025 Why I Stopped Calling It Past Life Regression
For many years, I called it Past Life Regression. After thousands of sessions, I realised the name no longer described what was actually happening.People recalled past lives, childhood experiences and between-life memories. Some reconnected with loved ones who had died. Others experienced places and realms beyond ordinary physical experience. In this episode, I explain why I developed Recall Therapy, what “recall” actually means, and why the destination isn’t the therapy. The therapeutic process is.We’re not creating anything. We’re remembering what already exists within consciousness.Regress to progress. We revisit the past to understand it, so we can live this life with greater awareness.Submit a Question or Contact UsShare your question, suggest a future topic or tell us your story. 024 The Biggest Misconceptions About Past Lives
Most people have an opinion about past lives before they’ve ever experienced one. After more than twenty years of facilitating thousands of Recall Therapy sessions, I’ve found the biggest obstacle isn’t the experience itself. It’s the misconceptions surrounding it.In this episode, I unpack some of the most common beliefs about past lives and Recall Therapy. Can everyone recall? Do you need to be deeply relaxed? Can you get stuck? Are past lives frightening? Were we all somebody famous? Are some souls older than others?I also explore some of the bigger beliefs surrounding reincarnation, including karmic debt, punishment and judgment after death, and share what thousands of recall sessions have shown me instead.Recall Therapy isn’t about holding onto the past. We recall to understand what is affecting us now, why certain experiences repeat, and what they reveal about the life we are living.Regress to progress.Whether you believe in past lives or not, the question is whether you’re curious enough to explore the experiences that have made you who you are.Submit a Question or Contact UsShare your question, suggest a future topic or tell us your story. 023 What Twenty Years of Recall Therapy Revealed About Being Human
What if the greatest lesson from more than twenty years of Recall Therapy had nothing to do with proving past lives? In this episode, Dr Toni Reilly shares the observations that eventually became the foundation of SoulLife® Psychology. After facilitating thousands of recall sessions, she discovered that human behaviour is never random, symptoms have purpose, relationships reveal something about us, and life unfolds through a series of processes designed to shape who we become.Toni explores why we are not here to repay karmic debt, why contrast is essential to the human experience, how every major life stage transforms us, and why understanding the meaning behind our experiences changes the way we see ourselves and others. This is not a conversation about believing in past lives. It is about what Recall Therapy revealed about being human, and how those discoveries led to an entirely new way of understanding who we are and why we're here.Submit a Question or Contact UsShare your question, suggest a future topic or tell us your story. 022 Gen Alpha & Gen Z Aren’t the Problem
They’ve been called entitled, distracted and impossible to teach. But what if we’ve been asking the wrong question? In this episode, I sit down with professional footballer and coach Coco Majstorovic to explore what Gen Alpha and Gen Z are really showing us. Drawing on her experience coaching young athletes and my work with SoulLife Psychology, we unpack why traditional parenting, teaching and coaching methods are becoming less effective and what needs to change. We explore why these generations don’t automatically accept authority, why connection has become more important than competition, and why adapting the way we lead, educate and communicate is no longer optional.Whether you’re a parent, teacher, coach or simply curious about where humanity is heading, this conversation offers a different perspective on the next generation and the future they’re helping to create. In this episode:• Why Gen Alpha and Gen Z think differently• The shift from authority to connection• Coaching and teaching that actually works• Why emotional wellbeing is becoming central to learning• What these generations are teaching the rest of usThe Buzzfeed article mentionedhttps://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=pfbid0VgC7epw81uGqqvhd86vZkAJ5UMSNnf5o6ywVgftXtnitRvz39QnfJYYB5XSVH2TUl&id=100059610846820 Applications for Recall Therapy Practitioner Certification are now open.Learn more at tonireillyinstitute.comSubmit a Question or Contact UsShare your question, suggest a future topic or tell us your story. 019 The Truth About Spiritual Awakening with Pamela Downes
