, but through credibility. He does not conquer hearts through violence at first, but through solutions. He does not demand worship immediately, but earns allegiance gradually. This is why Scripture treats him as a matter of discernment rather than spectacle. In this video, we’re not going to speculate about names, dates, or modern headlines. We’re not going to rely on tradition, imagination, or popular theories. Instead, we’re going to ask a much simpler and more important question:Who is the Antichrist—according to the Bible itself?Support the showBreadofLife.media

Revelation 17 - MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.

Send us Fan MailPreviously, I did a video on Revelation 17, the woman who rides the beast.  In that video, I showed that the woman represents the religious system of the last days, especially during the Tribulation, which begins after the Rapture of the Church. She is Islam! Islam has been in continuous control of the Middle East for 1300 years and shows no sign of leaving. The other day, I found myself reading Revelation 17 again.  I asked the Lord to show me anything I might have previously missed. And He did! When I got to verse 9, I read “And here is the mind which hath wisdom.” I stopped and spoke, “Lord, I want a mind that has wisdom, please give me wisdom.” I paused and then read the next sentence: “The seven heads are seven mountains, on which the woman sitteth.”  The words leaped off the page! Wow! That is the key to understanding the woman. That explains why her name begins with the word “Mystery”.  Support the showBreadofLife.media

Daniel 2 Misinterpreted! The Legs of Iron True Identity.

Send us Fan MailWhat the Biblical text actually says about the Iron Kingdom.  From the courts of Babylon, above the shimmering rivers of the Near East, a vision was given to King Nebuchadnezzar of a great statue, its form divided like the kingdoms of men. In this telling, we shall behold the statue anew—the head of gold that gleamed with Babylon’s glory, the silver breast and arms of the Medo/Persian order, the bronze loins of Alexander’s swift dominion…and at last, the iron kingdom that followed, stark and terrible. For centuries, Christians heard but a single narrative—the fourth kingdom, the legs of iron, is the Roman Empire whose feet of iron and clay—a latter day revived form of ancient Rome. But what if that long-held tradition is wrong? What if the prophecy itself—when compared with real geography, real history, and real Scripture—points in an entirely different direction?Support the showBreadofLife.media

Tribulation Technology: Seven Years That Shake the World!

Send us Fan MailHow Prophecy and Modern Innovation Converge in the End Times Biblical Foundations The Prophetic timeline for what we commonly call the Tribulation is found in Daniel chapter nine—the 70 weeks prophecy for Israel: specifically verse 27. "And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominationshe shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate." - Daniel 9:27 KJV ·       “one week” is a week of years, not days – 7 years.·       “midst of the week” – the middle of the 7 years – 3 ½ years.·       “sacrifice and the oblation to cease” – Temple sacrifices, the Temple must be rebuilt since verse 26 declares that the people “shall destroy the city and the sanctuary.” That happened in 70 AD.·       “overspreading of abominations” – the abomination of desolation perpetrated by the Antichrist at the midpoint of the 7 years.·       “consummation” – the end of the 7-year Tribulation.·       “poured upon the desolate” – the pouring of the 7 vials of the wrath of God.Support the showBreadofLife.media

Born Again? The Hijacking of Israel’s Promise!

Send us Fan MailThe “born again” narrative is found in the gospel of John chapter 3 verses 1 through 12. The apostle Peter also uses the term “born again” in 1st Peter 1 verse 23. I will examine these passages and several others to determine the true meaning of being “born again”.  We must understand the context of John chapter 3. Who is speaking, who is the intended audience and what is the setting? Answering these three questions starts our analysis in the proper context to determine the truth. Starting from a misconception or a false premise will always lead to error and confusion. For example, if you erroneously assume that Jesus was speaking to the church, then your conclusions will be in error. You naturally will assume that being born again applies to you. Therefore, we must let the scriptures define the context and refrain from making fallacious assumptions.Support the showBreadofLife.media

