Sitting in the Power: A Guided Meditation with Adam Berry

In this special Soul Sync meditation, spiritualist medium and teacher Adam Berry guides you into the practice of Sitting in the Power — a space of stillness, presence and connection. This isn’t about striving, searching or trying to make something happen. It is an invitation to become still, move beyond the noise of the everyday mind and reconnect with the deeper power that is already within you.Adam was first introduced to Sitting in the Power in 2005 through the teachings of Glyn Edwards, and in 2019 he began hosting his own weekly online Sitting in the Power sessions. His intention is simple: to create a space where people of any faith, belief or no particular belief can come together, become still and explore their own relationship with the Divine, Spirit, God, the Universe — or however they understand that connection. Find somewhere comfortable, give yourself permission to stop for a while, and allow Adam to guide you.Sit in the Power live with AdamAdam hosts a free online Sitting in the Power every Monday at 7:00 PM UK time. The next Monday 7th is Monday 7 September 2026. Those who join the mailing list receive the Zoom details at approximately 6:45 PM before the 7:00 PM session. Adam gives his time freely and simply asks that, where possible, participants consider making a donation to a local spiritualist church, centre, charity or community that may benefit from the support. Join Adam's weekly Sitting in the PowerAdam Berry – Official WebsiteYou can also explore Adam's upcoming demonstrations, teaching and events through his website. To find out more about Jason - www.jasonpaulmedium.comSupport the show

Sitting in the Power: Mediumship, the Soul & the Power Within with Adam Berry

What does it really mean to sit in the power — and what happens when we stop searching for that power outside ourselves? In this deeply reflective conversation, Jason Paul is joined once again by medium and spiritual teacher Adam Berry to explore the power, the soul, mediumship and our evolving relationship with the spirit world.Jason and Adam talk openly about how their understanding of the power has changed through years of mediumship development; the difference between trying to reach the power and allowing ourselves to experience it; learning to recognise its presence; working with the mind rather than fighting it; and why sitting in the power can become something far greater than simply a spiritual development exercise. They also explore how the power can bring greater clarity, compassion, awareness and connection into ordinary life — and why our relationship with it continues to deepen as we change.Adam also shares why he has remained so committed to bringing people together for his weekly Sitting in the Power every Monday at 7pm UK time. His current events page confirms the Monday 7pm sitting and links to the dedicated Sitting in the Power website. This conversation is followed by a companion Soul Sync episode in which Adam guides us through an extended Sitting in the Power meditation, giving you the opportunity not simply to hear about the power, but to experience it for yourself.Find Adam Berry: Adam Berry Medium: www.adamberrymedium.com Sitting in the Power: www.sittinginthepower.co.ukSoul Sync with Jason Paul explores mediumship, spirituality, consciousness, the soul, healing, human potential and our relationship with the spirit world.www.jasonpaulmedium.com✨ Enjoying Soul Sync?A quick rating or review on Apple Podcasts or Spotify genuinely makes such a difference. What Are We Really Capable Of? The Boundless Potential of Being Human with Nicola Farmer

What are we really capable of — and who decides where our limits are?In this episode of Soul Sync, my friend and returning guest Nicola Farmer joins me for a playful, thoughtful and wide-ranging conversation about human potential, the power of language, mediumship, consciousness and what becomes possible when we stop trying quite so hard to be who we think we're supposed to be.Nicola has made me think deeply about words over the years — not simply the words we speak to other people, but the language we use to define ourselves.I can't.I'm not good enough.I'm trying. That's impossible. What happens when those words stop being descriptions and start becoming boundaries? We explore why simplicity can be one of the hardest things to embrace in mediumship, why the word “try” can sometimes work against us, the pressure mediums place upon themselves to perform in a particular way, and what happens when we allow ourselves to become more authentic rather than attempting to fit somebody else's definition of what a medium should be.Nicola also shares a beautiful idea at the heart of her work: mediums are storytellers. Not because we invent the story, but because communication is about bringing the personality, memories, relationships and life of another human being to life through words. We also explore the relationship between science, consciousness, spirituality and mediumship, why these worlds don't necessarily need to oppose one another, and why perhaps one of the most powerful positions we can take is simply remaining curious.Ultimately, this is a conversation about possibility.About looking back at the seemingly disconnected experiences of our lives and recognising how they may have been preparing us for something we couldn't yet see.And about remembering that human potential may be far greater than any of us currently imagine.Join Jason & Nicola live — Friday 28 AugustNicola and I are also sharing a FREE Online Evening of Mediumship this Friday.Friday 28 August 20267:30 PM London / BSTLive on ZoomFree — no booking requiredWe'll share an inspired spiritual talk followed by a live demonstration of mediumship, with plenty of love, connection, laughter and hopefully a little inspiration along the way.Join the Zoom meeting:https://us02web.zoom.us/j/81106195008?pwd=hE1Wp5v0AFYK4DCHCq1XBTxu4n7S7z.1Meeting ID: 811 0619 5008Passcode: 252388Everyone is welcome.Connect with Nicola FarmerNicola Farmer is a spiritual mentor, spirit, psychic and trance medium, teacher, healer and author whose work explores consciousness, human potential and spiritual development.Nicola Farmer:https://nicolafarmer.comSoul Sync with Jason PaulExplore readings, events and more:www.jasonpaulmedium.comYouTube:www.youtube.com/@jasonpaulsoulsyncGet in touch or share your story:[email protected]✨ Enjoying Soul Sync?A quick rating or review on Apple Podcasts or Spotify genuinely makes such a difference. What If We’re the Ones Making Mediumship Difficult?! with Reverend Gurdeep Bhogal

!What if the spirit world isn’t making mediumship difficult — we are? Reverend Gurdeep Bhogal joins me to explore Kundalini awakening, fear and doubt in mediumship, soul purpose, authenticity, yogic wisdom, consciousness, breath and what it means to live as the fullest expression of who we really are. This week on Soul Sync, I’m joined by Reverend Gurdeep Bhogal — psychic medium, ordained Spiritualist minister, Reiki Master Teacher, yoga teacher and holistic practitioner — for a conversation that begins with mediumship and ends up somewhere much bigger.Gurdeep’s journey has taken her from growing up in West London and a successful career with British Airways to America, Spiritualism and an extraordinary Kundalini awakening that changed the direction of her life. She now works at the intersection of ancient yogic wisdom, modern Spiritualism, healing and mediumship.  We explore why spiritual awakening isn’t always beautiful or comfortable, how trauma and our human experiences shape the development of a medium, and why fear, doubt and conditioning can become the very things that get between us and the natural simplicity of spirit communication.Gurdeep makes the wonderfully simple observation that there is nothing wrong with the spirit world — it is intelligent and magnificent. Perhaps our work is learning how to stop getting in its way. But this conversation goes far beyond mediumship. We talk about leaving conventional ideas of success behind, money versus fulfilment, living as the truest expression of your soul, authenticity in an increasingly airbrushed world, and mediumship as an extraordinarily intimate form of connection.  Then we head properly down the Soul Sync rabbit hole — into ancient yogic wisdom, consciousness, the physical body, non-duality and Gurdeep’s beautiful proposition that we are not merely part of consciousness: we are consciousness itself. And towards the end, Gurdeep explores how something as ordinary as a single breath can contain the cycle of life and become a doorway into stillness, consciousness and connection with spirit. This is a conversation about mediumship. But perhaps even more than that, it’s about remembering who we are.Connect to love. Be curious. And have compassion for yourself.Gurdeep currently works through Parinama – Transformative Healing Arts in Marblehead, Massachusetts. The Love That Remains: My Dad, London and the Memories We Leave in Things

