the art of radical alignment (why i am done with polyester)
In this episode, we are diving deep into the only metric that matters: Alignment. If it’s not a "Hell Yes," it’s a "No." Period. We’re getting real about how staying in situations—whether they're lukewarm friendships, career paths that don't serve us, or even low-vibe fabrics—literally blocks the version of you that’s waiting five years in the future. It’s time to audit your life, clear the clutter, and stop settling for "fine."

love , the action is enough: lessons from JFK Jr. & Carolyn
In this episode, I unpack Hulu’s “Love Story” about JFK Jr. and Carolyn Bessette and how their relationship mirrors the realities of modern love, fear of commitment, and control. I dive into Capricorn vs. Sagittarius dynamics, why I believe love alone is not enough, and how love plus communication and intentional action builds a real partnership. Through Carolyn’s story and my own experiences, I talk about safety, people‑pleasing, reassurance, and why actions (like planning, thinking ahead, and showing up) matter more than words. If you’ve ever struggled with commitment, needed reassurance, or wondered how to balance independence with partnership, this episode will feel like a heart‑to‑heart reminder to talk about how you feel and trust the process.

three meals a day is a BIG lie
Three meals a day is a lie – in this Ramadan-inspired episode, I unpack how colonialism, 9–5 work culture, and cereal companies sold us the idea that breakfast, lunch, and dinner are “normal,” why constant eating wrecks your metabolism, and how time-restricted eating, fewer meals, and whole, natural foods can help you feel lighter, think clearer, and honor your body.

seasonnnn 4 - your inner regulation projects your outer world
After a year of hibernation and artistic growth, I’m back for Season 4. In this premiere, I’m diving deep into why the chaos you see outside is often a manifestation of what’s happening inside. I share a terrifying, late-night encounter in Louga, Senegal, that taught me the ultimate lesson: Fear doesn't exist when you are in control of your center. Let’s talk about moving through the fire, not around it.

building yourself a new story
Sometimes You can’t give into how things are you have to give into how you want things to be. I came across this new idea of building yourself a new story and I think this to be such a powerful notion. Sometimes you cannot listen to your emotions or how you feel, you have to do what is best for you not what you feel like doing.

live the life YOU want to live
It can be difficult choosing you and advocating for yourself. But I’m learning the hard way that living for others just makes you unhappy and discontent with yourself and the life that you are living. This is a reminder that at the end of the day, it is YOUR life. No one will be with you when you in your grave, just you and Allah. Live your life for yourself and be proud of the life you choose to live.

why do young adults/adults have such limiting beliefs?
I have witnessed this time and time again. The set belief that is so harmful because they are limiting your capabilities. Believe that you can learn new skills and that your time is whenever it comes. You still have the capabilities to physically challenge yourself as an adult/young adult. Leave beliefs that are not helping you. It is okay to change your mind about something.

boundaries | do not force a relationship
something I have learned is that the moment you try to make a relationship into something it can’t, you hinder yourself. Self worth is reflected on the people that surrounds you. If you don’t respect your self enough to respect your boundaries, people will run all over you. I much you respect yourself is reflective of how you are treated by your “friends.” -tell me i am wrong about this. reply to this episode.