The Rapture and the Second Coming Explained

Send us Fan MailScholars and theologians estimate there are over one thousand eight hundred direct and indirect Bible references proclaiming the Messiah's return and reign. Most Bible scholars agree there are over three hundred prophecies in the Old Testament pointing to the first coming of the Messiah: fulfilled by Jesus Christ two millennia ago.Out of those, around sixty to seventy are major, clearly messianic prophecies that were directly fulfilled in the life, ministry, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. There’s a minimum of six, and upwards of thirty times more prophesies referencing Jesus’ second coming than His first coming. Jesus’ return will be the most spectacular event in the history of the world. However, there are only about ten passages that speak to the Rapture of the Church. It’s easy to see how they could get lost in the one thousand eight hundred passages referencing Jesus’ second coming. Many Christians struggle with this. Some mix the passages concluding that the Rapture and the second coming are the same event. Others understand that the Rapture and second coming are different events but still misapply scriptures about the second coming to the Rapture. Here are ten prophesies Jesus will fulfill at His second coming, at the end of the 7-year Tribulation— clearly distinguishing Jesus’ second coming from the Rapture.Support the showBreadofLife.media

    Is Hell Real?

Send us Fan MailBefore time began, before the foundations of the world were laid, there was rebellion in heaven. The mighty cherub Lucifer, the most radiant of all the angels, allowed pride to corrupt his heart. He sought not only to reflect God's glory but to claim it for himself. "I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High," he declared in his arrogance (Isaiah 14:14). Deceived by Lucifer’s prideful ambition, a third of the heavenly host joined his rebellion against God.It was then that God prepared a place for these fallen ones—a place of judgment, a place of torment, a place of eternal separation from the presence of God. Hell was never created for man, but for the devil and his angels (Matthew 25:41). Yet, in the garden of Eden, the serpent slithered in. The deceiver who had led the rebellion in heaven now sought to lead a rebellion on earth. He whispered his lies into the ears of Eve, convincing her that God's commands were burdensome, that sin would bring freedom rather than death. How Jesus Rightly Divided the Bible

Send us Fan Mail In this study I will show you two examples of how Jesus rightly divided the word of truth, the Bible. In Luke chapter five, Jesus attended a banquet in His honor given by Levi (aka Matthew), a tax collector Jesus had just called to become His disciple and follow Him. There were many other tax collectors and friends of Levi attending the celebration including some scribes and Pharisees watching from a distance, always seeking to find fault and accuse Jesus and His newly called disciples. We pick up the narrative in Luke chapter 5 verse 36 as Jesus began to teach via two short, easily overlooked parables."And he spake also a parable unto them; No man putteth a piece of a new garment upon an old; if otherwise, then both the new maketh a rent, and the piece that was taken out of the new agreeth not with the old." - Luke 5:36 KJV As with all parables, Jesus illustrated a deeper spiritual truth; in this instance using a clothing metaphor.Support the showBreadofLife.media

The Coming Tribulation; Duration, Severity, Purpose, and Timing

Send us Fan Mail The concept of the last days Tribulation period stems from a literal interpretation of certain Bible passages, particularly in the books of Daniel, Matthew, Revelation, and other prophetic passages. The first mention of the last days Tribulation is found in the following verse:"When thou art in tribulation, and all these things are come upon thee, even in the latter days, if thou turn to the LORD thy God, and shalt be obedient unto his voice; (For the LORD thy God is a merciful God;) he will not forsake thee, neither destroy thee, nor forget the covenant of thy fathers which he sware unto them." - Deuteronomy 4:30–31 KJV. That is also the first occurrence of the word “tribulation” in scripture. Notice that it refers to a specific time of trouble for Israel in the “latter days.”Support the showBreadofLife.media

"Grafting In" of Romans 11 Explained!

Send us Fan Mail I continue to receive questions pertaining to the grafting of branches in Romans chapter 11. Many try to force application upon us, the church, the body of Christ, claiming that we are grafted into Israel, or that we are spiritual Israel, or that we, the church, have replaced Israel. However, none of those popular explanations are true. Remember, a text taken out of context, separated from its co-text, becomes a pretext: a falsehood designed to obscure the true meaning, to deceive others in support of a false doctrine. Many pastors and teachers do this because they have been deceived by false doctrines and traditions of men taught at Bible colleges and seminaries. Since many false doctrines permeate Christian theology, we must always be prepared to correct our thinking based upon the word of God. But that’s difficult because it’s much easier to deceive someone than to convince them that they have been deceived. Pride is a hindrance to acknowledging one’s deception. Support the showBreadofLife.media

Walk in the Spirit. What does that mean and how do we do it?