What happens to the things we spend a lifetime collecting when we're no longer here to hold onto them?I've spent the last few days back in London, sorting through my family home and going through my dad's possessions following his passing. It's been emotional, sometimes difficult, and unexpectedly thought-provoking.Because an object can be just an object — until it belongs to somebody you love.Suddenly a photograph, a piece of clothing, something tucked away in a drawer or an everyday possession can seem to contain an entire story. In this short solo episode of Soul Sync, I reflect on what this experience has made me think about: our attachment to possessions, the memories and energy we associate with physical things, and whether objects can somehow become a doorway back into the people and moments connected with them.I also share a little about where I am personally right now — a period of enormous change, what I've been working through within myself, and where my own mediumship and curiosity about consciousness are taking me.Perhaps letting go of someone's belongings doesn't mean letting go of them at all.Perhaps love was never contained within the thing.Perhaps love is simply what remains. The episode closes with Love by Noa Bentor, licensed via Artlist. And before I leave you with this beautiful track, I’d really love to hear from you.If there’s somebody you think would make a wonderful guest on Soul Sync, a topic you’d love us to explore, or perhaps you have a story, experience or perspective of your own that you’d like to share on the show, please get in touch.Soul Sync is ultimately about real people, real experiences and the conversations that help us understand ourselves, each other and this strange, beautiful thing called life a little more deeply. You can email me at [email protected]’d genuinely love to hear from you.Support the show

Your Sensitivity Is Not a Weakness: The Making of a Young Medium with Lucas Ilcken

What if the part of yourself you once considered a weakness was actually waiting to become your greatest strength? Before meeting today’s guest, Jason opens up about the enormous changes taking place in his own life: leaving behind the business he built over a decade, stepping into uncertainty and learning to trust the pull towards a more meaningful and spiritually aligned future. He is then joined by 24-year-old Dutch medium Lucas Ilcken, whose relationship with sensitivity began during childhood. Lucas experienced an awareness of spirit from a young age, but as he grew older, being deeply sensitive became something he tried to escape.Everything began to change after a remarkable encounter with a stranger on the streets of Amsterdam. That meeting eventually led Lucas to meditation, a deeper understanding of himself and his first visit to the Arthur Findlay College.During that first week, Lucas began to recognise that his sensitivity was not something he needed to overcome. It was something he needed to understand.Jason and Lucas explore what it means to live as a sensitive person in a world that often rewards toughness, why the right environment can completely change how we experience ourselves and how the qualities we suppress may contain some of our greatest potential.Lucas also shares the huge leap of faith he took when he sold the successful family business he had helped run for years. In choosing mediumship, he was not simply changing careers; he was releasing an identity, a family legacy and the security of a life he already knew.Together, they discuss:• Why sensitivity can feel like a weakness before we understand it• Lucas’s childhood experiences of spirit and intuition• The stranger who changed the direction of his life• His first extraordinary experiences at the Arthur Findlay College• Why mediums should remain humble about what they believe• Trusting spirit while learning to trust yourself• The confidence knocks that accompany spiritual development• Choosing a full heart over full pockets• Whether mediumship can truly prove life after death• Nervousness, excitement and working on the platform• Why mastering yourself matters more than mastering mediumshipThis is a conversation about mediumship, but it is also about identity, courage and becoming comfortable with the person you were always meant to be.Perhaps your sensitivity was never the problem.Perhaps you were simply never shown how to work with it.Find out more about Lucas Ilcken at lucasilcken.com.Connect with Jason:Website: www.jasonpaulmedium.comYouTube: www.youtube.com/@jasonpaulsoulsyncSubscribe to the free Soul Sync newsletter at the bottom of any page on the website.Guest ideas, want to share your story, get in touch with me at [email protected].✨ Enjoying Soul Sync?A quick rating or review on Apple Podcasts or Spotify genuinely makes such a difference. The Inner Pilgrimage: Finding Your Soul’s Path with Michael Dove

What if the most important journey of your life isn’t taking you somewhere new — but taking you deeper into yourself? In this episode of Soul Sync, Jason is joined by spiritual teacher and researcher Michael Dove for a fascinating exploration of the soul, spiritual awakening, purpose and what Michael calls the inner pilgrimage.Michael’s own journey has taken him around the world. He has spent almost six years living in India, travelled repeatedly into the Himalayas, explored traditions ranging from spiritualism and shamanism to past-life work, and spent decades investigating the deeper nature of human consciousness and the soul. But some of his greatest lessons have come through the unexpected.Michael shares why periods of trauma, disruption and even the moments when life appears to completely fall apart can sometimes become powerful spiritual initiations. Together, Jason and Michael explore the idea of soul design — and the possibility that the longing for something more may be pointing us towards a life that is more deeply aligned with who we came here to be.Michael also recounts an extraordinary experience meeting a Yaqui medicine man in Mexico who appeared to recognise him on a level that transcended their physical meeting. Then the conversation travels to Varanasi and the River Ganges.Michael arrived there in 2020 just days before COVID transformed the world. While others evacuated, he chose to stay. As tourists and pilgrims disappeared from the ancient holy city, Michael became part of the local community and helped establish Meals on the Ganges, providing food and support during an extraordinary period in Varanasi’s history. It led him to a beautifully simple spiritual teaching:The quickest way to enlightenment? Feed the hungry. This conversation explores:Why spiritual awakenings often begin when life falls apartReframing trauma and difficult experiencesSoul contracts, soul design and the deeper question of why we are hereLearning to pay attention to what life is showing usMichael’s extraordinary encounter with a medicine man in MexicoWhat service can teach us about spiritualityLife beside the Ganges during the COVID pandemicWhy dissatisfaction can sometimes be a message from the soulFinding a path that doesn’t yet have a nameMoving from misalignment into a soul-aligned lifeThe difference between the outer pilgrimage and the inner pilgrimageWhy the real spiritual work happens withinPerhaps we spend much of our lives asking where we need to go next. But what if the better question is:Where is my soul trying to lead me?ABOUT MICHAEL DOVEFind out more about Michael and his work:www.michaelmonk.bioCONNECT WITH JASONWebsite: www.jasonpaulmedium.comYouTube: www.youtube.com/@jasonpaulsoulsyncEmail: [email protected] you have a story, experience, question or idea you think would make a powerful Soul Sync conversation, get in touch.✨ Enjoying Soul Sync?A quick rating or review on Apple Podcasts or Spotify genuinely makes such a difference. Colour Outside the Lines: Mediumship, Creativity and the Courage to Be Yourself with Shelley Youell

