Dear Parents, "I am very thankful to all of you for your support of Saitech Informatics. I have been running this Gurukulam since 1988, interacting with approximately 20 to 25 families every year, mentoring and counseling their children wholeheartedly alongside my professional life. I never settle down for rest or entertainment to lead my own retired life. It is your encouragement and strong faith in me that have kept me working tirelessly to guide your wards in their academic performance. As you know, schools can only provide a batch process in education. Real education is imparted by parents and a family mentor like me. Education is not just a commodity for sale or purchase; it is a value to be imbibed from our learned elders in our family and around us. Many of our current students are not meeting my expectations. I am constantly exploring how to involve the students in deep learning. I am very concerned that many parents and students are only focused on school grades. Believe me and my experience in education and corporate training! I have found a general sense of carelessness among our students, including many of my corporate trainees, research fellows, and engineers. Many of them struggle with laziness, procrastination, lack of commitment, easygoing attitudes, a focus on money, superficial knowledge, ignorance, arrogance, addiction to social media, time wasting, corrupted minds, agitation, faking, diversion, a chaotic mindset, daydreaming, poor communication, and distorted relationships, among other issues. Education is the product, and the student is the marketing manager. Those who know how to present their product (education) in society as a marketing manager are successful professionals in their careers. I have witnessed many of my students who had average marks in school and college leading successful careers, while some school and college toppers are not as successful. Society expects sincere and dedicated professionals. Starting from October 1st, 2023, I would like to collaborate directly with parents in our Saitech learning process. As parents, you will be involved in the following learning tasks. If you support these learning activities, your wards will undoubtedly succeed in their academic performance. Please do not confine your ward's potential within the school's academic framework. Nowadays, individually customized education is the real need of society. Dear parents, focus on the inner talent of every student. Identify their skill set. Treat every student