Send us Fan MailGreetings, I'm Dr. Paul Felter. Welcome to my video podcast, where I expose church fallacies and flawed Christian traditions with Bible truth. I let the Bible speak for itself. Please visit my website for additional resources including my book “The Master Key to Understanding the Bible,” a comprehensive guide to rightly dividing the word of truth. The Flesh and the SpiritIn this video, I will answer the previous questions by explaining walking in the Spirit and how to do it.Let’s begin with a popular verse from Romans chapter 8."There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit." - Romans 8:1 KJVChristians live their daily lives in one of two modes. Either we gratify the desires of the flesh or follow the leading of the Holy Spirit. To walk simply means to live, referring to our daily lifestyle, the things we do day in and day out. We walk indulging the desires of the flesh or after the desires of the Spirit. Those are the only two options. Every Christian does one or the other. But there's another aspect in the above passage, one of condemnation. The Christian who lives in the spirit suffers no condemnation. But the reciprocal is true for the Christian who lives gratifying the flesh. They will suffer condemnation at the judgment seat of Christ with loss of reward, more on that later. Please understand something right from the beginning. The passages I cover in this study speak to Christians. They do not contrast Christians with the ungodly lost. But contrast spiritual Christians with carnal Christians, Christians that operate in the flesh as babes in Christ.  Paul spoke the following to the Corinthian believers:"And I, brethren, could not speak unto you as unto spiritual, but as unto carnal, even as unto babes in Christ." - 1 Corinthians 3:1 KJVCarnal Christians concern themselves with fleshly desires. They continually seek sensual things gratifying their five senses and appetites. Yielding to the three primary sources of lust: the lust of the eye, the lust of the flesh, and the pride of life, carnal Christians succumb to the seduction of evil. Condemnation from the Lord awaits them at the judgment seat of Christ. Spiritual Christians follow the Spirit and word of God. Spiritual blessings and rewards await them at the judgment seat of Christ.Let’s create a list of characteristics of the flesh contrasted with characteristics of the spirit based on several Bible passages beginning with what we read from Romans 8:1 Support the showBreadofLife.media

Send us Fan MailWhat is a Biblical mystery? Why was it kept a mystery and not part of prophecy? What are the mysteries revealed by Jesus Christ to the apostle Paul?Greetings, I'm Dr. Paul Felter.  Welcome to my video podcast, where I expose church fallacies and flawed Christian traditions with Bible truth.  I let the Bible speak for itself.  Since all scripture is given by inspiration of God, then we need to let God speak through His word.  Sadly, most Christians redefine or reinterpret the Bible to match their mind.  But scripture says to transform our minds to match God’s word, the Bible."And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God." - Romans 12:2 KJVWe are to renew our minds to conform to the Bible.  Not redefine the Bible to conform to our minds.  We renew our minds by the continual study of God’s word.  The battle today is for control of the mind.  Whatever controls your mind controls your life. What is a mystery in the Biblical context?A Biblical mystery is "hidden wisdom" previously unrevealed or kept secret.  Paul writes in 1st Cor 2 verse 7;"But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory:" - 1 Corinthians 2:7 KJVRomans 16 verse 25;"Now to him that is of power to stablish you according to my gospel, and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery, which was kept secret since the world began," - Romans 16:25 KJVEphesians 3 verse 9;"And to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ:" - Ephesians 3:9 KJVColossians 1 verse 26;"Even the mystery which hath been hid from ages and from generations, but now is made manifest to his saints:" - Colossians 1:26 KJVThe mystery of the church, the body of Christ, was hidden in God the Father until the appropriate time for its revelation to the world.  That moment came to Saul of Tarsus after his Damascus Road conversion.  The mystery of the gospel and dispensation of grace to save Gentiles created in the mind of God before the world began was finally revealed to Saul, our apostle Paul, through whom the church, the body of Christ began.Website for additional resources:  BreadofLife.mediaPodcast:  Rightly Dividing the Word of TruthBooks, eBooks, and Audiobooks:Revelation Rightly Dividedhttps://www.amazon.com/Revelation-Rightly-Divided-Truth-Known-ebook/dp/B093Z835KLMaster Key to Understanding the Bible:https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0982995431Beyond the Rapture: Guide to the Great Tribulation:https://www.amazon.com/So-You-Missed-Rapture-Tribulation/dp/0982995415Future History: God's Intelligence Briefing on the End Times.:https://www.amazon.com/FUTURE-HISTORY-INTELLIGENCE-BRIEFING-TIMES/dp/0982995423Support the showBreadofLife.media