When did we become so frightened of getting things wrong? So many of us carry an inner critic that has been quietly collecting evidence for years. You can't draw. You're not creative. You're imagining it.You're not good enough. And eventually, without even realising it, we begin living within the boundaries those thoughts have created. In this episode of Soul Sync, I welcome back spiritual medium and artist Shelley Youell for a conversation that begins with spirit art but unfolds into something much bigger: creativity, self-expression, mediumship, confidence and the courage to discover your own way of working.Shelley shares how art became another language through which she could express and experience spirit — sometimes through colour, sometimes through portraiture and sometimes through simply allowing herself to create without knowing what the finished piece was supposed to become. We explore why creativity belongs to all of us, not simply people who consider themselves “artists”, and why the analytical mind can so easily interrupt both creativity and mediumship.Along the way, we talk about:The psychology of mediumship and why self-doubt is so commonHow a single thought can empower or disempower usWhy creativity is much bigger than artistic abilitySpirit art and communicating beyond wordsUsing colour and art as forms of expressionThe things we're told about ourselves that can stay with us for decadesPerfectionism and the fear of getting something wrongSitting in the power and allowing spirit to inspire the creative processAltered states and inspired artLearning how your mediumship works rather than copying somebody else'sWhy the analytical mind can interrupt spirit communicationSpirit portraiture and evidential information through artDeveloping your own relationship with colour in mediumshipWhy definitions can sometimes get in the way of feelingThe importance of playfulness, experimentation and joyAnd why perhaps we were never supposed to fit neatly into a box in the first placeOne of the things I loved most about this conversation was Shelley's reminder that development — spiritual or otherwise — isn't something we're supposed to endure. We're allowed to enjoy it.We're allowed to experiment. We're allowed to make something terrible. We're allowed to change our minds. We're allowed to colour the tree pink. And when that inner critic appears to explain all the reasons we shouldn't...perhaps we can lovingly tell it to be quiet for five minutes and see what happens.Because sometimes the things that bring us the greatest joy are the things we nearly talked ourselves out of trying.Connect with Shelley YouellShelley Youell is a spiritual medium, artist and teacher offering mediumship and psychic readings, spiritual assessments, aurograph readings, workshops and development courses.Website: https://www.shelleyyouell.com/Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/shelleyyouell_medium/Connect with Soul SyncWebsite: https://www.jasonpaulmedium.comYouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@jasonpaulsoulsyncEmail: [email protected] you have a story, experience, question or an idea that you think would make a great Soul Sync conversation, I would genuinely love to hear from you.You can get in touch at [email protected] if you enjoy Soul Sync, please consider following the show and leaving a rating or review wherever you listen. My First Time Demonstrating Mediumship In-Person In Amsterdam & the evolution of my relationship with spirit

What happens when we stop trying to make mediumship happen and begin trusting what is already there? In this solo episode of Soul Sync, I’m sharing what has been one of the most exciting periods of my own mediumship development.Since stepping away from my business and creating more space in my life, something has shifted. My mind feels quieter. My sensitivity feels stronger. Spirit communication is becoming more vivid, more spontaneous and, perhaps most importantly, more natural.I take you with me to Amsterdam, where I recently stepped onto the platform for an evening of mediumship and experienced just how powerful a connection can become when we stop analysing every piece of information and simply stay with the spirit person.I also share a fascinating remote-viewing exercise that completely challenged my ideas about what our consciousness may be capable of — including unexpectedly perceiving a funeral home, its layout and details through nothing more than another person holding the location in their awareness. In this episode, I explore:Why trying too hard can actually interrupt mediumshipWhat my Amsterdam platform experience taught me about trustWhy I no longer fear hearing “no” during a readingThe difference between interpreting information and simply giving what you receiveWhy I now treat mediumship development as an experimentThe importance of staying in the present momentPre-linking and why I personally prefer not to do itBecoming a composer of energy during a readingHow mediumship seems to communicate through our memories, emotions and individual consciousnessMy extraordinary first experience of remote viewingWhy our beliefs may place limits around what we think is possibleDeveloping mediumship in your own way rather than trying to fit somebody else’s methodThe intelligence of the spirit worldWhy mediumship, at its heart, should always be about healingAnd why I want to bring more magic, wonder and possibility back into mediumshipOne of the greatest changes in my own development has been realising that I don’t have to know what a piece of information means. It isn’t my story. My job is not always to interpret it.Sometimes my job is simply to trust it.And perhaps the same is true of life.Less forcing.Less analysing.Less needing to know.More presence.More experimentation.More trust.More allowing.Because when we stop trying quite so hard, we may discover that the connection was already there.LinksJason Paul Medium:https://www.jasonpaulmedium.comBook a reading with Jason:https://www.jasonpaulmedium.comWatch Soul Sync on YouTube:https://www.youtube.com/@jasonpaulsoulsyncIf you have a story, experience, question or idea that you think would make a wonderful Soul Sync conversation, I’d love to hear from you.Contact: [email protected] Chapter TitlesSupport the show

The Mediumship Breakthrough: Moving Beyond Fear, Ego and the Need to Be Right with Charlie Kelly

What if the biggest thing holding back your mediumship isn’t your ability — but your fear of getting it wrong?Medium, teacher and YouTuber Charlie Kelly returns to Soul Sync for a refreshingly honest conversation about fear, ego, perfectionism and what really happens as mediumship begins to deepen.Charlie believes many developing mediums become so focused on being accurate, impressive or “good enough” that they unintentionally interrupt the very communication they are trying to strengthen. The need to understand. The need to know where the story is going. The fear of hearing “no”.The comparison with other mediums. The pressure to prove ourselves. And underneath so much of it: the ego trying to keep us safe.Jason and Charlie explore what changes when we stop trying to control the communication and begin trusting what is actually being received.Charlie shares why developing mediumship is as much about personal development as spiritual technique, why fear can occupy the very space needed for communication, and why confidence doesn’t necessarily mean confidence in yourself — but confidence in the intelligence you are working with. They also explore how these same patterns show up far beyond mediumship. How many opportunities have we avoided because we were frightened? The job we didn’t go for.The relationship we didn’t pursue. The chance we didn’t take. The thing we didn’t say.Charlie shares the personal philosophy that now guides him: rather than trying to eliminate fear, he asks himself how many times he can beat fear in a single day.In this conversation:• Why beginner mediumship can become saturated in fear• The danger of judging an entire reading by the tiny percentage that went wrong• Why the ego needs managing rather than pretending it doesn’t exist• The difference between receiving information and trying to understand it• Why mediumship requires self-development as much as technique• Learning to stop embellishing what you receive• Why language can activate powerful memories• Building evidence through validation rather than assumption• Confidence, surrender and trusting the spirit communicator• Why comparison quietly chips away at us• Moving from performance into genuine service• What fear costs us in everyday lifeFunny, challenging and deeply practical, this is a conversation about becoming a better medium — but perhaps even more importantly, becoming freer within yourself.🎧 Soul Sync with Jason Paul🌐 www.jasonpaulmedium.com▶️ YouTube: www.youtube.com/@jasonpaulsoulsyncCould you be a future guest on Soul Sync?If you have a story that could help, inspire or challenge others, an idea you think we should explore, an interesting area of expertise, or simply a question you would love us to investigate, I’d love to hear from you.And if there’s somebody you think would make an incredible Soul Sync guest, tell me about them too.Get in touch: [email protected]✨ Enjoying Soul Sync?A quick rating or review on Apple Podcasts or Spotify genuinely makes such a difference. The Healing Power of Surrender: Addiction, Spirituality and Coming Home to Yourself with Austin Rampt

