Spilling About House of Stassi, Starlink, and The Starbucks Fall Menu

Start your week off right with Sisters Who Spill, one of the most vulnerable podcasts on the internet! Gab’s house almost burned down in the middle of the night (this is what happens when father sam and smarty pants do the electricity) and G shares about her worst nightmare coming true (Blanco, you’re on our hit list). Yeah you heard that right! We chat about the Starbucks Fall Menu launching August 25th. Finally, the reason to live that we needed! But we’re still in summer for at least a few more weeks, and Surfside is undoubtedly the drink of the season. Gab is the SWS social media manager and she should be fired from her unpaid job. Just know that if you see a reel we posted, it took blood, sweat, AND tears. Throw us a like and a comment, would ya? We won’t beg, but we’ll come close. In other news, Starlink is our queenie of the week. Top notch wifi on flights and in the middle of nowhere?! Elon did his big one with that. House of Stassi is out and Gab is sat. No one is made for reality TV like miss Stassi Schroeder. We do as promised and share our review of Brooke Averick’s novel Phoebe Berman’s Gonna Lose It. Quick summary: we recommend. Bradley Cooper and Gigi Hadid have been seen wearing rings and we hateeeee to speculate but maybe they got secretly married?! And we have some questions about her recent shoe game (jelly sandals are back?) but I mean come on, it’s Gigi Hadid. She’s perfect. We also address how rude it is when someone asks the god awful question of “what do you do for fun?”. Truly disrespectful stuff! Thank you for listening to us yap every week! ILY! smooches from your favorite sisters! <3

Spilling About The Odyssey, Lake Life, and Paul Wesley

Hello hello, welcome back to another episode of Sisters Who Spill! Today we start off by recapping our recent trips. Gab went to Idaho (and worked out everyday she was there, crazyyyy) and G shares all about life at Lake Powell. Did she compare every cool experience to something she’s seen at Disneyland? Yes. Do we have a problem and possible Disney obsession? Also yes. We should just get Mickey tattoos already. We debate lake versus ocean water and the concept of rationing ice. G is basically an expert on lake life now. We also jump into all things The Odyssey and IMAX. First things first, we recognize that we came to this film completely unprepared, causing us to be so confused that we mistook the Dune 3 trailer for the opening scene of The Odyssey. Nevertheless, we persisted. Who knew we had one of 40 IMAX theaters in the world within our home state?! And who knew CGI wasn’t used for the cyclops or pig scene or whirlpool?! Mr. Nolan really put his whole Christussy into this film. Also shout out to Tom Holland for his performance (and incredible good looks) in this movie. Zendaya, we want to apologize for objectifying your handsome husband in a borderline disrespectful way within this episode. We should, and will, do better. We hope you all can forgive us. We also chat about Gracie Abrams' new album, Ariana Grande, The Vampire Diaries, Paul Wesley on Call Her Daddy, Earle Meets World, Elle, and so much more. Thank you for tuning in every week, we love you all! smooches from your favorite sisters! <3

Spilling About King Kylie, Olive Garden, and The Parasite

Riiiiise and shine everyone! We’re settling in nicely to our new studio at our parent’s house where we are provided with post-show dinner and pre-show soup, making us undeniable brats. While we are struggling through some burnt tongues this episode, we persevere nonetheless while chatting about all things King Kylie lore and the Kylie Jenner x Dunkin cewlab. Furthermore, Gab shares about the resurgence of Olive Garden’s Never Ending Pasta Deal that unfortunately she cannot participate in or the wedding would be called off because she would never be able to come back from eating unlimited pasta for 13 weeks straight. Chain restaurants are BACK and honestly, that is what this economy needed. The one thing that would combat all this eating would be *fingers crossed* getting the lettuce parasite. Apparently wishing for illness in order to lose a couple lbs is a sign that we have a “problem” but we’re deciding not to listen to that negativity. Plus, how would Gab even know if she got the parasite or if things are moving like they usually do? Doesn’t sound so bad to us. We also temporarily become Rhode Island housewives in this ep because we cannot stop saying “you were neva homeless” as it is unfortunately soooo addicting. Like get me a cracka because you were neva homeless! What can we say, we were east coast housewives in a past life! And G was neva homeless, but she did lose power during a recent storm. Yet she’s still here to tell to tale, because you know we will never miss a week of SWS! Love you all, thank you for listening! smooches from your favorite sisters! <3

Spilling About ASMR, The Bear, and Beis Weekender Bags

It’s the dead of summer and while nothing is going on, the sisters are still spilling! Gab is watching Elle (spoilers ahead) and just started The Bear from the top. As a chef herself, she’s feeling the stress from the show as if she was clocked in for a shift herself. Only true culinary professionals get it. Gab also addresses G’s pre-show vocal warm up and the ASMR vibes it gives her, which she absolutely hates. G’s taking a fat, if not massive, gulp of her water bottle and Gab has a lot to say about it. The sisters don’t agree on ASMR but they do agree that Jake Shane’s body transformation earns him a cordial invite into the tan and buff community. We know Jake’s been up in the gym just working on his fitness but DAMN we’re impressed by his reveal, and so was the rest of the internet. Gab is looking for wholesome at-home date ideas that won’t break the bank. She needs audience input but if you mention puzzles, you have another thing coming. G got her hair done and also got a lash lift & tint so basicallyyyyy the bitch is back as she’s prepping for her Suite Life on Deck-adjacent trip to the lake. Keep her in your thoughts as G is getting out of the business of embarrassing herself. As long as she’s in the sun with a Twisted Tea light, she’ll be good. We discuss the incredible marketing coming from Beis and Shay Mitchell, the queen herself. Apparently the Weekender bag is getting a facelift, and we’re not mad about it! The sisters may be training for ANOTHER half marathon soon, so fingers crossed for their well being as it continues to be scorching outside. Stay cool out there, we love you all! smooches from your favorite sisters! <3