The Apostle Paul - The Apostle to the Gentiles

Send us Fan MailThe Apostle to the Gentiles.  The Apostle Paul**Note**  Be sure to watch the last list item #10 as that is the most important. Was Paul a mere man?  Well, Yes and No. Yes, Paul was a man in the flesh. And No, Paul was also a prominent spiritual leader in God’s plan for the ages. We’re going to look at several passages about Paul and make a list from scripture of God’s purpose for Saul of Tarsus, the apostle Paul. But first I want to say this. We do we worship Paul!  We worship the risen, glorified Lord Jesus Christ, Period. We do not worship Paul, in fact we worship no man after the flesh, not even Jesus. Send us Fan MailWhat commonality do Matthew chapter 24, Mark chapter 13, Luke chapter 21, and Revelation chapters 6 through 19 share? There is much confusion swirling around these passages. They are all New Testament passages but do they relate to the church or Israel, the Rapture, or the Second Coming of Jesus Christ at the end of the 7-year Tribulation? We’ll take a quick look at each of these passages to discover if they relate to the church or something else. Greeting, I’m Dr. Paul Felter. One Taken, One Left - Wheat and Tares Parable - Sheep and Goat Judgment Rightly Divided

Send us Fan MailOne taken, one leftThe Wheat and taresThe Sheep and goatsYou’ve probably read the passages in Matthew chapters 13, 24 and 25 pertaining to those events, but what do they mean and when do they take place.Greetings, I'm Dr. Paul Felter. Welcome to my video-podcast where I expose church fallacies and flawed Christian traditions with Bible truth. We let the Bible speak for itself. Jesus had something to say about the traditions of the Pharisees. "And he said unto them, Full well ye reject the commandment of God, that ye may keep your own tradition. ... Making the word of God of none effect through your tradition, which ye have delivered: and many such like things do ye." - Mark 7:9, 13 KJBThe same applies to the church today. We have church traditions being passed off as Bible truth and if you question those traditions, you are called a heretic.  But those bogus traditions have the same affect as the traditions of the Pharisees, they make void, “none effect,” the word of God. Those that believe and promote church traditions over Bible truth negate the scripture and its power to change the lives of those that believe in Jesus. An example of bogus church tradition is our first passage, the one taken and one left, supposed by many to be the Rapture.Let’s read the “one taken and one left” passages in Matthew chapter 24.But before we get to that passage, you need to understand Matthew chapter 24. Jesus was giving a prophecy briefing to His disciples on the Mount of Olives. They asked Him “what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world?” Matthew 24:3.From verse 4 through verse 28 of chapter 24, Jesus gives a high level overview of the conditions and events of the 7-year Tribulation. Verses 29 through 31 declare Jesus second coming at the end of the Tribulation. From that point on through the end of chapter 25 Jesus describes events that accompany His return using both narrative and parables. So, Matthew chapters 24 and 25 pertain to Israel enduring the 7-year Tribulation and the judgments that follow Jesus’ return.Website for additional resources:  BreadofLife.mediaPodcast:  Rightly Dividing the Word of TruthBooks, eBooks, and Audiobooks:Revelation Rightly Dividedhttps://www.amazon.com/Revelation-Rightly-Divided-Truth-Known-ebook/dp/B093Z835KLMaster Key to Understanding the Bible:https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0982995431Beyond the Rapture: Guide to the Great Tribulation:https://www.amazon.com/So-You-Missed-Rapture-Tribulation/dp/0982995415Future History: God's Intelligence Briefing on the End Times.:https://www.amazon.com/FUTURE-HISTORY-INTELLIGENCE-BRIEFING-TIMES/dp/0982995423Support the showBreadofLife.media

The Bride of Christ? The Church or Israel.