From crack addiction and the cartel to spiritual freedom, Austin Rampt’s extraordinary story is one of destruction, survival, surrender and ultimately coming home to himself.Austin took his first drink at just thirteen years old. By fifteen, he was addicted to opiate painkillers, and by seventeen, he was smoking crack cocaine. His addiction led to overdoses, repeated attempts at rehabilitation, the accidental destruction of his family home and a devastating relapse after nine years of sobriety. After being given the choice between rehabilitation and prison, Austin left rehab after just six days, boarded a plane and escaped to Mexico. There, he found himself surrounded by drugs and drawn into the dangerous world of the cartel. But behind the appearance of money, excess and partying was a man sitting alone in a room, drunk and high, crying because he missed his children. In this deeply honest conversation, Austin and Jason explore what addiction is really trying to soothe, why outward success cannot heal an internal wound and how the gifts of sobriety can sometimes take us away from the very practices that made sobriety possible.Jason also opens up about his own experiences with cocaine, cannabis, shame and self-destruction—and the difficult journey of learning to see addiction not as a moral failing, but as an attempt to escape unbearable pain.Together, they explore:• How childhood experiences can shape addiction and self-worth• The danger of believing achievement will make us worthy• Why external success can conceal profound internal suffering• Austin’s experiences with addiction and the cartel in Mexico• Jason’s own journey through cocaine use, cannabis and psychosis• The importance of connection, honesty and intimate relationships• Why punishment and the war on drugs fail to address the roots of addiction• The spiritual foundations of the Twelve Steps• What it truly means to surrender to a power greater than ourselves• How our greatest failures can become the foundation of our service• Why healing may be less about becoming somebody new and more about uncovering who we have always beenAustin is the author of One Last Hit: The Remarkable True Story of an Addict’s Journey to Find Himself. His experiences now allow him to speak openly about recovery, fatherhood, spirituality and the possibility of building a meaningful life after complete destruction. As Austin explains:“My journey of healing has not been to add anything to me. It’s been to unwind all the things that were essentially not me.”Whether you have experienced addiction personally, love somebody who has, or recognise the ways we all reach for things outside ourselves to change how we feel inside, this conversation offers a powerful reminder:Surrender is not always defeat.Sometimes, surrender is where freedom begins.CONNECT WITH AUSTIN RAMPTWebsite and book:https://www.onelasthitbook.comCONNECT WITH JASON AND SOUL SYNCWebsite:https://www.jasonpaulmedium.comYouTube:https://www.youtube.com/@jasonpaulsoulsyncSubscribe to the Soul Sync newsletter at the bottom of the Jason Paul website. For enquiries:[email protected] this conversation resonated with you, please follow Soul Sync, share the episode with somebody who may need to hear it and leave a rating or review. Never Limit the Limitless: The Extraordinary Power of Spirit with Colin Bates

What happens when we stop trying to control mediumship—and allow the limitless intelligence of spirit to lead?International spiritual medium, healer and teacher Colin Bates returns to Soul Sync for a joyful, profound and wonderfully expansive conversation about the true nature of mediumship, the journey of the soul and the extraordinary power available within every one of us.Jason begins by sharing how leaving his business and creating more space in his life has transformed his own sensitivity. Spirit communication has begun happening more naturally and unexpectedly, raising an important question: do we develop mediumship, or do we simply remove the barriers preventing it from flowing?Colin explores the relationship between belief, faith and personal experience, explaining why knowing that the spirit world exists is different from believing that we ourselves can become an instrument for it.Together, Jason and Colin discuss:• Why stress, concentration and the physical mind can interrupt mediumship• The different stages of belief and spiritual faith• Why nobody should ever be told they cannot become a medium• Mediumship as a journey of life rather than death• Learning to trust symbols, impressions and spontaneous information• The difference between describing evidence and revealing the essence of a spirit person• Why mediums must stay with the experience rather than rushing ahead• The importance of spiritual philosophy and the “food of the soul”• Finding your own unique expression instead of copying another medium• Whether modern Spiritualism has become limited by institutions and restrictions• Love, service and compassion as the true foundations of mediumshipColin reminds us that there is no single correct way to unfold spiritually. Every soul perceives spirit differently, and our task is not to become somebody else—it is to recognise and trust who we already are. There is no right way and no wrong way. There is only the way that resonates within your heart.Connect with Colin BatesWebsite:https://mediumcolinbates.comWorkshops:https://mediumcolinbates.com/workshops/Services:https://mediumcolinbates.com/services/Connect with Soul Sync and Jason PaulWebsite and readings:https://www.jasonpaulmedium.comWatch Soul Sync on YouTube:https://www.youtube.com/@jasonpaulsoulsyncJoin the Soul Sync newsletter through the Jason Paul website for new episodes, spiritual reflections and updates.✨ Enjoying Soul Sync?A quick rating or review on Apple Podcasts or Spotify genuinely makes such a difference. The Love I Spent My Life Looking For

What is love—and where do we first learn whether we are worthy of receiving it?In this deeply personal and immersive solo episode of Soul Sync, I take you back through my own search for love: from the circumstances surrounding my birth and the absence of my biological father, to growing up gay at a time when hiding who I was often felt safer than being seen. With music, sound and recreated memories, we travel into my first experience of London’s gay scene at sixteen, when the Astoria offered a glimpse of freedom, belonging and the extraordinary feeling of discovering that I was not alone. But being desired is not always the same as being loved.I reflect on the years I spent looking outside myself for acceptance—through relationships, sex, achievement and the approval of others—and how low self-worth eventually contributed to relationships in which I accepted far less than I deserved.I also explore how mediumship and my relationship with the spirit world have transformed my understanding of love. I now believe that love is the only thing that truly exists, that kindness is among the greatest things we can offer another human being, and that our search for lasting love must ultimately begin within ourselves. This is an episode about rejection, sexuality, belonging, loneliness, survival, self-acceptance and the love we spend our lives trying to find.Perhaps love was never something we had to earn.Perhaps it was something we came here to remember.Content note: This episode includes references to childhood rejection, homophobic bullying, domestic abuse and adult sexual experiences.Connect with Jason Paul:Website: www.jasonpaulmedium.comYouTube: www.youtube.com/@jasonpaulsoulsyncEmail: [email protected] to the Soul Sync newsletter at www.jasonpaulmedium.com for reflections, episode updates and conversations exploring spirituality, healing, consciousness and what it means to be human.Support the show

Two Mediums Reveal How They Experience the Spirit World | with Dennis Blaauw

What does communication with the spirit world actually feel like from inside the mind of a medium? In this open and often humorous conversation, psychic mediums Jason Paul and Dennis Blaauw compare how they each experience mediumship—and discover that no two connections unfold in quite the same way.We explore whether mediumship can truly be taught, or whether it is something that must be individually uncovered and remembered. Dennis and I discuss clairvoyance, clairsentience, symbolism, emotion, energy and how spirit may draw upon a medium’s memories and personal experiences to communicate. We also examine why trying too hard can interrupt the natural flow of mediumship, the importance of experimentation, and whether traditional approaches to teaching mediumship can sometimes become too structured or restrictive.Along the way, we put our own intuitive abilities to the test with a spontaneous colour experiment—with mixed and amusing results! In this conversation:✨ What spirit communication feels like ✨ Why every medium experiences the spirit world differently ✨ Whether mediumship can be taught ✨ Clairvoyance, clairsentience and symbolic communication ✨ How spirit uses memories, feelings and personal associations ✨ Why overthinking can block the connection ✨ Learning through experimentation—and embracing the “no” ✨ The strengths and limitations of traditional mediumship training ✨ Letting go of pressure and allowing mediumship to unfold ✨ A live intuitive colour experimentThis is an honest conversation between two developing and working mediums who are continuing to question, explore and refine their understanding of the spirit world. Who Am I Without the Life I Built? - The Truest Essence of Ourselves