From Corporate Life to the Great Council of Light: Embodiment, Intuition, and the Next Phase of Spiritual AwakeningDr. Toni Reilly is joined by Pamela Downes, founder of Spirit Calling, to explore Pamela’s shift from corporate life into soul-path healing, coaching, and channelling what she calls the Great Council of Light. They discuss how spiritual awakening moves from seeking external answers to embodiment, living the guidance, not just hearing it, and how intuition can override logic once it’s trusted. Pamela shares what the Council feels like to her and describes intense energy experiences on major podcasts where the equipment malfunctioned during channelling. They also reflect on younger generations who default to intuition, and on common misunderstandings of spirituality as “instant enlightenment” rather than repeated choices between love and fear. 00:00 Podcast Welcome00:34 Meet Pamela Downes02:00 From Corporate to Soul Purpose05:27 Channeling to Embodiment10:22 Trusting Inner Guidance11:55 Breaking the Box14:45 New Phase of Authenticity19:57 Reframing Channelling as Streaming20:51 Council Encounters In Between23:28 What the Council Feels Like27:02 Energy on Big Podcasts30:19 Sceptics and Credibility31:19 Communicators and Adaptability32:19 Mirroring Communication Styles32:58 Stop Seeking Go Within35:13 Gen Z Intuition Shift39:34 Elders Wisdom Gap42:25 Womb Healing Activation46:29 Teaching Soul Path Coaching50:34 Spiritual Path Misconceptions57:27 Closing Resources Next EpisodesConnect with Pamela Downes using these links:Web https://spirit-calling.com/YouTube https://www.youtube.com/@spiritcallingpamelaInstagram https://www.instagram.com/spiritcallingpamela/Submit a Question or Contact UsShare your question, suggest a future topic or tell us your story. 018 What Michael Jackson Reveals About The Human Experience
This episode looks past the music, entertainment, celebrity, and hype around Michael to focus on the person behind it, arguing that talent doesn’t appear out of nowhere; it’s something you’re born with, and life simply reveals what was already inside. It suggests that every moment unfolds as planned, and that Michael didn’t “become” Michael Jackson; rather, his dreams were insights into what was destined to happen. 017 Why Some People Are So Self-Conscious
In this SoulLife Psychology episode, Dr. Toni Reilly explains the “bruise of humiliation” and why it makes some people extremely self-conscious and sensitive to criticism, even when no one is judging them. The core issue is internal shame: you monitor how you look and sound, replay conversations, over-apologise, avoid conflict, over-explain, and become a chameleon to prevent disapproval, eventually losing touch with who you are and struggling with boundaries and saying no. She contrasts humiliation with abandonment dynamics, showing how different emotional realities can clash in relationships. Dr. Reilly notes that self-awareness can change behavior by helping you understand why you care so much what others think, and she introduces Life Map Foundations (starting June 22) as a way to understand yourself beyond insecurity. See this link for details on the Life Map Program.Chapters: What humiliation is; How it shows up; Relationship dynamics; Self-awareness + Life Map; Takeaways + questions.00:00 Why We Fear Judgment00:41 Introducing Humiliation Bruise01:29 How Humiliation Shows Up02:39 People Pleasing Patterns02:55 Real Life Examples03:38 Losing Yourself Over Time05:02 Relationship Dynamics Explained05:38 Self Awareness And Healing06:19 Life Map Course Mention07:06 Takeaway Questions And Wrap UpSubmit a Question or Contact UsShare your question, suggest a future topic or tell us your story. 016 Why Some Ppeople Become Attached to Unavailable People.