Send us Fan MailIs the Church the Bride of Christ? Can we be both the body and the bride of Christ?Has God been symbolically married in the past? From where did the notion of the church being the bride of Christ arise?I will answer these questions in this video-podcast.Greetings, I'm Dr. Paul Felter. Welcome to my video-podcast where I expose church fallacies and flawed Christian traditions with Bible truth. We let the Bible speak for itself. For my entire Christian experience, I’ve been taught, as you probably were too, that we the church, the body of Christ, are also the Bride of Christ.  Preachers and teachers refer to the church as the Bride of Christ dogmatically, as a pillar of our Christian faith. I never seriously questioned that doctrine even though I could find no scripture passage from Paul, our apostle, calling us the Bride of Christ.  In fact, the phrase Bride of Christ, is nowhere in the KJB.So, let’s look at the passages used to support the idea that we, the body of Christ, are also the bride of Christ.Remember, the Bible is our source of truth, not the teachings of men nor church tradition.Website for additional resources:  BreadofLife.mediaPodcast:  Rightly Dividing the Word of TruthBooks, eBooks, and Audiobooks:Revelation Rightly Dividedhttps://www.amazon.com/Revelation-Rightly-Divided-Truth-Known-ebook/dp/B093Z835KLMaster Key to Understanding the Bible:https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0982995431Beyond the Rapture: Guide to the Great Tribulation:https://www.amazon.com/So-You-Missed-Rapture-Tribulation/dp/0982995415Future History: God's Intelligence Briefing on the End Times.:https://www.amazon.com/FUTURE-HISTORY-INTELLIGENCE-BRIEFING-TIMES/dp/0982995423Support the showBreadofLife.media

Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;" - 2 Thessalonians 2:1–3 KJVThe two often misunderstood phrases in that passage are the “day of Christ” and a “falling away.” Support the showBreadofLife.media

Who are the 24 Elders of Revelation

Send us Fan MailWho are the 24 elders of the book of Revelation?Do they represent the church, the body of Christ, Israel or something else?We are introduced to the 24 elders in Revelation Chapter 4. They are also mentioned in chapters 5, 7, 11,14 and 19.  It’s interesting that we read about the 24 elders nowhere else in the Bible. Which means that their identity should be obvious needing no explanation. The 24 elders are sitting on thrones before the Throne of God. For centuries believers have asked, "Who are the 24 Elders?"  What is the significance of the number 24? And, do they have any application to the church, the body of Christ? The word “elders” is found 179 times in the King James Bible mostly referring Israel. The apostle Paul uses the term only twice in his epistles with reference to the local church, not heavenly places.Church tradition holds that these 24 elders represent the church. If that is true then the number 24 should have some significance to us, the body of Christ. Support the showBreadofLife.media

Romans 12 - What is a Living Sacrifice?

Send us Fan MailRomans 12The apostle Paul opens this chapter with a peculiar charge.Verse 1."I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service." - Romans 12:1 KJVPaul charges those at Rome to present themselves to God as a “living sacrifice.” What is a “living sacrifice?”  Those Jews and proselytes understood the Jewish sacrificial system of presenting an animal to the priest to be killed as a sacrifice to God. But a “living sacrifice” is a new concept. A living sacrifice is a life presented to God, offered to do His will fulfilling His purposes. A life of continued service, not a one-time sacrifice. Paul adds that a life of continued service to God is your reasonable duty. A living sacrifice is a sacrifice of service as the Lord Jesus Christ made the once for all sacrifice for sin on Calvary’s Cross.I have said from the beginning that the intended audience of Romans was Jews and proselytes. But there is much truth in Romans, as in every book of the Bible, for us to learn. The previous verse is a good example. Even though a Jew would better understand, as they were in a sacrificial system. We Gentiles can see that we must surrender to God in service. Seeking His will for our lives by walking in the Spirit.  God has a plan for our lives and we should seek him daily. Just because a book of the Bible was not written directly to the church, the body of Christ, does not mean that we should ignore it. On the contrary, every book of the Bible has spiritual truth for us to glean. The entire Bible was written for us, but not to us. That’s important to remember.Website:  BreadofLife.mediaBooks, eBooks, and Audiobooks:Revelation Rightly Dividedhttps://www.amazon.com/Revelation-Rightly-Divided-Truth-Known-ebook/dp/B093Z835KLMaster Key to Understanding the Bible:https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0982995431Beyond the Rapture: Guide to the Great Tribulation:https://www.amazon.com/So-You-Missed-Rapture-Tribulation/dp/0982995415Future History: God's Intelligence Briefing on the End Times.:https://www.amazon.com/FUTURE-HISTORY-INTELLIGENCE-BRIEFING-TIMES/dp/0982995423Support the showBreadofLife.media