After unexpectedly selling the business that had defined so much of his identity, Jason records a personal reflection from Prague about exhaustion, fear, limiting beliefs and beginning again. An honest exploration of who we are beneath our work, achievements and past—and how slowing down can help us reconnect with the soul. What happens when the life you spent years building suddenly comes to an end—and you are left with a blank canvas?I recorded this solo episode from a hotel room in Prague, during my first proper pause since selling the business that had consumed so much of my energy, time and identity.Stepping away has made me realise just how much of myself I gave to the company—and how difficult it can be to know who we are beneath our jobs, achievements, routines, relationships and past experiences. In this deeply personal episode, I reflect on exhaustion, identity, fear and the uncomfortable space between an old life ending and a new one beginning. I share how slowing down has affected my mediumship, why I am learning not to make decisions from fear, and how I am becoming more conscious of the language I use toward myself. We also explore limiting beliefs, gratitude, kindness, emotional release, morphic fields and the possibility that we have far more potential than we have been conditioned to believe. This is an episode for anyone going through change, questioning who they are, or feeling called toward a new chapter but unsure what comes next.Perhaps you do not need to have everything figured out. Perhaps, for now, you simply need permission to rest, listen and be.In this episode:• The exhaustion that appeared after selling my business• Separating your identity from your work• Why mediumship has been part of my healing• Recognising when fear is driving your decisions• Discovering who you are beneath your labels• Becoming conscious of limiting beliefs• Morphic fields and our untapped potential• The healing power of gratitude and kindness• Releasing emotions rather than suppressing them• Allowing a new version of yourself to emergeSoul Sync is for curious souls, deep thinkers and recovering overthinkers exploring spirituality, consciousness, healing and what it means to be human.Website: www.jasonpaulmedium.comYouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@jasonpaulsoulsyncSubscribe to my monthly newsletter at the bottom of any page on the website.Guest ideas, want to share your story? He Drowned an Atheist — What He Saw Then Changed Everything | with Thayne Martin

Sometimes awakening arrives gently. At other times, it begins when everything we thought we were falls apart. In this deeply personal conversation, I’m joined by Thayne Martin, whose extraordinary life has included childhood trauma, dissociative identity disorder, addiction, suicide attempts, severe mental-health struggles and a near-death experience that transformed his understanding of life.Thayne describes entering his swimming pool as an atheist and awakening at the bottom after losing consciousness. What followed, he says, was an experience of overwhelming love, a life review and an encounter with a reality that changed everything he believed about God, death and consciousness. We explore how trauma can shape identity, why outward success does not always heal what lies beneath it, and what happens when the coping mechanisms that once protected us begin to control our lives.I also share parts of my own journey through addiction, trauma and psychosis, as we reflect on the very different paths through which people awaken. For some, it is meditation or spiritual practice. For others, it can be grief, addiction, breakdown or being brought to the very edge of life.Later in the conversation, Thayne shares the ideas he developed following his near-death experience, including his Equation of Life and Abundant Happiness, the importance of experiential gratitude, and why he believes healing must involve the nervous system as well as the mind. This is a raw, thought-provoking conversation about survival, spirituality, authenticity and whether our darkest chapters can sometimes become doorways into a deeper understanding of ourselves.Thayne’s work focuses on authenticity, emotional balance, gratitude, hope and helping people move beyond the identities and wounds that have shaped themThayne Martin is a podcaster, speaker, entrepreneur, author, pianist and entertainer. Following a life marked by trauma, mental-health struggles and a profound near-death experience, he created the Equation of Life and Abundant Happiness and founded It’s Pure Love. His work explores gratitude, emotional intelligence, nervous-system healing, authenticity and helping people stop chasing happiness outside themselves. His central message is that people are more than their wounds and can begin rewriting the stories that have shaped their lives. His guest sheet describes his work as combining neuroscience, emotional balance, gratitude, presence and energetic alignment.Content note - This episode contains open discussion of childhood sexual abuse, suicide attempts, addiction, mental illness, trauma and near-death experiences. The Gifts We Were Never Taught to Understand | William FitzRoy

William FitzRoy on sensitivity, intuition, healing, and why the traits that once made you feel different may be part of your power. Some of the things that make you feel different may be the very things you were never taught to understand. In this episode of Soul Sync, Jason Paul is joined by psychic, medium and teacher William FitzRoy for a thoughtful conversation about sensitivity, intuition, identity, healing, and learning to trust the quieter parts of yourself.William shares how childhood experiences of spirit, imagination and feeling different eventually led him to discover psychic meditation — a moment that gave him language for something he had felt his whole life.Together, Jason and William explore why so many sensitive people can feel isolated, why spiritual development is not about escaping ordinary life, and how intuition can become a grounded, practical part of your work, relationships and everyday decisions. They also discuss the inner work behind mediumship: stillness, self-awareness, healing, nervous-system regulation, energetic boundaries, and the freedom that comes when you stop needing other people to validate what you know within yourself. This is not only an episode for mediums, psychics or spiritual practitioners. It is for anyone who has ever felt deeply, noticed more than they could explain, or wondered whether the parts of themselves they once tried to hide might actually be a gift.In this episodeWhy sensitive people can feel isolated in the modern worldGrowing up with spirit, imagination and a sense of being differentThe meditation class that changed William’s lifeThe “New New Age” and bringing spirituality into real lifeBalancing intuition with career, ambition and ordinary responsibilitiesWhy mediumship and psychic development are more like an art than a scienceHealing, projection, emotional regulation and spiritual maturityLearning to trust your intuition without needing anyone else’s approvalConnect with William FitzRoyWebsite: https://www.williamfitzroy.com/Connect with Jason / Soul SyncWebsite: www.jasonpaulmedium.comYouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@jasonpaulsoulsyncSubscribe to Jason’s monthly spiritual newsletter by scrolling to the bottom of any page at www.jasonpaulmedium.com.If this conversation resonated, please follow Soul Sync and leave a rating or review wherever you listen. What Remains When the Ego Falls Silent - With Marcus McKeown

Marcus McKeown of Yellow Rock Sanctuary joins Jason for a profound conversation on ego, awareness, stillness, spiritual seeking, and why the peace we are looking for may already be here. What happens when you have tried everything — the healing, the courses, the manifestation, the self-improvement — and something inside still feels unsettled? In this episode, Jason is joined by Marcus McKeown from Yellow Rock Sanctuary for a deep, thought-provoking conversation about the end of seeking.Together, they explore the ego’s endless need for certainty and control, why we become so identified with our thoughts and stories, and what might remain when we stop trying to become something else.Marcus shares his own journey through success, disappointment, collapse, questioning, and ultimately a quieter recognition of presence. This is not a conversation about chasing enlightenment, fixing yourself, or adding another spiritual practice to your list.It is an invitation to pause. To notice what is aware of the thought. To sit with the words, “I don’t know.”And to consider that the peace, connection and meaning you are searching for may not be somewhere ahead of you at all.Jason and Marcus also talk about mediumship, manifestation, trying versus allowing, the magic of being alive, and why the next person to speak after asking life’s biggest question might just lose.Learn more about Marcus and Yellow Rock Sanctuary:https://www.yellowrocksanctuary.life/events-yrsConnect with JasonWebsite and private readings: www.jasonpaulmedium.comYouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@jasonpaulsoulsyncSubscribe to Jason’s monthly spiritual newsletter at the bottom of any page on his website for spiritual reflections, podcast updates, meditations, events and more.Guest ideas, want to share your story? From Stripper to Healing Medium with Colin Bray