n this episode, Dr Toni Reilly explores the emotional bruise of Abandonment and why some people become emotionally attached to unavailable people. Some people do not pull away when relationships begin changing. They try harder. More calls. More messages. More trying to fix things. More trying to stop the relationship from ending. Because abandonment fears being alone. This episode explores why some people need constant reassurance, struggle when communication changes, stay in unhealthy relationships too long, and keep trying to reconnect after separation. Dr Toni explains why emotionally unavailable people often activate abandonment deeply, and why calling someone a narcissist does not suddenly stop loneliness or emotional attachment. You’ll also learn the difference between abandonment and rejection, and why understanding the bruises changes relationships completely.Life Map Foundations certification course begins June 22. 015 Why Boundaries Don't Stop You Feeling Rejected
Why do some people walk away from relationships and still feel rejected long afterwards? In this episode, Dr Toni Reilly explores the emotional bruise of Rejection and why boundaries do not automatically stop the emotional pain connected to feeling misunderstood, unwanted or not good enough. Some people withdraw when hurt. They stop talking.Disappear emotionally.Replay conversations in their mind for months. Not because they do not care, but because rejection affects them deeply. This episode explores:• why rejection people are internal processors• why they struggle opening up emotionally• why they leave first before being rejected• why they isolate themselves when hurt• why they can seem emotionally unavailable to others• why self-rejection continues long after relationships endDr Toni explains why behaviour makes sense once you understand the emotional reality driving it.Because boundaries create distance. But they do not automatically stop the fear of rejection or disconnect the love either.Awareness is the ultimate activism.Submit a Question or Contact UsShare your question, suggest a future topic or tell us your story. 014 Why the Same Emotional Themes Keep Repeating in Your Life
Dr. Toni Reilly explains why the same emotional patterns of rejection, abandonment, heartbreak, shame, loneliness, pressure, distrust, overthinking, control, or attracting unavailable partners keep repeating. When we try to change without understanding what affects us so deeply. In SoulLife Psychology, these responses aren’t random traits or character flaws; life isn’t unfolding randomly, but revealing a predetermined inner blueprint that includes personality, emotional tendencies, strengths, vulnerabilities, relationships, challenges, and core emotional themes. Unlike traditional psychology’s focus on conditioning, she argues that nature exists before experiences, which is why siblings or children can face the same events but respond differently. Healing shifts when you understand your inherent processing style and the “bruise” shaping your lens. 013 Why You’re Questioning Everything Right Now
People are outgrowing belief. Your own experience is becoming your authority. This episode tracks the shift from being told who you are to understanding why you are the way you are. When your behaviour makes sense, self-trust returns and you stop asking what is wrong with you.Intuition becomes part of daily decisions as you recognise it as inherent.Psychology is being pushed beyond labels. People want cause, as old explanations are breaking down while new awareness settles. This episode also marks a shift. The next phase moves into real conversations from real life experience, not theory. The work is shown through people’s lives so it makes sense in practice. You will hear this through: • identity and behaviour • grief and death • mediumship and reconnection • metaphysics and the body • life map and blueprintReturns May 14Submit a Question or Contact UsShare your question, suggest a future topic or tell us your story. Death, divorce, betrayal, infertility, illness, loss of identity, even pets or freedom. Life divides into before and after. This episode explores what grief actually is, why it affects people so differently, and what it reveals underneath. 010 Past Lives - Getting to The Core of Who You Really Are
Dr. Toni Reilly explains Recall Therapy as an evolution of past life regression. A process that works by taking people to the origin of unresolved memory stored in the psyche, body, and energetic field. She shares how one session healed her lifelong fear of public speaking, discomfort with people reading her writing, and resistance to using intuition by revealing two past lives. A 1700s Scottish teenage healer accused of witchcraft, and a respected Tasmanian writer imprisoned after his journals were found. Reilly states that when the original incident is accessed, emotional charge and default behaviors dissolve, regardless of belief, and that skepticism becomes limiting when it rejects direct experience. She also describes “home,” a state of pure collective consciousness beyond “between lives,” where clarity, perspective, and lasting healing arise, forming the basis of her SoulLife Psychology approach.00:00 Fears Older Than Childhood00:34 What Recall Therapy Is01:15 My Regression Breakthrough02:40 How I Found Past Lives04:18 Two Past Lives Revealed06:07 Why Healing Sticks07:16 Skepticism Versus Experience09:08 Reincarnation And Blueprint10:59 Beyond Past Lives Home12:56 Accessing Home In Session14:16 Soul Life Psychology Framework15:23 Closing Invitation And NextSubmit a Question or Contact UsShare your question, suggest a future topic or tell us your story. 008 What Your Triggers Are Really About