Spilling About Boy Bands, Taylor + Travis Swift’s Wedding, and Buc-ee’s

Welcome back to Sisters Who Spill! We start off this week’s episode by asking one of life’s toughest questions: who names boy bands? I mean come on, 5 Seconds of Summer? One Direction? *NSYNC? Big Time Rush? We wonder how these names came to be. Honestly Backstreet Boys and Boyz II Men are the only good ones. We continue on yapping by recapping our Fourth of July weekends and let’s just say we have the red white and blues now that it’s all over. Kinda feels like summer is downhill from here, but we plan to persevere regardless. On the way home from G’s road trip to San Diego, she stopped at Buc-ee’s without realizing it would be a life changing experience. From the fresh fudge, BBQ brisket station, Icee wall and pristine bathrooms, she was thoroughly impressed with the operation. Seems like the hype is actually real, and the takeaway here is to start saving up your money, take the PTO, and head to the new Buc-ee’s in Goodyear, AZ to have your world rocked. Speaking of having worlds rocked, we accidentally Poo’d all our followers with the AI photo of Gabby wearing a stomach cut out wedding dress featuring a belly button ring. For some reason unbeknown to us, people were believing this photo to be real. We’re curious if anyone reads Instagram captions anymore and are a bit scared that people think Gab would wear that dress. On the positive side, her boobs did look good and chat was kind enough to give her a six pack! SWS is implementing a new segment called “Comment Of The Week” where we share a comment from either Instagram, Tik Tok or Spotify that made us giggle or just needs special attention live on the pod for whatever reason. We love when you all interact with us and Gab’s gorgeous Instagram content. I mean she’s getting 24 comments on a post… do you know what viral means?! Regardless of the feedback from the chosen comment, we are standing ten toes down on our take of Swig being out right now. Love you all, but we do think dirty sodas are slowly seeing their demise. But what is in right now, you ask? All things Taylor and Travis’ wedding. We dissect the guest list (well, everyone believed to have attended). Although we are not sure of decor, flowers, music, Taylor’s dress, or really any of the wedding details, we are sat on the edge of our seat for all the information we can get our greedy, swiftie hands on. Gab is planning a wedding and has no shame in copying everything from Taylor's wedding of the century. I mean if it’s good enough for T Swift, it’s good enough for us! Thank you all for listening, please drop a comment and let us know what you think of this week’s ep! See you all next week! smooches from your favorite sisters! <3

Spilling About The Fourth of July, Chipotle, and High Fives

God bless America and God bless Sisters Who Spill! We hope everyone had an incredibly fun and patriotic weekend. The Fourth Of July is our favorite holiday of the year and we are ready to vacay and celebrate America’s big 250th bday! This week, we’re podcasting in a new espacio because we want to deliver clips & video episodes to you all, so we’re in the beginnings of a podcast studio. Shout out to our parents for providing us with a room and being wonderful landlords! That being said, the vibes are a bit chaotic today. We discuss our issues with swimsuit sizing, our chipotle orders, G trying to be a content creator by filming a pack with me, our petition to ban grocery store Starbucks locations, and our father high fiving strangers while running. Please chime in and let us know if you all agree with our take or if we’re being too hard on the poor man just trying to spread christmas cheer by singing loud for all to hear. We also chat through some Independence Day/summer vibe would you rather questions and provide our professional opinions about which things are currently in or out. We continue yapping by recapping Gab’s wedding dress shopping experience. It was 10/10 and she found the one! But it’ll be a full on surprise so don’t get too excited about any sneak peeks, even though Jaeda did AI a possible dress option and it’s too good not to share (peep our IG to see what we’re referring to). Lastly, be sure to join our giveaway for our first official SWS merch! We have hats we’re excited to share. In order to get one, all you need to do is DM a screenshot of your five star review of our pod to @sisterswhospillpodcast on Instagram and follow us on IG as well. Thanks for doing your part in helping to combat the one star review we’re still actively trying to recover from, both mentally and emotionally. Love you all dearly!smooches from your favorite sisters! <3

Spilling About Toy Story 5, CeeLo Green, and One Star Reviews

Hello and happy Monday! The sisters are back with another yap sesh. We kick the ep off with some random updates about closet clean outs, maid of honor speeches, public vows, and the anticipation of trying on wedding dresses. Gab is feeling some stress about having her wedding at the same time as so many celebs and influencers but it’s important to remember that comparison is for real the thief of joy. Weddings are soooo personal and you just have to do what makes you happy. Speaking of happy things, G and Gab were extremely moved by Toy Story 5. They laughed, they cried, they got full body goosebumps. The message was beautiful and it was just an incredible movie all around. Highlyyyy recommend that everyone goes to see this movie, whether you have a kid in your life or not. There’s something for everyone! Quick detour… WANTED: the wench who gave us a one star review. We had a perfect score and someoneee had to go and wreck it. They wanted to ruin our week and jokes on them, they did! We’re curious what exactly we said or did that was the final straw. Was it G’s singing? Most likely. You know who wasn’t getting a one star review? The over eager waiter Gab had at her business lunch. Shout out to those taking pride in their work!! And shout out to CeeLo Green, who does not get enough recognition. Crazy and Forget You are straight bangers that we’re immediately adding to our Sisters Who Spill playlist. Love you all so much, thank you for listening and supporting every week! Follow us and give us a five star review to counteract the one star review we just received. Thank you! ILY!smooches from your favorite sisters! <3

Spilling About Costco, Father’s Day, and Summerween

The sisters are sooooo brave today because G is podcasting with a headache and Gab is podcasting while wearing jeans. Nevertheless, they persisted because God gives his toughest battles to his strongest soldiers. Gab shares about her experience at Costco and the incredible joy in life that is the free sample stations. Those staff are doing the lord’s work, though they are undoubtedly not doing it well. Predicting demand? Something they’ve never heard of. You know it’s bad when you’re waiting in line for their next round of samples to be prepped, fresh out of the microwave of course. We’re talking high end stuff here! We recap the Ed Sheeran concert and how incredible Ed is live. If he’s coming to a city near you, we highly recommend you go. On a negative note, Joe Alwyn and Sarah Pidgeon have been seen kissing and going on dates, so it’s safe to say that they’re official. G wishes them well but Gab… not so much. That’s enough about that man, now let’s discuss what we really care about. The streets are saying it’s Taylor’s bach weekend, and we brainstorm who might be in attendance and what activities might be occurring. We pivot into what the Summerween aesthetic is, courtesy of handyman being chronically online. Creepy lake vibes, late movie theater nights, and popping off fireworks by a bonfire is the trending vibe. Either that, or Red, White, and Blue all the way. We fall victim to anything patriotic, even if it’s five cheese ravioli from Costco. Sorry, we can’t not mention Kirkland every chance we get. Lastly, we chat about Father’s day and give our dad a huge shout out for being the best Papa out there. We highly suggest giving the episode where we interview our dad a listen if you haven’t heard it yet! Thank you to all the amazing dads out there, how else would the dinner bill get paid for if we didn’t have you?! JK but also not really. We love you, dad! smooches from your favorite sisters! <3

Spilling About Off Campus, Steven Spielberg, and The Knicks

The sisters are in a silly goofy mood this episode! We recap our experience at a Fourth Wing book club/workout event where we let our nerdy freak flags fly. G leaned into her competitive side and showed how tan and buff she is during an impromptu plank challenge. Was she the first loser or the second winner? Depends on if you’re positive polly or negative nelly. What’s not up for debate was gab full on coaching her throughout the whole thing. Once a coach, always a coach. We dive into our thoughts about Off Campus and how obsessed we are with Dean and Garrett Graham. But no one’s more obsessed than handyman (even though he’ll never admit it). This show has us in a chokehold and we’re loving every second of it! We then chat about Taylor Swift and her DIY tees at the Knicks game and how our lives were changed. It was icoknick to say the least. We’re rooting for New York but we do nottttt condone the unsportsmanlike conduct that’s been going on. Physically and verbally aggressive fans are going to ruin it for all of us! We were blessed this week with three T Swift appearances: a live performance at the Toy Story 5 premiere, courtside at the NBA finals, and her induction into the songwriters hall of fame. We’re always here for a TS spotting and just pray news about her wedding is what comes our way next. Lastly, we consider ourself cinephiles yet we didn’t know Steven Spielberg’s game and we’re man enough to admit that. We’re committed to educating ourselves each and every episode and love that you all are along for the ride. See you next week! smooches from your favorite sisters! <3