Colin Bray’s story is not what most people expect when they hear the words healing medium. In this open and often hilarious conversation, Colin shares the extraordinary path that took him from a working-class upbringing in Rotherham, through life as a stripper performing across the UK and even in Japan, to finding a deeper calling in healing and mediumship. But this is not just a story about transformation. It is about hardship, ego, addiction, bankruptcy, feeling emotionally shut down, and the slow process of learning empathy, peace, and self-understanding.Colin opens up about why mediumship did not come easily to him, what he feels is missing from parts of modern Spiritualism, and how spirit helped inspire his memoir, The Memoirs of a Stripper’s Journey to a Healing Medium. This is a conversation about the unexpected roads life can take us down — and how even the darkest chapters can become part of the person we are here to become.Short descriptionMedium Colin Bray shares his remarkable journey from stripping stages to spiritual healing — and the hardship, addiction, empathy, and awakening that shaped him along the way.Episode notes / show notesIn this episode, Jason is joined by medium and author Colin Bray.Colin’s life has taken him through experiences most people would never connect with mediumship: running his own gym, becoming a stripper almost by accident, performing in the UK and Japan, financial hardship, addiction, bankruptcy, and eventually a deep spiritual awakening.Together, Jason and Colin explore: Growing up without much money and why “having more” does not always bring peace  How Colin unexpectedly became a stripper  Performing with a male stripping group across the UK and in Japan  The adrenaline, ego, and altered state of performing on stage  Addiction, financial hardship, debt, and bankruptcy  Why Colin felt emotionally shut down in his early life  Learning empathy and emotional depth through life experience  Why mediumship did not come easily for Colin  The need for stronger development and evidence within modern Spiritualism  Colin’s experiences at Arthur Findlay College  How spirit inspired him to write his memoir  Why protecting your peace and stepping away from drama matters Colin’s book: The Memoirs of a Stripper’s Journey to a Healing Medium https://www.amazon.co.uk/Memoirs-Strippers-Journey-Healing-Medium/dp/191850315XConnect with Jason / Soul Sync: www.jasonpaulmedium.comhttps://www.youtube.com/@jasonpaulsoulsync To subscribe to my newsletter, go to the bottom of any page at www.jasonpaulmedium.com✨ Enjoying Soul Sync?A quick rating or review on Apple Podcasts or Spotify genuinely makes such a difference. The Pact She Made With Spirit — With Danielle Nijhuis

What happens when grief opens a doorway? In this episode of Soul Sync, I’m joined by Dutch medium, healer, trance medium and teacher Danielle Nijhuis for a deeply moving conversation about loss, spirit communication, healing, and the moment that changed the course of her life.Danielle’s journey into mediumship began after the sudden passing of someone she deeply loved. Like so many people who experience profound grief, she found herself asking the question that sits quietly behind so much of human suffering:Where have you gone? That question led her on a search — through religion, grief, intuition, mediumship, the Arthur Findlay College, trance, healing, and physical mediumship. In this conversation, Danielle shares the experiences that shaped her understanding of the spirit world, including her time sitting in trance and physical mediumship circles, her work with spirit guides, her journey with healing, and the extraordinary séance experience that gave her the answer she had been searching for. What makes this conversation so powerful is not just the phenomena Danielle describes, but the emotional meaning behind it. After receiving what she felt was a direct and deeply personal answer from the spirit world, Danielle made a promise: to dedicate herself to serving spirit and helping others find healing, connection, and trust. This is a conversation about grief, evidence, love, healing, and the way the spirit world can sometimes meet us in the places where life has broken us open.To find out more about Danielle, you can visit her website - https://www.soulconnections.nl/What you’ll hearDanielle’s early sensitivity and childhood questions about religion, heaven, hell and personal responsibilityThe sudden loss that changed the direction of her lifeWhy grief led her to search for answers beyond traditional explanationsHer first experiences with mediumship and spirit communicationDiscovering trance and physical mediumship at the Arthur Findlay CollegeSitting with physical mediums and witnessing powerful séance phenomenaThe extraordinary moment where someone she loved materialised and spoke to her in DutchWhy that experience became a turning point in her healingThe “pact” Danielle made with the spirit worldHer work with healing mediumship, trance, spirit guides and teachingThe story behind her book, Medium Between Two WorldsWhy she believes mediumship is not about being special, but about discovering the true selfWho this episode is forThis episode is for anyone who has lost someone they love and wondered where they have gone.It is also for anyone curious about mediumship, trance, healing, spirit guides, physical mediumship, and the deeper purpose behind spiritual development. If you have ever felt that grief might be more than an ending — that it might also become a doorway — this conversation will speak to you.Mentions & ideasMediumship and griefTrance mediumshipHealing mediumshipPhysical mediumshipSpirit guidesArthur Findlay CollegeGlenn EdwardsScott MilliganDavid ThompsonThe role of evidence in healing griefDanielle’s book, Medium Between Two WorldsSoul agreements, service and spiritual responsibilityGuest linksWebsite: https://www.soulconnections.nl/Gentle noteThis episode includes discussion of grief, bereavement, death, and experiences of spirit communication. The Trust Crisis in Mediumship — With Susan Diadem

How do you know when it’s truly spirit… and when it’s just your mind?In this episode of Soul Sync, I’m joined by medium and psychic Susan Diadem for a wonderfully honest, wise and often very funny conversation about the inner world of mediumship. This isn’t just a conversation about giving messages. It’s about what happens underneath the surface — the doubt, the responsibility, the fear of getting it wrong, the importance of spiritual integrity, and the moment a medium begins to move beyond technique into trust.Susan shares her own journey from early sensitivity and psychic awareness into mediumship, including the years she spent questioning herself, learning through different teachers and traditions, and eventually finding the confidence to listen more deeply to spirit.Together, we explore why so many mediums doubt themselves, why that doubt often comes from care rather than lack of ability, and why great mediumship is not simply about delivering facts — but about honouring the essence, dignity and love of the soul being communicated. This episode also opens up a much-needed conversation around evidence versus essence, the danger of embellishing what spirit gives, the role of ego in mediumship, and why formal structures can be helpful at the beginning but limiting if we never move beyond them.At the heart of this conversation is a simple but powerful question:Can we trust ourselves enough to become a clear voice for spirit? What you’ll hearSusan’s journey from psychic sensitivity into mediumshipWhy many genuine mediums struggle with self-doubtThe difference between evidence and essence in spirit communicationWhy integrity matters so deeply in mediumshipThe danger of embellishing or interpreting too muchWhy respect and dignity matter when bringing loved ones throughHow training and structure can help — but can also become restrictiveThe balance between confidence, humility and egoWhy spirit communication should feel more like a loving conversation than a checklistSusan’s reflections on healing, comparison, hope and learning to trust yourselfWho this episode is forThis episode is for anyone developing mediumship, sitting in spiritual circles, giving readings, or trying to understand their own sensitivity more deeply. It’s also for anyone who has ever asked:Was that intuition? Guided Meditation — Open Your Heart to Angelic Guidance (Part 2) with Dr. Marcia Martin