as a unique plant. Do not compare a banyan tree with a palm tree. Believe in the theory of Everything. You are the problem and you are the solution my dear students! தீதும் நன்றும் பிறர் தர வாராது! Bug இல்லாத சாஃப்ட்வேர் இல்லை. குறைபாடுகள் அற்ற எந்த ஒரு மிஷின் பாகமும் இல்லை. மாசற்ற எந்த ஒரு வேதியியல் தொழிற்சாலையும் இல்லை. தோல்வியை சந்திக்காத மாணவர்களும் இல்லை. Failure mode analysis என்பதை எல்லா நிறுவனங்களும் செய்து கொண்டே இருக்கின்றன இதைப்பற்றிய உண்மை பெற்றோர்களாகிய உங்களுக்கும் தெரியும். ஒரு தோல்வி ஏற்படும் பொழுது யார் காரணம் என்று ஆராய்ந்தால் அதற்கு முடிவு காண முடியாது. அது சுமுகமான சூழ்நிலையை கெடுத்து விடும். முதலாவது தோல்வியை நேர்கொள்ளும் உண்மை தன்மை வேண்டும். தோல்வியிலிருந்து மீள்வதற்கான முயற்சியை மேற்கொள்ள மன உறுதி வேண்டும். நம் வாழ்க்கையில் ஒவ்வொரு நிலையிலும் நமக்கு ஒரு mentor அதாவது ஒரு வழிகாட்டி தேவைப்படுகிறார். அவரிடம் ஒளிவு மறைவு இல்லாமல் நாம் நம்மை அர்ப்பணிக்க வேண்டும். தோல்விக்கு காரணம் யார் என்பதை விட எந்த முறை என்பதை ஆலோசித்து அறிய வேண்டும். 20 சம்மட்டி அடி வாங்கிவிட்டு 21 வது அடியில் ஒரு பாறை நொறுங்கியதால் முதல் 20 அடிகளும் வீண் என்று கருதலாகாது. அடிக்க அடிக்க அம்மியும் நகரும். எறும்பு ஊர கல் தேயும் என்பார்கள். என் அன்பார்ந்த பெற்றோர்களே! நீங்கள் யார் உங்களது வழிகாட்டி என்று நம்புகிறீர்களோ அவர்கள் மீது பரிபூரண நம்பிக்கை வையுங்கள். எப்பொழுதுமே வெற்றி மட்டும் காண்பவர்கள் இறுமாப்பு அடைந்து இறுதியில் தோல்வியை தழுவுகிறார்கள். விழுந்த இடத்திலிருந்து தான் எழுந்திருந்து மேற்கொண்டு நடை பயில இயலும். வெற்றியும் தோல்வியும் மாறி மாறி வரும் பொழுது தான் வாழ்க்கை பயணம் சீராக அமையும். ஒரு மனிதன் தோல்வியுறும்போது அவனைச் சுற்றி காரணம் கற்பித்துக் கொண்டு அவனை சித்திரவதை செய்வதை விட நல்ல ஒரு வழிகாட்டியிடம் அழைத்துச் சென்று அவனுக்கு ஏற்ற முறையில் கற்பிப்பதே பெற்றோர்களாகிய நம் கடமை. அம்மா கனிவுடன் குழந்தைகளை பேணி காக்க வேண்டும். தந்தை சொல் மிக்க மந்திரம் இல்லை என்பதற்கு இணங்க அப்பா தன் குழந்தைகளுக்கு ஒரு நல்ல வழிகாட்டியாக திகழ்ந்திட வேண்டும். நல்லதொரு ஆசான் சீரிய முறையில் கற்பித்து அருள வேண்டும். இப்பொழுதெல்லாம் குழந்தைகளின் கல்விகளில் பெற்றோர்களுடைய உந்துதலும் அக்கம் பக்கத்தினர் மற்றும் உறவினர்களுடைய ஊடுருவலும் நண்பர்களுடைய இடையூறுகளும், பெரும் கல்வி நிறுவனங்களுடைய வியாபார மாயைகளும் பின்னலிட்டு பல பெற்றோர்கள் இன்னலுக்கு ஆளாகிறார்கள். ஒவ்வொரு குழந்தைக்கும் உள்ளே உறைந்திருக்கும் இறைவன் தந்த ருளிய ஒளிந்திருக்கும் திறன்கள்தான் தனித் திறமையாக உருவெடுக்க வேண்டும். Education என்ற வார்த்தையில் educe என்றால் உள்ளிருப்பதை வெளியே கொணர்தல் என்பதாகும். படியுங்கள் குழந்தைகளே! உங்கள் தோல்விக்கு நீங்களேதான் காரணம்.  