Spilling About Sports Illustrated, Elmo, and Jesse Solomon

Happy Monday to all who celebrate and welcome to yet another random episode of Sisters Who Spill! We begin with an unexpected conversation about the VeggieTales Bible and how Elmo is cancelled because of his disloyalty to the New York Kicks. Yeah it makes sense that he just wants both teams to have fun but seeing as he’s from the (Sesame) Streets of New York, you’d expect a little bit of passion for the team who hasn’t been to the NBA Finals since 1999. Even without Elmo’s support, SWS is undoubtedly rooting for the Knicks to take it all. We chat about Gab’s obsession with shipping Keke Palmer and Sean Evans, and our love for seeing two extremely hot people (Dua Lipa and Callum Turner) get married. Who are we more jealous of, Dua or Callum? It’s hard to tell. We speak on SI Swim Week and our distaste for all the hate Stassie Schroeder is getting for her walk and her limited calorie consumption. Speaking of calories, what even are they? We prefer to just eat healthy based on vibes and not a number, because it doesn’t make sense to us anyways. And we sure as hell won’t be doing any math. We wrap up by sharing the angelic voice of Jesse Solomon with all our listeners. Him getting emotional over his singing career was absolutely the best part of the Summer House Reunion Part 2. Ever heard his song “Guess I’ll Start”? No worries, we play it live on the pod and immediately add it to our playlist Sisters Who Sing. We’re Jesse Solomon supporters and will be getting tickets for whenever his tour takes him to AZ. Love you all, have a great week!smooches from your favorite sisters! <3

Spilling About The Summer House Reunion, Dot Cakes, and Justice for Kevin Jonas

Holy moly the Summer House reunion was television. gold. and we have much to say about it. West finding out his nudes were leaked right before filming started? Lindsay’s killer hair, makeup and dress? Ciara verbally annihilating Amanda and West to the point where Kyle cried? Bailey putting Ben in his place? Sweet KJ being sweet KJ? It was all too perfect. We also recap our Memorial Day Weekends and Gab shares her hatred for Monopoly (we’re simply not game people) and G shares her lack of knowledge regarding all things boats and lakes. Also, Gab is not only a baker, but a TRENDY baker because she’s making the viral dot cakes at home. They’re smothered in sprinkles and chilled to perfection and absolutely delicious. Worth a two hour wait, though? Probably not. Just make them yourself using box cake mix and canned frosting. G spent some of her invaluable time listening to two episodes of Hey Jonas and there is much to discuss. Firstly, Gab had the entire podcast perfectly clocked- Nick is the Diva, Joe is the “Comedian”, and Kevin is the only one who should actually have a podcast or give anyone advice. Joe is clearly looking for extra funds because he’s mentioning potential sponsorships nonstop and Kevin can’t even get a word in without his brothers interrupting or taking over the story. If you’re looking for a podcast where three men talk at the exact same time, Hey Jonas might be perfect for you. But what reigns true is #JusticeForKevin. smooches from your favorite sisters! <3

Spilling About In The City, Iron Flame, and Hey Jonas

It’s MDW!! We hope the biggest problems you’re facing today are which high noon flavor you should drink and whether you have enough condiments for your burgers and brats. G is heading to the lake (pray for the first timer) and Gab has an early dinner reservation with smarty pants (here’s to hoping they get early bird specials). We recap the Summer House finale (we were also shockiado by the events that occurred) and our thoughts on the first episode of In The City. We chat about how IG is trying to be all the social media platforms at once, and Spotify reigns superior with their new Reserved feature, created to hold concert tickets for superfans. Gab spills about her allergy test on her quest to solve her late onset eczema and discovered that lettuce, tomatoes, and almonds may be the culprit. In other news, Alex Cooper is pregnant and Olivia Rodrigo is facing criticism for the cover photo of her new song The Cure looking eerily similar to Taylor Swift’s 1989 cover photo. In book news, we discuss Iron Flame and what rating we’d give it out of 5 star. Lastly, the sisters discover they have some new competition in the podcast space… Hey Jonas! is coming for our necks. Gab suspects they can hardly stand to be in the same room as each other, so no shot this podcast makes it to a year. We’re gonna have to do some listening ourselves to see what these Jo Bros are really “getting deep” about. And justice for Frankie STILL not being included! You can give their pod a listen too, as long as you keep supporting Sisters Who Spill. Maybe leave a comment and rate us 5 stars while you’re at it?! Love you all!smooches from your favorite sisters! <3

Spilling About Drake, Nair, and Tana Mongeau

Happy Monday sisters! This week has been a great one because Gracie Abrams came out with a new song and we’re loving it. Absolutely SAT for her new album coming out in July! Drake also released 3 albums and we’re gonna commit to listening to Iceman, Maid of Honour (the album named after G) and Hibachi at our earliest convenience. Unfortunately G’s skin has entered national crisis territory and she had to call in the big guns aka the dermatologist. Let’s hope this new prescription works otherwise we’re gonna have to turn to Accutane at the age of 27. The sisters go down memory road and we reminisce on our Nair days when we weren’t allowed to shave our legs and had to burn them with a nauseating cream instead. We also discuss how Gab was lowkey G’s personal stylist and hairdresser growing up, because G was undoubtedly a bit of a bully. But it builds character and Gab is better because of it! Gab shares how she’s not in her Alix Earle era lately and we are not fans of the name of their upcoming reality show. Earle Meets World? That’s the best we could do? Okay that’s enough of us being haters. We also chat through some experiences that we’ve recently experienced. For example, getting invited to a wedding where they don’t put your correct last name on the save the date. Also, ordering in front of your significant others’ family and accidentally getting the most embarrassing meal on the menu. Lastly, we share our Spotify birthday data and surprise surprise, Gab is a true swiftie! Happy 20th bday to Spotify, our favorite app because it’s where you can listen to this wonderful podcast and leave a comment and rate it 5 stars! Love you lots! smooches from your favorite sisters! <3