Romans Chapter 10 - Paul Speaking about the Salvation of Israel

Send us Fan MailI continue with the same question; Who is Paul writing to in Romans 9 thru 11?Church tradition has Paul writing to Christians.  But is that true?We read in Romans 9 verses 3 & 4 that Paul is writing to his “brethren” his “kinsmen” in the flesh, Israelites.Paul affirms his intended audience again here in the first verse of Romans 10."Brethren, my heart's desire and prayer to God for Israel is, that they might be saved." - Rom 10:1 KJVRemember, Paul is writing about Israel.  He is not writing about the church, the Body of Christ.  Paul is writing to the little flock believers in Rome.  Jews and proselytes following their Messiah Jesus and considering themselves under the law of Moses.  Also, Paul seems to have expanded his audience to include all the Israelites in Rome.  Keep this fact in focus.  If you try to apply chapters 9 through 11 to us, the church, you will immediately encounter problematic passages that are contrary to us being under grace and possessing eternal life.Greetings, I'm Dr. Paul Felter.  Welcome to my video-podcast where we expose church fallacies and flawed Christian traditions with Bible truth. We let the Bible speak for itself.  If you appreciate the video-podcasts, please consider subscribing to my Youtube channel or my Podcast channel both named Rightly Dividing the Word of Truth.  Also, please visit my website Breadoflife.media for additional resources including my free pdf chart of your Bible rightly divided.Support the showBreadofLife.media

Parable of the Ten Virgins | What is the significance of the oil?

Send us Fan MailParable of the Ten VirginsDo the ten virgins represent the church, the body of Christ, or Israel? What is the significance of the lamp oil?Why were the five foolish virgins excluded from the marriage feast just because they were late?Greetings, I'm Dr. Paul Felter.  Welcome to my video-podcast where I expose church fallacies and flawed Christian traditions with Bible truth.  I let the Bible speak for itself.  The parable of the ten virgins found in Matthew chapter 25:1-13 is a much-misunderstood parable.  Many so called prophecy experts interpret the parable as a stand alone passage without asking some simple basic questions that should be asked and answered with every passage of scripture.1.  Who is speaking?2.  Who is the intended audience?3.  What is the timeframe or setting?Only by correctly answering these questions can one make proper application of the passage.Let’s read the passage, then I will answer the three questions. "Then shall the kingdom of heaven be likened unto ten virgins, which took their lamps, and went forth to meet the bridegroom. And five of them were wise, and five were foolish. They that were foolish took their lamps, and took no oil with them: But the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps. While the bridegroom tarried, they all slumbered and slept. And at midnight there was a cry made, Behold, the bridegroom cometh; go ye out to meet him. Then all those virgins arose, and trimmed their lamps. And the foolish said unto the wise, Give us of your oil; for our lamps are gone out. But the wise answered, saying, Not so; lest there be not enough for us and you: but go ye rather to them that sell, and buy for yourselves. And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came; and they that were ready went in with him to the marriage: and the door was shut. Afterward came also the other virgins, saying, Lord, Lord, open to us. But he answered and said, Verily I say unto you, I know you not. Matthew 15 | The True Purpose of Jesus' Ministry

Send us Fan MailMatthew 15 Is Jesus speaking to us, the church, the body of Christ, in Matthew 15?What was the true earthly ministry of Jesus? As a general question about the gospels, Is Jesus speaking to you in the red letters?Greetings, I'm Dr. Paul Felter.  Welcome to my video-podcast where we expose church fallacies and flawed Christian traditions with Bible truth.  We let the Bible speak for itself.  As always, I put to practice the apostle Paul's command in 2nd Timothy 2:15“Study to show thyself approved of God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.”Two keywords in that passage; “study”, we are to study the word of God not just read it.  And, “dividing”, the proper method of study is to divide the word, not harmonize it.  We are to divide truth from truth. There is a body of truth for Israel and a body of truth for the body of Christ in this present church age, the dispensation of grace.  Mixing and mingling Israel truth under the law of Moses and our truth under grace causes much error, misapplication of scripture and false doctrine. There are several interesting passages in Matthew 15, but the account of the Canaanite woman is most interesting to me as it reveals the true purpose of Jesus’ ministry.  Support the showBreadofLife.media