In Part 2 of this special Soul Sync experience, Dr. Marcia Martin gently guides listeners through a powerful heart-centred meditation designed to help you feel safe, supported, loved, and open to spiritual guidance. This meditation emerged spontaneously during Jason and Marcia’s conversation in Part 1 — becoming such a profound moment that it naturally evolved into its own standalone experience.Rather than focusing on “perfect meditation” or forcing spiritual connection, Marcia invites you into something much softer:A return to the heart.Through breath, presence, unconditional love, and permission to receive, this guided experience helps create a calm inner space where intuition, angelic guidance, and healing can begin to flow more naturally. This is not about performance. This is not about “getting it right.” This is simply about opening.During the meditation, Marcia guides listeners through: grounding into the energetic heart centre  creating a sacred circle of white light  opening communication with loving spiritual guidance  releasing fear and self-judgement  allowing support from the angelic realm  reconnecting with safety, love, and trust Whether you are deeply spiritual, spiritually curious, or simply emotionally exhausted from trying to carry everything alone — this meditation offers a gentle space to pause, breathe, soften, and receive.Perfect for: quiet evenings  meditation practice  emotional healing  spiritual development  nervous system calming  before sleep  moments of overwhelm or disconnection You do not need to be “gifted.”You do not need to know how to meditate perfectly. You simply need willingness. What you’ll experience Breathwork for grounding & relaxation  Connecting to the energetic heart centre  Creating a protective circle of white light  Opening to loving angelic communication  Releasing fear, pressure & self-judgement  Feeling supported by Spirit  Allowing guidance through ease rather than force  Reconnecting with unconditional love & acceptance Who this meditation is for Sensitive souls  Spiritual seekers  Anyone exploring angels or intuition  Listeners struggling with anxiety or overwhelm  People wanting to feel more connected spiritually  Those needing emotional comfort, softness and support  Anyone learning to trust themselves again ✨ Get in touch If you have a story, experience, or idea you'd love to share on Soul Sync, I’d love to hear from you. 📩 Email: [email protected] 🌐 Website: jasonpaulmedium.comIf you enjoy the podcast, please take a moment to leave a review — your feedback truly means the world to me and helps others discover the show. 💫Support the show

What If Your Sensitivity… Is How Angels Speak to You? (Part 1) — With Dr. Marcia Martin

What if the very thing you’ve spent your life trying to suppress… is actually the way Spirit has been trying to communicate with you?In this deeply personal and unexpectedly emotional conversation, Jason sits down with Dr. Marcia Martin — heart healer, angel communicator, spiritual counsellor, teacher, and founder of The Heart Healing Foundation.Together, they explore sensitivity, people-pleasing, intuition, childhood conditioning, angel communication, mediumship, and the quiet inner guidance many of us dismiss as “just our thoughts.”Marcia shares her journey from a highly sensitive child who felt deeply misunderstood, through years of separating spirituality from “real life,” to eventually rediscovering the guidance she believes had always been there. This episode becomes far more than a conversation about angels. It’s about: learning to trust yourself  understanding the difference between fear and guidance  why spirituality was never meant to be separate from everyday life  and how healing the heart may reopen our connection to something greater Jason also opens up candidly about his own struggles with expectation in mediumship, overthinking, ADHD, trying too hard to connect, and the fear of “not being good enough” spiritually. One of the most powerful moments comes when Marcia explains that angelic communication rarely arrives as a booming external voice — but often through loving thoughts, nudges, intuition, feelings, signs, synchronicities, and moments of quiet inner knowing. The episode also includes a spontaneous heart-centred angel communication exercise that became so powerful it naturally evolved into Part 2 of this special two-part experience. If you’ve ever questioned your intuition…If you’ve ever felt “too sensitive”…Or if you’ve ever wondered whether Spirit may already be speaking to you…This conversation may change the way you see yourself.Gentle noteThis episode includes discussions around emotional pain, childhood wounds, self-worth struggles, spiritual crisis, and healing journeys. The Future of Modern Spiritualism…. — With Donna King

In this thought-provoking episode of Soul Sync, Jason sits down with respected medium and teacher Donna King for an honest conversation about the current direction of modern spiritualism, the role of governance within spiritual organisations, and the deeper question of what mediumship is truly meant to be.Together, they explore the growing tensions many sensitives and mediums feel between structure and spirit, authenticity and performance, tradition and evolution. This is not a conversation rooted in conflict. It’s a conversation rooted in care.Donna shares her reflections on the principles of spiritualism, the importance of integrity within mediumship, and why many people are now questioning whether spiritual spaces still reflect the love, openness, and spiritual depth they were originally built upon.Jason also opens up about his own observations and experiences within modern spiritual circles, leading into a wider discussion about ego, politics, healing, responsibility, and the future direction of spiritual communities. At its heart, this episode asks a bigger question:What happens when spirituality becomes disconnected from spirit itself? What You’ll Hear Donna’s reflections on the current state of spiritualism  Governance, structure, and the challenges facing modern spiritual organisations  The tension between politics and genuine spiritual connection  Why authenticity in mediumship matters more than ever  Jason’s own observations from within spiritual spaces  The difference between spiritual performance and spiritual presence  The importance of humility, openness, and emotional intelligence in mediumship  Whether spiritualism is evolving — or losing its way  What the future could look like for the next generation of mediums Who This Episode Is For People interested in mediumship and modern spiritualism  Sensitives navigating spiritual communities  Those questioning the direction of spiritual organisations  Listeners seeking grounded and honest spiritual conversations  Anyone curious about the deeper purpose behind mediumship Gentle NoteThis episode contains open discussion and personal opinions surrounding spiritual organisations and mediumship culture. What’s Really Happening in Haunted Houses? — With Ewan Irvine

Scottish medium Ewan Irvine joins me for a fascinating deep dive into ghosts, haunted houses, mediumship, fear, and what may really happen after death. What begins as a conversation about paranormal experiences quickly becomes something much deeper — an exploration of why human beings are so drawn to the unknown, why some spirits appear to linger, and how mediumship can completely transform our relationship with death.Ewan shares the extraordinary experiences that first awakened him to the spirit world after the passing of his father, including unexplained paranormal activity in his family home, a life-changing reading at a spiritualist church, and the evidence that completely shattered his scepticism.Together, we explore haunted locations, ghost investigations, spirit communication, fear, spiritual awakening, reincarnation, grief, and why love may ultimately be the force that connects both worlds. This is one of those classic Soul Sync conversations that sits beautifully between mystery, philosophy, humour, and the deeply human search for meaning. What you’ll hear Ewan’s awakening into mediumship at 18  Paranormal experiences after his father’s passing  The reading that changed his life forever  Ghost stories and haunted houses in Scotland  Why spirits may remain connected to places  The truth about paranormal investigations  Fear vs love in mediumship  Why even mediums still fear the dark  How mediumship removes the fear of death  Reincarnation and soul contracts  Spiritual awakening after trauma and grief  Why love never dies  The biggest mistakes developing mediums make  How ego blocks spirit communication  Music, intuition, and connecting with spirit  Why mediumship is a lifelong unfolding Who this episode is for Anyone fascinated by ghosts or haunted places  Those curious about life after death  Developing mediums and spiritual seekers  Listeners exploring grief or spiritual awakening  People questioning fear, consciousness, and the soul  Anyone who has ever wondered: “What really happens after we die?” Gentle noteThis episode discusses grief, death, paranormal experiences, and spiritual beliefs surrounding the afterlife.✨ Get in touch If you have a story, experience, or idea you'd love to share on Soul Sync, I’d love to hear from you. 📩 Email: [email protected] 🌐 Website: jasonpaulmedium.comIf you enjoy the podcast, please take a moment to leave a review — your feedback truly means the world to me and helps others discover the show. 💫✨ Enjoying Soul Sync?A quick rating or review on Apple Podcasts or Spotify genuinely makes such a difference. The Trust Problem: Unlocking the Gifts You’ve Been Told to Ignore?! — With Kieron Morgan