Spilling About The Devil Wears Prada 2, The Met Gala, and Grilling

Gird your loins! The sisters are here with another ep. We chat about our week and how much we loveeee a weekday holiday. Shout out Cinco de Mayo! A basket of chips and salsa plus a delicious spicy watermelon margarita with a tajín rim? That’s what makes life worth living. And this girl right here? She’s gonna be okay. We recap our favorite lewks from The Met and give a review of The Devil Wears Prada 2. Stanley Tucci completely carried but that’s really not shocking or surprising in any way. We butcher a couple Miranda Priestly quotes and shout out Simone Ashley for serving face and throwing a (out)fit the entire movie. We also ask life’s toughest questions like who in the hell is still getting a burrito from chipotle? Please take offense as we judge those who do. Also, why does gab risk her life on the daily by driving with a claw clip in her hair? And is it bad to say i’d rather be gluten free and dairy free than sober? Also who has two thumbs and is the master of the grill? Well that’s Big Papa aka Gab. Paying for Netflix and grilling steaks while cracking open a High Noon? She’s practically a 50 year old man as far as i’m concerned. Show some respect to your elders. We also discuss the theory of FWA (funny with assistance) and evaluate if Gab has the chops for stand up comedy. Leave your vote in the comments below. Love you all, have a fabulust week! smooches from your favorite sisters! <3

Spilling About Stanley Tucci, Codependency, and The Real Housewives of Rhode Island

Happy Met Monday ladies and gents! This ep is a random one, but chaotic conversation is what we do best here at SWS Incorporated. We catch up on how Sister Gabby’s April Challenge went and spoiler alert: it was obtainable. We also try out mic stands for the first time and while we were experiencing technical difficulties (literally what’s new) at least we can now do jazz hands while we speak and we have two hands to type with when we inevitably need to reach out to Gemini for some fact checking. We preach double washing, call attention to the contagious disease called “Blonde Blindness”, briefly mention our recent nail massacre, and state our slight disappointment in the new OPI shade Bubble Bunny. We also yap about how Stanley Tucci is our guiding light in this world. Who knew he was married to Emily Blunt’s sister?! Not G because she literally knows nothing. Also, get a commercial cewlab with Tucci and Tunechi (aka Lil Wayne) ASAPPP and give G and Gab a cut because they came up with this wonderful idea. We discuss The Real Housewives of Rhode Island and G’s issue with reality tv: she takes their problems too seriously. Ashley Iaconetti and Jared Haibon’s coffee shop issues are keeping her up at night. Let’s get these people an ice machine and coffee machine that work, why don’t we?! We also discuss G’s new Peloton Bike, the lack of update on Lix vs. Lex, whether G & Gab are codependent, and shout out Lewis Capaldi for the amazing work he’s doing in the music space. Okay that wraps up this week. Love you mucho mucho! smooches from your favorite sisters! <3

Spilling About Hawaii, Fourth Wing, and Acquired Style’s Bachelorette

Aloha and mahalo! G is back from Hawaii and has tales to tell regarding near death experiences, many mai tai beverages, and Handyman’s antics. Ever been weighed before a flight? Ever been swept away to sea by a riptide? Ever had awful pictures of you taken by your boyfriend? If so, you may have something in common with G. The sisters then dive into their opinions of Fourth Wing. Moral of the story is apologies are definitely due to quite a few people. Turns out dragons and magic are kinda everything and we’re OBSESSED to say the least. Rebecca Yarros has a chokehold on us. We also chat about Acquired Style’s insaneeee bachelorette trip and Gab is undeniably a bit jealous. Does G now have to look into booking a PJ for gab’s bachelorette trip? Yes. A maid of honor is gonna do what they have to do. We discuss Stagecoach, Nara Smith’s upcoming cookbook, cracked windshields, Kendall Jenner & Jacob Elordi, and Hulu’s Get Real event. I mean come onnnn The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives of Orange County?? Ciara Miller and Maura Higgins on DWTS?? Khole Kardashian’s new show called “The Girls” with her besties?? Count us in! We are SAT! Thank you for listening in on yet another sisterly yap sesh! We love you all! smooches from your favorite sisters! <3

Spilling About Bieberchella, Jury Duty, and Lix vs Lex

This episode was pre-recorded because sister G is on a beach in Hawaii as we speak! Did someone say baecation?! Anything to rage bait handyman! We discuss all things Bieberchella and debate if his performance was genius or underwhelming. Either way, JB is singing his ass off and clearly having a great time doing it, so that’s all that matters! We also dive into the Alex Cooper vs Alix Earle drama. We neeeeed to know what went down. Maybe someone can tell Dave Portnoy so he can relay all the dirty details in his next beach gossip ep?? Speaking of Alix Earle, we give a review of our experience using her Reale Actives skincare products thus far. We also discuss the most random things like Gab’s new hair strategy of bullying her hot tools, coffee shops opening up at 11am, Freida McFadden’s lackluster reveal, our new fave show Rooster, the origin behind the saying “fighting tooth and nail”, jury duty, our drivers licenses expiring soon and DMV eye tests. Like we said… random! Love you all and thanks for being our favorite lovely lady listeners!! smooches from your favorite sisters! <3

Spilling About Rebranding, Disney Stars, and Saturn Return

HAPPY ONE YEAR OF SWS!!! To celebrate our anniversary, we have a lot of new changes. A new name, new cover photo, new Instagram handle, new title structure, new theme song, etc! We really love to shake it up chicago! We cannot believe we are already at season 2, and predict there is MUCH more spilling to come. But one thing remains consistent: we are still the same sisters! In this ep, we chat all about our rebranding and our endless ideas for ways that SWS can keep evolving in the future. Did I hear Sisters Who Slammer? Prison photoshoot behind bars? Sign us up! We also recap G’s bday (she’s old and also what’s a Saturn return?), Gab’s Maid of Honor proposal to G (like we’re surprised she asked G to be her MOH), and Easter (shoutout to the sourdough bunny Gab whipped up). Life has really been quite busy this spring! We also yap about Cody Simpson, our OG Disney star Mount Rushmore, Coachella, “In The City” summer house spinoff, and The Masters. You can’t say we don’t do it all! Thank you to everyone who has supported SWS since literal day one, episode one! We would not be here a year later without you all! Cue the new outro… Bye Sisters! And if James Charles has anything to say about our Sisters brand, he can gladly send us a lawsuit. What are we gonna get sued for, talking shit? Well in that case, lock us up! Life without parole! Guilty as charged! Okay that’s enough for now. Love you sisters more than anything!! smooches from your favorite sisters! <3