உங்கள் சோம்பேறித்தனம் தான் காரணம். வெற்றி தோல்வி என்பது ஒரு முயற்சியாளருக்கு  வெற்றிப் படிக்கட்டுகள். உங்கள் மொபைல் போனை காலில் இருக்கும் செருப்பு போன்று மதிப்பளியுங்கள். காலில் இருக்கும் செருப்பை  பூஜை அறைக்குள் போட்டு வருவீர்களா?. உங்கள் மொபைல் போனை கல்விக்கான ஆயுதமாக பயன்படுத்துங்கள்.உங்களுடைய படைப்பு உங்கள் மொபைல் போனில் ஒரு காலத்தில் வரவேண்டும்.  அதற்கு மாறாக நீங்கள் என்ன செய்கிறீர்கள்?  தேவையே இல்லாத வெட்டி விஷயங்களை மண்டைக்குள் புகுத்திக் கொண்டு காலத்தை வீணாக்குகிறீர்கள் ! பள்ளிக்குச் செல்வதோ, கல்லூரிக்கு செல்வதோ, சாய்டெக் குருகுலத்திற்கு செல்வதோ, எந்த இடமாக இருந்தாலும், உங்கள் நல்வாழ்வுக்காக நீங்கள் செல்லுகிறீர்கள் என்பதை நினைவில் நிறுத்துங்கள். எனக்கு படிப்பதற்கு நேரமே கிடைப்பதில்லை,  என்று உங்கள் பெற்றோர்களையும், படிக்கும் இடங்களையும்  ஆசிரியர்களையும் குறை கூறாதீர்கள்..   ஹோம் ஒர்க் கொடுப்பது உங்கள் நலனுக்காக தான் என்பதை நினைவில் வையுங்கள்.  அதை கடன் எழவே என்று நீங்கள் எழுதாதீர்கள்.  ஒரு விஷயத்தை படிக்கும் போது நினைவில் நிறுத்துவதை விட அதை உள்வாங்கி எழுதுவது மூலம் புத்தகத்தில் குறிப்பிட்டுள்ள அனைத்து விஷயங்களையும் நீங்கள் உங்களது டிஎன்ஏ- யில் பதிவிடுகிறீர்கள் என்பதை நினைவில் கொள்ளுங்கள். எப்படி ஒருவருக்கு கார் ஓட்ட பழகும் போது மசில் மெமரி (muscle memory)  ஏற்படுகிறதோ அதைப்போலத்தான் புத்தகத்திலிருந்து எழுதி படிக்கும்போது உங்களுடைய ஒவ்வொரு செல்லிற்கும் அந்த விஷயங்கள் போய் சேருகின்றன என்பதை உணருங்கள் இதைத்தான் ஒரு நல்ல செல் டவுன்லோட் என்று சொல்லலாம்.  விளையாடலாம் தவறில்லை! நாம் மேற்கொள்ளும் ஒவ்வொரு செயலுக்கும் ஒரு நேரம் இருக்கிறது!  விளையாடும் போது முழு கவனத்துடன் விளையாடுங்கள்!  அதேபோல் படிக்கும் போது முழு கவனத்துடன் படியுங்கள் மற்றவர்களுடைய கவனச் சிதறலுக்கு நீங்கள் ஆளாகாதீர்கள்!

மனிதர்கள் விழிப்பிலிருந்து உறங்கும்வரை, அதாவது, பிறப்பிலிருந்து இறப்புவரை, ஏதோ ஒரு செயலை (கர்மா) ஆற்றிக்கொண்டு தான் இருக்க வேண்டியுள்ளது. அவர்கள் எதுவும் செய்யாமல் சும்மா உட்கார்ந்திருக்க முடியாது. எவராயினும் இதனைத் தவிர்க்க இயலாது! ஆனால், எப்படிப்பட்ட கர்மாவைச் செய்வதில் ஈடுபடவேண்டும் என்பதை ஒவ்வொருவரும் புரிந்துகொள்ள வேண்டும். இருப்பது இரண்டு மார்க்கங்களே: (1) பந்தத்தை ஏற்படுத்தும் புலன்களால் ஆற்றப்படும் கர்மாக்கள் (விஷய கர்மாக்கள்) (2) பந்தவிமோசனம் தரும் கர்மாக்கள் (ஸ்ரேயோ கர்மாக்கள்). ஆனால், விஷயகர்மாக்கள் விபரீதமாகப் பெருகி, அதன் விளைவாக உலகில் துக்கமும், குழப்பமும் அதிகரித்துவிட்டன. அவற்றின் மூலம் எந்த சுக-சாந்தியையும் பெற முடியாது. மாறாக, ஸ்ரேயோ (பந்தவிமோசனம் தரும்) கர்மாக்கள், ஒவ்வொரு செயலின் மூலம் ஸ்ரேயஸை, அதாவது மங்களத்தை அளிக்கின்றன. இவை ஆத்மானந்தத்தை அளிப்பவையே அன்றி, புறவுலகியலான சந்தோஷங்களை அல்ல! இவை வெளிப்புற கர்மாக்களாக இருந்தாலும், இவை அனைத்தும் அகத்தை நோக்கியே ஈர்க்கப்பட்டிருக்கும். இதுவே சரியான மார்க்கம், சத்தியமான மார்க்கம்! - தியானவாஹினி, அத்தியாயம்-1