A workshop-style conversation with Kieron Morgan exploring intuition, sensitivity, spiritual gifts, imagination, mediumship development, and why learning to trust yourself is central to the spiritual path. What if the thing you’ve been doubting… is actually the very thing you’re here to trust? In this workshop-style episode of Soul Sync, I’m joined by Kieron Morgan for a powerful conversation about intuition, sensitivity, spiritual gifts, imagination, and the deep trust problem so many people face on the spiritual path.We explore why sensitive people often grow up feeling different, why society teaches us to dismiss what we feel or perceive, and how spiritual awareness can become suppressed when we’re told to fit into a version of “normal” that was never really built for us.Kieron shares his own experiences of seeing spirit and fairy folk as a child, the emotional overwhelm of being highly sensitive, and the journey of learning to trust what was coming through rather than explaining it away. This episode is especially for anyone developing spiritually, intuitively or mediumistically — and anyone who has ever asked:“Am I making this up?”Because perhaps the imagination isn’t the enemy of spirit communication.Perhaps it’s one of the ways spirit speaks. What you’ll hear Why sensitive and intuitive people often struggle to trust themselves  How childhood conditioning can shut down spiritual gifts  The link between imagination, clairvoyance and spirit communication  Why spirit often works through your memories, symbols and inner pictures  Kieron’s powerful stories of early spirit experiences  How empaths can absorb emotions that are not their own  Why readings can become harder when you over-focus on the person in front of you  The danger of giving your power away to teachers or systems  Why discernment matters just as much as trust  Practical advice for grounding, protection, cleansing and opening safely Who this episode is forThis episode is for anyone who feels spiritually sensitive, intuitive, empathic, mediumistic, or simply different. It’s also for anyone who has doubted their gifts, dismissed their inner knowing, or wondered whether what they feel is “real” or “just imagination.”Mentions & ideasWe discuss sensitivity, ADHD, masking, empaths, clairvoyance, imagination, mediumship development, energetic protection, spiritual teachers, aura reading, etheric cords, spirit communication, and learning to trust the information that comes through.Gentle noteThis episode includes discussion around emotional overwhelm, breakdown and suicidal feelings in the context of Kieron’s personal journey. What if the symbols you receive in mediumship aren’t random at all?In Part 2 of The Art of Mediumship Curriculum, I’m joined again by internationally respected medium and teacher Christine Morgan to explore one of the most important — and often misunderstood — parts of mediumistic development: symbology.Christine explains how the spirit world works through the medium’s own mind, memories, feelings, beliefs and inner language to help convey evidence and meaning. We explore why symbols are not always literal, why the feeling behind an image matters, and how each medium gradually learns their own symbolic “shorthand” with the spirit world. This is a brilliant episode for anyone developing their mediumship, especially if you’ve ever received an image, symbol or feeling and thought:“Is this spirit… or is this just me?”What you’ll hear What symbology means in mediumship  Why symbols are part of the medium’s own inner language  How spirit works through your memories, emotions and subconscious  Why a symbol is not always literal  The importance of feeling over thinking  What to do when a symbol gets a “no”  Why going back to the last positive evidence can restore the link  How spirit can use your whole environment to convey information  The difference between psychic and mediumistic information  Why trying too hard can block the natural flow  Why your symbolic language evolves as you develop Who this episode is forThis episode is for developing mediums, intuitive people, spiritual seekers, and anyone trying to better understand how information from the spirit world is received, interpreted and expressed. It’s especially for anyone learning to trust the images, impressions, symbols and feelings that arise during communication.Mentions & ideasMediumship development, symbology, the language of the soul, clairvoyance, intuition, psychic awareness, spirit communication, evidence, interpretation, symbolism, archetypes, collective unconscious, tarot, runes, sacred geometry, nature, and learning your own symbolic language.Gentle noteThis episode is intended for spiritual education and personal reflection. Self is the Colour of Creation — Understanding the Canvas of Self — With Kalden Davies

What does it actually mean that “self is the colour of creation”?At first, it sounds abstract. Philosophical. Maybe even a little hard to grasp. But in this conversation with Kalden Davies, we break it down into something far more real… and far more personal.Because this isn’t just an idea. It’s a shift in how you see yourself — and how you experience everything around you. Most people move through life believing they are their thoughts, their past, their identity. But what if that’s only the surface? What if everything you experience — every moment, every reaction, every perception — is being shaped through a lens you’ve never truly questioned? And what if that lens… is you?In this episode, we explore the idea that:You’re not just experiencing reality…You’re actively shaping how it appears. This isn’t about forcing change or becoming someone new. It’s about recognising something deeper — the part of you that exists underneath the noise, the thinking, and the identity you’ve built over time.Because when that recognition begins…The way you experience life starts to shift.🔊 What you’ll hear:** This episode contains discussions about recreational drug use, please always listen with care, speak to a physician and follow local laws ** What “self is the colour of creation” really means in practice  Why reality isn’t as fixed or objective as it seems  The difference between the canvas and the paint How identity is formed — and why it can limit you  The shift from thinking → awareness  Why you don’t need to “fix” yourself to change your experience  How perception quietly shapes your reality every day 👤 Who this episode is for: Anyone questioning who they really are beyond their thoughts or identity  People interested in consciousness, awareness, and perception  Listeners who feel there’s “something more” but can’t quite explain it  Those wanting to experience life with more clarity and less internal noise ✨ Get in touch If you have a story, experience, or idea you'd love to share on Soul Sync, I’d love to hear from you. 📩 Email: [email protected] 🌐 Website: https://jasonpaulmedium.comIf you enjoy the podcast, please take a moment to leave a review — your feedback truly means the world and helps others discover the show. 💫✨ Enjoying Soul Sync?A quick rating or review on Apple Podcasts or Spotify genuinely makes such a difference. What does grief really feel like when you’ve loved someone for a lifetime? In this deeply moving episode of Soul Sync, I’m joined by Tom Rose, author of Balloon in a Box: Coping with Grief — a book born from the loss of his wife after nearly 60 years together. This isn’t a clinical conversation about grief. It’s a human one.Tom shares what it was like to sit beside his wife in her final weeks… the silence that followed… and the “black period” that came after everything stopped. We explore the emotional reality of loss — the thoughts, the anger, the confusion, and the moments that stay with you — as well as the unexpected turning point that changed how Tom began to live with his grief. At the heart of this conversation is a simple but powerful idea:Grief isn’t something you fix. It’s something you learn to carry.Through his concept of a “balloon in a box,” Tom explains how grief doesn’t disappear — but over time, you begin to understand it… and even reshape your relationship with it.Because as Tom says:“Without love, there is no grief.”This episode is for anyone who has lost someone… anyone supporting someone through loss… or anyone trying to make sense of the emotional weight that grief can bring.🔊 What you’ll hear What anticipatory grief really feels like  The emotional reality of sitting with someone at the end of life  The “black period” after loss — and why it’s normal  Why you can’t “fix” grief (and shouldn’t try)  The power of journaling in processing emotion  The meaning behind “balloon in a box” Why grief is really a journey of love  How to support someone who is grieving 👤 Who this episode is for Anyone experiencing grief or loss  Those supporting someone through bereavement  People navigating life transitions or emotional change  Listeners interested in the deeper emotional and spiritual aspects of life 💡 Mentions & ideas Journaling as emotional processing  Letting grief be expressed, not suppressed  Listening without trying to fix  Reframing grief as love continuing 🌿 Gentle noteThis episode touches on themes of death, loss, and grief. Please listen at your own pace and take care of yourself if anything feels tender.✨ Get in touch If you have a story, experience, or idea you'd love to share on Soul Sync, I’d love to hear from you.