Sweating Out April Fool’s Day, Amanda + West, and European Wax Center

New mics, new us!! We are always looking for ways to shake it up chicago and changing all of our production operations is one way to keep everyone on their toes! Our P’s may be popping and our volume levels may be inconsistent but the one thing you can rely on is that we will be yapping up a storm. Gabby speaks vulnerably about being a Puther, we saw Project Hail Mary in theaters as our March movie, Gab got a red light mask, G finished Wuthering Heights (finallyyyy), Sabrina Carpenter has a House Tour music video coming out, Olivia Rodrigo announced her third studio album name and release date, and Hailee Steinfeld and Josh Allen welcomed a baby girl into this world. And those are just a few items covered in this week’s ep! We also discuss how April Fool’s day is the worst day on social media. AI and Poo Crave are already getting our asses on a daily basis, no need to make a whole holiday about it. Additionally, we chat more about the Amanda and West drama, along with how European Wax Center did the funniest thing possible and leaned in on Jake Shane’s shit talking. We love how everyone has a unique EWC experience of their own; it’s honestly beautiful how universal it is. What’s also beautiful is how much we love you all! We are almost at one year of SWS and that’s because of all you lovely listeners! Also, wish G a HBD on Tuesday or else! ILY bye!xoxo, your sweaty sisters

Sweating Out Reale Actives, Birthdays, and Southern Charm

It’s one of the best weeks of the year, aka the week between Gab and G’s birthdays! Gab turned 25 and isn’t feeling like an old person because luckily Leo DiCaprio would still date her. Next year is a different story though… We recently attended an at-home Hibachi night and just want to say we are overrrrr trivia. Mostly because we suck at it. The sisters chat about birthday freebies and how society is being ruined by the app. What happened to just bringing your ID into an establishment and getting something for free on your bday?! We also chat about Alix Earle’s new skincare brand Reale Actives, which we are absolutely here for. One thing you can count on is us being influenced to buy any influencer brand, or really buy anything in general! We also discuss Taylor Lautner and Taylor Lautner being pregnant with their first child (they have the opportunity to do the funniest thing ever), Taylor and Travis at the iHeart Music Awards, how sprinkles are making a comeback, and Gab fills G in on the happenings of Summer House and Southern Charm. Today’s episode is lengthy so buckle in! Love you all! xoxo, your sweaty sisters

Sweating Out Taylor Frankie Paul, Baywatch, and Luke Combs

Holy drama, we have a lot to discuss this week in regard to Mormon Wives, The Bachelorette, and Taylor Frankie Paul! We have been living, breathing and eating The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives season 4. We practically live in Provo, Utah, drink dirty sodas, and get into constant fights. It’s exhausting work! We chat about the important Oscars highlights, such as Joe Burrow being seen with Alix Earle, Tate McCrae, and Stassie Baby, Michael B Jordan going to In-N-Out after winning, and Troye Sivan being spotted with Connor Storrie. For real, that duo would be a dream come true for SWS!! No awards are mentioned. Like we said, we only discussed the important things. G shares about her growing obsession with Luke Combs post Therapuss episode and the release of his new album “The Way I Am”. We are big fans of Mr. Combs around here! We wrap up by chatting about Punch the Monkey’s new boo (aka Punchess) and how according to an official Harvard study, having a close sister relationship is a natural antidepressant. Harvard proved what we already knew! So get a sister if you don’t have one, or just be sisters with us! We would be more than happy to have you! ILY!!xoxo, your sweaty sisters

  22. 33

Sweating Out Santa Barbara, Donna Kelce’s Home Renovations, and Lithium Batteries

The sisters went on a trip for their mom’s fiftieth birthday and somehow turned it into a sister vacay and made it allll about them. Santa Barbara (pronounced with a lisp) was incredibly moving. The trip was a huge success and the sisters are obsessed beyond. Add it to your list of must-visit places if you haven’t been already! It does sound like we are a part of their tourism team but something about us is that we are neverrrrr getting paid. Only spending our hard earned money and also giving away all of our time. We then chat about Joe Burrow and Jessica Alba (??? huh???), Donna Kelce’s Florida home renovations, Love Story: John F. Kennedy Jr. & Carolyn Bessette, margaritas, and bringing podcast equipment across state lines. This leads us to delve into Lithium-ion batteries on planes and we hadddd to phone a friend. Cue in smarty pants to help us figure this out! Do we still really have any idea what lithium batteries are? Nope! Fingers crossed we don’t start a fire in cargo hold at the bottom of the plane! xoxo, your sweaty sisters

  23. 32

Sweating Out Jake Shane, Wedding Bods, and Middle Parts

Happy Monday to all who celebrate! Today we’ve got an extra long ep for you all! This week the sisters truly just yap. I mean it’s really as simple as that. We chatted about our weeks, Therapuss/Jake Shane, the weather, boob sweat, middle parts, getting wedding ready, creating healthy habits, Rob Rausch, Sarah J Mass, Dairy Boy Sport, etc etc. Like maybe it’d be easier to type out what we didn’t talk about?! One unsurprising thing is Gab falling for the AI pics of Zendaya and Tom Holland’s “wedding”. Anyone know of a school we can send her to where she can learn how to identify AI and stop falling for all these fake pics and videos?! LMK! Hoping you all have a great week and surround yourself with people who are your biggest supporters and also biggest haters. That’s just sisterhood, baby! xoxo, your sweaty sisters

  24. 31

Sweating Out Gabby’s Engagement, Wuthering Heights, and Sofia Franklyn

Ahhhh sister Gabby is engaged!!! Smarty pants proposed!!!! We chat at great length and in extreme detail about alllll of it. Really all you need to take away from this story is that G is straight up Margot Robbie. Let’s get her an agent and start filming the self tapes now! But in all seriousness, it took a village and a lot of love from the people in Gabby’s life to pull off such a beautiful proposal. Now let’s just hope the sparkly ring doesn’t distract us too much when recording future episodes! Although it was hard to move on from the proposal topic, we did chat about some important pop culture items. We yapped about Paul Mescal and Gracie Abrams’ red carpet debut, Kim Kardashian’s new caffeine-free energy drink named Update, pickled jalapeños, Wuthering Heights, Sofia Franklyn’s upcoming memoir "Daddy Issues" (TEA!), and boy kibble. Yep sounds about just as random as usual! This is our 50th episode and we are so grateful to do this every week, and are so grateful that you all listen!! Thank you for being a part of so many exciting life moments!! ILY <3xoxo, your sweaty sisters

  25. 30

Sweating Out Sourdough, Tell Me Lies, and Punch the Monkey

Should we change our podcast name to Sisters Who Sourdough?! Gab literallyyyy said that once she starts her sourdough journey, it’s over for you bitches. And she wasn’t wrong!! For those who do not give one rat’s ass about sourdough, we formally apologize for the first 15 minutes of the pod. We also chat all things Tell Me Lies season 3 finale (spoilers ahead, btw!!). In summary, we didn’t hate it! But we will not be missing this show. Lucy Albright and Stephen DeMarco are two people we neverrrrr want to see on our television screens ever again. But gab is giving Lucy levels of delusion when she genuinely thought we came up with the term “shiver me timbers”. I mean, it’s only 18th century nautical slang but sure, the sisters who sweat definitely made it a thing! We yap about if re-proposals are going to be the new thing, Gab’s frighteningly bruised toenails (yes, plural), and our KING punch, the monkey. Wishing you all a gorgeous week ahead and #freepunchxoxo, your sweaty sisters