Most people believe their reactions start in adulthood. They don’t. They start in childhood. In this episode, Dr Toni Reilly explains the emotional bruises that form early in life and shape how people respond to the world. Each bruise forms when a child experiences an emotional impact they cannot process. The mind creates protection. That protection becomes default behaviour. Withdrawal, over-attachment, approval seeking, control, and rigidity often grow from these bruises. Over time the reaction becomes part of identity and operates automatically.Bruises stay hidden until something triggers them. When that happens, the reaction feels intense because the original bruise is activated. Understanding the bruise changes your perspective. Awareness interrupts automatic reactions and begins to restore self-trust.Learn:• How emotional bruises form• Why they remain hidden• The five core bruises and their reactions• How bruises show up in adult relationships• How awareness shifts default behaviourAwareness doesn't erase the bruise; it changes your perspective, giving you a choice in how you respond.00:00 Emotional hit00:40 What bruises are01:13 How a bruise forms02:43 Why bruises stay hidden03:36 The five bruises05:51 Psychology and metaphysics07:20 Bruises in relationships08:28 Weekly awareness exerciseSubmit a Question or Contact UsShare your question, suggest a future topic or tell us your story. What once felt confusing becomes clear. This episode explores the difference between inherent nature and learned behaviour, why insecurity forms around our strengths, and how Life Map helps you understand the deeper design of your life. You will also hear an introduction to the 12 Life Missions and how your date of birth reveals the mission you came here to live.SoulLife Psychology integrates psychology, metaphysics and intuitive awareness into one practical framework for understanding human behaviour and life purpose. The Life Map system is part of the SoulLife Psychology curriculum taught through the Toni Reilly Institute.Submit a Question or Contact UsShare your question, suggest a future topic or tell us your story. 006 Stop Trying to Fix People
Dr Toni Reilly introduces intuitive counselling as an everyday relationship skill and explains the difference between advice and counselling: advice removes responsibility, while counselling helps people understand themselves, own their emotions, and make their own choices. She shares personal stories from seeking validation in her first counselling session, to misreading her child’s need for acknowledgement, to recognising her own self-control, to show how “fixing” and analysis can become projection. The episode focuses on listening as a conscious practice: noticing what’s said and what’s underneath it, while also tracking your own reactions, discomfort, and urge to rescue. Reilly outlines how accurate reflection expands awareness and shifts behaviour, and challenges listeners to tolerate emotion without neutralising it. 00:00 Stop Fixing Start Listening00:58 What Counseling Really Is02:14 My First Counseling Lesson03:17 The Skill of Presence04:35 Projection at Home05:49 Hear the Pattern Beneath07:18 My Control Wake Up Call09:32 Avoid Projecting Ask Instead11:38 Hold Emotion Don't Neutralise12:45 Weekly Takeaway and ClosingSubmit a Question or Contact UsShare your question, suggest a future topic or tell us your story. 005 You’re Not Too Sensitive You’re Intuitive
Dr Toni Reilly explores intuition as your built-in “human GPS” and explains why sensitivity isn’t a flaw, but heightened perception. She defines intuition as subtle inner guidance that arrives before reasoning, feels calm and light, doesn’t pressure you, and supports decisions in everyday life. The episode contrasts intuition with fear, showing how fear feels loud, urgent, heavy, and spirals into assumptions, while intuition offers clear, quiet direction. Toni shares stories of intuitive warnings and training moments, from her mother sensing a snake and being told to stop before an accident, to hearing a specific meeting date, forgetting cornflour at the supermarket, and turning down a different street to unexpectedly see an old friend. She explains intuition’s different “clear senses” (feelings, thoughts, images, knowing) with no hierarchy, and offers a takeaway She invites listener questions and mentions practising in Everyday Mediumship Circle.00:00 You’re Not Too Sensitive - Why Intuition Matters01:15 Your Inner GPS: What Intuition Is (and Isn’t)03:08 Everyday Proof: When Intuition Shows Up Before Logic04:08 Sensitivity = Perception: Reading Energy, Tone & Atmosphere05:51 Intuition vs Fear: The Key Differences09:14 Fear Disguised as Intuition: Email & Dating Scenarios12:57 How Intuition Communicates: Clairsenses & Your Unique Style16:34 Real-Life Intuition Stories: Cornflour, Awakening & Creative Flow20:31 Strengthen Your Intuition: Practice, Patterns & a Simple Takeaway23:15 Final StorySubmit a Question or Contact UsShare your question, suggest a future topic or tell us your story.