  26. 29

Sweating Out Valentine’s Day, Super Bowl Commercials, and Cheating Olympians

It’s another Monday, Bradley!! The sisters are in the stu and ready to chat Galentine’s, Valentine’s and all the plans they do (and don’t) have this season of love. Real talk though, how many boyfriends actually ask their girlfriends to be their valentine?! We also reflect on our favorite Super Bowl commercials and Bad Bunny’s halftime performance. Our only feedback is there should have been more hip gyration. We revisit one of our favorite topics we love to hate: Tom Brady and Alix Earle. And did Gisele cheat on Tom or did her relationship with the jiu jitsu instructor start post-divorce? We put on our detective caps and get to the bottom of it. We also discuss random (but still important) subjects such as the HOV lane, froyo, cream blush, and the olympian who admitted  on international television that he cheated on his girlfriend. We have much to yap about this week! Thank you for listening! You are all our galentine’s today and every day <3xoxo, your sweaty sisters

  27. 28

Sweating Out Disneyland, Netflix, and Postcards

Happy Monday! And we mean it, we hope you all have a happy one! The sisters are back from their Disneyland trip and we have to tell you all how the half marathon went, how much we ate, the celebs that were spotted, and the realization that our desire for attention most likely stemmed from our childhood days of wearing a pin at Disneyland and all the employees wishing us happy birthday. The sisters also get vulnerable and share about postcard-gate, and the constant fear we’re living in. At this point we just hope they never get delivered and we can all pretend it didn’t happen! We also chat about banana bread matcha, the new bubble bunny OPI color (it’s about time!), Jaci Marie Smith being the it girl influencer, and Molly Mae being pregnant with her and Tommy’s second child. Ily and thank you for listening! <3xoxo, your sweaty sisters

  28. 27

Sweating Out Girl Scout Cookies, Margot Robbie, and The Masked Singer

This week’s pod starts off with Jeansgate and sets the tone for an episode chock full of debates and discourse between the sisters. We can’t always see eye to eye! Not agreeing is actually extremely sisterly, if we do say so ourselves. One thing we do agree on is how much Margot Robbie is slaying her Wuthering Heights press looks. She looks incredible and we’re living for it. How to pronounce Wuthering on the other hand… we each see it differently. We dive into the confusion that is Masked Singer and try to get to the bottom of the point of that show. We also discuss the sister’s Girl Scouts era and try to agree upon which of us was the true top seller of Girl Scout cookies. Shout out to our dad for having G’s side (aka being on the side of truth)! Yes, this podcast description is written by G every week, so it will be biased. We hope you all enjoy the ep!xoxo, your sweaty sisters

  29. 26

Sweating Out Italy, Brooklyn Beckham, and Airplane Nausea

Ciao! The sisters are back from their Italy trip and have much to recap! Primarily, we speak about Gabby’s consistent airplane nausea and G’s concern that she’s going to blow chunks at any moment during traveling. We also share about our obsession with Florence, how we ate so much pasta that we thought we might burst, and the pure panic and embarrassment that comes along with traveling with a Beis carry on. While we were abroad for a week, SO much happened in pop culture. Brooklyn Beckham spoke out about his and Nicola’s relationship with his family, Amanda and Kyle from Summer House have split, Cole the GlamBOT guy got cancelled for being a diva to a bride looking to hire his services, Alix and the Earle family are getting an unscripted show on Netflix, a new season of Mormon Wives will be coming out on March 12th, and SO much more. Genuinely we cannot keep up with all the happenings! All we know is that we are happy to be home and happy to be yapping for yet another week! Love you all! xoxo, your sweaty sisters

  30. 25

Sweating Out People We Meet On Vacation, Nikki Glaser, and Rotten Tomatoes

Welcome to our first episode of Sisters Who Sweat After Dark! We recorded this episode at night just hours before our international flight to Italy and you can definitely tell! It’s past Gabby’s bedtime but we’re still nonstop yapping about all things Golden Globes, People We Meet On Vacation on Netflix, Tell Me Lies season 3, and personal anecdotes about our interactions with baristas. Derek Hough is doing twirls and turns down the red carpet (you can’t hate, he’s authentic) and Stephen DeMarco is the worst person you’ve ever met in your whole life, so it sounds like things are in order! Thank you for listening another week! BRB we have a flight to catch and a countdown to Harry Styles’ new album to start! xoxo, your sweaty sisters

  31. 24

Sweating Out Emily In Paris, Khloud x Starbucks, and Drake

Happy Monday, or whatever day it is, because time is fake in January! The weather is weird and G can’t go to bed at a normal time for the life of her. Starbucks feels our wrath because we’re disappointed that there wasn’t a Kettle Korn Khloud Foam involved in the Khloud x Starbucks partnership. Also, the sisters are watching TV like their life depends on it. Gab is locked in on The Gilded Age and G is loving to hate Emily In Paris, or should we call it Emily In Rome. We also debate whether it’s sus that Timothée Chalamet didn’t mention Kylie by name in his speech, and dive into the deep lore of Michelle Randolph, Gregg Sulkin, Lauren Elizabeth and Cameron Fuller. G claims to be an expert but only half knows what she’s talking about (what’s new). We’d ask y’all to give this ep a comment, like and five star review but we’re not gonna beg this week. No promises on next week, though! xoxo, your sweaty sisters

  32. 23

Sweating Out Heated Rivalry, Alix Earle + Tom Brady, and New Year’s Eve

Happy 2026! We are so honored to be ushering you into the first Monday of this year!! So far the new year is bringing lots of new drama! Between Heated Rivalry, Alix Earle spotted with Tom Brady, and Dakota Johnson romantically linked to Role Model, we are seeing unlikely pairings left and right. We are beyond obsessed with our new comfort show about closeted gay hockey players and need season 2 to be released asap. We also deep dive into the rekindling of Kelsea Ballerini and Chase Stokes, and think we’re onto something about why they ever broke up in the first place. We share some personal anecdotes about grocery shopping with a significant other, being saluted on a run, and Gab turning into a trad wife who can be spotted with sourdough starter and a sewing machine. We end the episode by petitioning against this new trend to thin our eyebrows. We are absolutely not here for it and hope you all agree! Let’s start a bushy eyebrow revolution, people! Love you all and cannot wait to see what this year has in store!!xoxo, your sweaty sisters

  33. 22

Sweating Out New Year’s Resolutions, The Housemaid, and Crocs

The sisters are being real sisterly today, for better and for worse. Let’s ring in the New Year by fighting but also crying about how much we love each other. This is true sisterhood! We chat about our New Year’s Resolutions and how we have a really good feeling about 2026. We also share about our Christmas and what presents we got each other this year. You’ll absolutely never guess what Gab got for G… It rhymes with frocks and happens to be something we have talked so much shit about for months. We also recap seeing The Housemaid in theaters and want to give a standing ovation and big round of applause to Brandon Sklenar and his impressive ASSets. 10/10 recommend this movie! We love you all and are so extremely grateful for your support this year. We cannot wait for more sisters and more sweating in 2026. We will see you next year!!xoxo, your sweaty sisters

  34. 21

Sweating Out New Zealand, Spotify Wrapped, and Christmas Caroling

Baby, it’s cold outside! Not! The sisters are back to regularly scheduled programing and have A LOT of catching up to do. Gab tells us all about her two week long New Zealand trip and shares fun facts that absolutely nobody asked for. We discuss the holiday season, how Christmas is just days away, and ask why exchanging gifts with a new boyfriend is so stressful?! It should be studied. We round out the ep with some ear piercing christmas caroling just to get you all feeling festive. We hope you all have a fabulous time with your family and loved ones this week! Drink some hot cocoa, play Grinch Clue, and sing a few carols! We love all you sweaty listeners! xoxo, your sweaty sisters

  35. 20

IN THE HOT SEAT ft. Father Sam

We welcome you into a new week with a special episode that includes a special guest! Drumroll please…. It’s our dad! Father Sam is on the pod! Gabby “surveyed” our listeners and heard that everyone wants to know more about the sisters and who better to spill tea than our father dearest?! We promise you get to learn a lot about us on this week’s ep- from what teaching G to drive was like, to who is more stubborn, who could survive on a dessert island the longest, and which daughter our dad likes best. You also get to learn a bit about 80’s fashion (turns out our dad was a fashionista) and what being a girl dad was like! You thought Gab was going to be a tomboy with an interest in fixing up old trucks?? Think again! Magic wands and princess heels are always the move. We hope you enjoy this ep, and we will be back to regularly scheduled programming next week. Love you, all! xoxo, your sweaty sisters

  36. 19

Sweating Out Bungee Jumping, Discount Tire, and Christmas Car Accessories

Gab has officially been in New Zealand for a week and it is quite clear that this episode was pre-recorded. The sisters were on one! We yap about gab’s upcoming trip, sing the praises of Jeffrey Bezos and Amazon, G gets quizzed on her holiday trivia, and we debate an important life question: would you put Christmas decor on your vehicle? Gab got honked at by a car with reindeer antlers and let’s just say it was not well received. Lastly, we shout out Discount Tire for their fabulous customer service and all the wonderful work they’re doing at that establishment. But it turns out you should be tipping your local discount tire representative?! Who knew! You can’t say this pod isn’t educational! xoxo, your sweaty sisters

  37. 18

Sweating Out Blackout Wednesday, Wicked: For Good, and Word Of The Year

This episode was recorded on the heels of a jam packed holiday weekend and the sisters are still recovering from Blackout Wednesday (definitely appropriately named, btw). Nonetheless, we were working our butts off in the kitchen to deliver a top notch Thanksgiving. Special shoutout to Handyman for being our sous chef and doing Gab’s dirty work! We also went and saw Wicked: For Good in theaters and let’s just say that because I knew you, I have been changed. But honestly the plot line was notttt clocking to us, and we must have seen the original Wicked on Fraudway. We must confessa that Nessa is the WOAT and Boq is somehow even worse. Listen in to hear more of our thoughts, not that absolutely anybody asked!! xoxo, your sweaty sisters

  38. 17

Sweating Out Thanksgiving, Zac Efron, and UPS

Congrats to all on a short week and Gab’s fave week of the year!! Thanksgiving is this Thursday, people! The holidays are in full swing! The sisters chat nonstop about Turkey Day, reminisce on the year using some conversation starters we encourage you all to bring to your dinner table, and also test Gab’s Thanksgiving trivia skills. Turns out she’s a turkey day genius. Basically this episode is giving thanks. And we are thankful for all of YOU! Not just on Thanksgiving, but every single day! Thank you for listening weekly! Have a safe holiday yapping, eating, and eating. gobble gobble <3xoxo, your sweaty sisters

  39. 16

Sweating Out Sierra Mist, Trivia Night, and The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives

Oh, oh, oh it’s magic! It’s Sisters Who Sweat! We are back for another episode and have a lot to say about Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, DWTS, and how our asses have been back in the movie theaters this past week. We also get vulnerable and share our lack of trivia night knowledge and G’s desire to get better at cooking. If trivia night had questions about Wicked, Sabrina Carpenter, the Kardashians, the relationship status of Kelsea Ballerini and Chase Stokes, or any other random and completely uneducational pop culture topics, you know we would’ve ate. But unfortunately they were asking questions about World War One, U.S. Presidents and the Periodic Table. Lastly, we used our platform today to bring light to Sierra Mist erasure. We can’t believe Starry has committed murder and identity theft, and nobody is talking about it. But you can bet we are! xoxo, your sweaty sisters

  40. 15

Sweating Out Boyfriends, All’s Fair, and People’s Sexiest Man Alive

Happy Monday, everyone! Friendly reminder that the Sisters Who Sweat were born to yap, not born to tech. Thanks for bearing with us! We get personal in today’s ep by sharing some life updates. Gab is closing on a house soon and G has a boyfriend (aka Handyman)! These are big moments, people!! We also chat about all the most important topics occurring in pop culture right now: Kim Kardashian not passing the bar exam, All’s Fair, Jonathan Bailey being crowned People’s 2025 Sexiest Man Alive, Sydney Sweeney kissing Scooter Braun on a rock in Central Park, the Glinda margarita at Chili’s, the Labubu float planned to debut at the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, and 2026 Grammy nominations. There is so much for us to cover! Thank you for listening along and joining us every week! <3xoxo, your sweaty sisters

  41. 14

Sweating Out Uggs, Chad Powers, and Trick Or Treaters

Welcome to this week’s dumpster fire of an episode! We start off with a moment of silence for Gab’s rolled ankle. She did sustain an injury while running, and is brave enough to still show up to podcast and grace us with her presence. We learn a lot about the sisters today. For example, Gabby was the candy police this Halloween and does have the right to refuse service to any K-Pop Demon Hunters. We also discuss how G almost got scammed by a Snapchat ad for $20 Uggs and only chose to not make a purchase because filing a claim with her credit card company sounded like too much admin. We chat all things Kardashians, Diet Coke with Lime, Sydney Sweeney’s bob, protein cold foam at Starbucks, Robert Irwin’s new girlfriend, and so much more. Question of the week: let us know in the comments of this episode who you think is going to win Dancing With The Stars! Love you all!! xoxo, your sweaty sisters

  42. 13

Sweating Out Carrie Ann Inaba, Rawdogging Boredom, and SNL

The sisters who sweat are back at it again with a new episode! It’s fall ya’ll and the sisters are talking Halloween costumes, the lack of non-spooky Halloween movies, and their new nails (picture berry burgundy and black French tips). We also discuss how G’s long time nail tech up and quit the salon that the sisters have gone to for years. This was G’s longest relationship, and she didn’t even get to say goodbye! We also chat about the chokehold that DWTS and the Irwin family have on us, along with Gab’s ex-obsession with Charlie Puth, the internet trend of rawdogging boredom, and Sabrina Carpenter on Saturday Night Live. There’s much to discuss, and you can bet we’ll be exaggeratory through it all! Thank you for allowing us to hone our craft and for not being dream killers. We don’t know what we would do without you guys! xoxo, your sweaty sisters

  43. 12

Sweating Out The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, Faux Fur Chonies, and McDonald’s

The sisters are hyped up on matcha, the weather has never been better, and life is worth living! Two words to sum it up? Gorg beyond. We have much to say about the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show and how obsessed we are with Madison Beer, Candice Swanepoel, and pregnant Jasmine Tookes. We also speak about the unspeakable: Skims’ new Faux Hair Thongs. We can’t help but give Kim K praise for always pushing boundaries and outdoing herself. Also in this episode, Gab comes with some hot takes about influencers and restaurants decorating for the holidays. Stay tuned to hear if G agrees with her! But one thing they can agree on is that McDonald’s is going to the shitter. This is ground breaking content and you won’t want to miss it! Things we Gigi Hadid? That. xoxo, your sweaty sisters

  44. 11

Sweating Out Haters, CorePower, and Scooter Braun

Today is a big day because this is our 30th episode! That’s a major slay from the Sisters Who Sweat, and it’s giving dedication. Pardon our internet speech, we can’t help it and that’s just not clocking to you! We discuss our distaste for Scooter Braun being seen with queen Sydney Sweeney, and think Austin Butler would be a better pairing if Glen Powell is not the one for her (which we find hard to believe). If you’re noticing that we look extra tan and buff lately, it’s because we are now in our CorePower era. We’re asking the tough questions- why can’t jacked men hold their own in pilates classes?! We also provide our listeners with a ground breaking weather segment. AZ is on flood watch people! Stay dry and safe out there!! xoxo, your sweaty sisters

  45. 10

Sweating Out The Life of a Showgirl, Bad Bunny, and Southwest Airlines

Taylor Swift released a new album and lives were changed!! This is the Sisters Who Sweat’s Super Bowl!! Spotify crashed, Gabby shed a tear, and we will never be the same after experiencing The Life of a Showgirl. We share our rankings of each track and delve into the album song by song (nobody asked for this, but we did it anyways). After talking about The Life of a Showgirl for 45 minutes, we chat about Bad Bunny being the next Super Bowl halftime performer, Nick Bosa being spotted with Megan Moroney, Southwest Airline’s disrespectful introduction of assigned seating, Channing Tatum vs Ryan Gosling’s School of Sex Appeal, and our Jonas Brothers concert experience (shout out Franklin Jonas and Jordin Sparks for making it the night of our lives). Thank you to Capital One and Revolve for sending us! <3 xoxo, your sweaty sisters

  46. 9

Sweating Out Nike x Skims, Pranking, and Autumnal Groceries

Something about us is that we have a lot to say today! What’s new! Gab saw Devin Booker at a restaurant and missed her opportunity to show a little cankle in order to get his attention. Gab also has a golf tournament coming up and can guarantee she will show up with a bad attitude AND a bad swing. We wish her good luck! We also discuss TLOAS dropping on Friday, the awkwardness of watching a movie with your parents that has jumpscare raunchy scenes, the Nike x Skims collab, the pinnacle of our pranking career, the Stagecoach lineup, and how predatorial Trader Joe’s autumnal groceries are. Fall is in full force and G is spending her entire life’s savings. Today’s topics are as random as ever! You are all welcome. xoxo, your sweaty sisters

  47. 8

Sweating Out Coachella Lineup, The Houghs, and a Lifelong Passion for Photography

Dancing With The Stars is back and wow are we grateful! Joey may have some podcast competition because we cannot stop yapping about DWTS and our newfound love for Robert Irwin. We eventually switch subjects to discuss the 2026 Coachella lineup and how the sisters who sweat mayyyy need to make an appearance in April. We learn so much about Gab in this episode… apparently she’s a diehard Derek Hough defender, DWTS super fan, and has had a lifelong passion for photography. Looks like we’ve all been holding her back and being a photographer has been her dream job this whole time! Who knew! xoxo, your sweaty sisters

  48. 7

Sweating Out France, Riley Green, and Reality Dating Shows

Bonjour, sweaty sisters! Gab hopped off a plane at PHX and ran straight to the stu to record this week’s podcast ep. We hear about her 10 day trip to France, including but not limited to nude beaches, flinging escargot, a lack of Diet Coke, and freestyle rapping on the streets of Paris. “You’re walking at a snail’s pace, you need to escargot” kinda hits though, we can’t lie… We also chat about Swag II, Play by Ed Sheeran, and G being in her Riley Green era. Breaking news is Hollywood’s latest break ups: Nina Dobrev and Shaun White, along with Kelsea Ballerini and Chase Stokes… love is dead people! But not our love for all of you! Thank you for listening every week <3 xoxo, your sweaty sisters

  49. 6

Sweating Out Potato Salad, Giveaways, and RushTok

Happy Monday to all who celebrate! The sisters provide a Labor Day recap that absolutely nobody asked for. There was hiking, pumpkin beverages, pickleball, swimming, burgers, beer-ritas, and inedible potato salad. Sounds pretty perfect to us! We also reveal that G is a big winner winner chicken dinner and got free Jonas Brothers tickets through an Instagram giveaway. We CANNOT wait to see the Jo Bros later this month!! We brainstormed who we would want our throwback special guest to be- did someone say Sneakernight by Vanessa Hudgens?! Speaking of throwbacks, G gets in touch with her sorority days and relives recruitment through RushTok. Times have changed but take us back! One thing has never changed: Go Kappa! xoxo, your sweaty sisters

  50. 5

Sweating Out Man’s Best Friend, Engagement Era, and Car Washes

Holy moly do we have a lot to cover this week!! The queen is engaged and we could not be happier for our close personal friend Taylor Swift!! Congrats to Travis as well, we can’t wait to see Swift on the back of your jersey this upcoming season! We take you step by step on how we found out about the engagement, where we were (spoiler alert: in line at Discount Tire) and how loud we screamed when we saw her Instagram post. We also discuss our thoughts about Sabrina’s new album Man’s Best Friend, including our initial fave songs and lyrics that already stand out. And would this be a SWS episode if we didn’t share weird experiences and societal observations?! Cue the stand up routine we involuntarily participated in at our local car wash, and the fight or flight experience we had at a hot yoga sculpt class. What a time to be alive! xoxo, your sweaty sisters
