What I learned From Risking My Life (Retired Stunt Rider)
In this one I'm getting real with y'all about stuff I've never fully shared before. I talk about being 18, depressed, suicidal, and how my parents put me on antidepressants thinking it would help, but I ended up addicted for almost 7 years. My wife (girlfriend at the time) literally had to lay in bed with me for a week while I withdrew from that medication like a drug addict.I get into how stunt riding actually saved my life, but not for the reasons you'd think. I wasn't talented. I was one of the worst riders in the area when I started. The truth is I wanted to die, and the harder I pushed toward death on that bike, the better I got. That's the real story behind how I became one of the best in the country.I also talk about my 2015 accident, losing 10 years of savings in 6 months day trading, working jobs I hated, quitting with $7 in my bank account, and doubling my income two months later by finally betting on myself. If you're a man stuck in your head telling yourself stories that aren't even true, or you feel like you've got potential just sitting on the table, this one's for you. Every man needs something he's willing to die for, and I'm sharing how I found mine (and lost it, and found it again).

Progress = Happiness
What Truly Makes a Man Happy? (It’s Not What You Think)After 15 years on the self-development journey, I’ve discovered a hard truth most men never realize: happiness is fleeting, but progress is fulfilling. In this video, I share the lessons I’ve learned from chasing goals in stunt riding, entrepreneurship, and personal growth—and why fulfillment never came from success itself. It’s not about the finish line. It’s not about the results. It’s about the man you become along the way.Inside this message:Why chasing happiness leaves men emptyHow progress creates lasting fulfillmentWhat it really means to build purpose as a manWhy discipline beats motivation every timeIf you’ve ever hit your goals and still felt lost, this video will speak to you. The breakthrough is in the process—not the prize. And the progress you make each day is the path to real freedom.Leave a comment if this resonates. Let’s talk about where fulfillment truly lives.

You don't need more information | You need to start
Why does it feel like everyone is living your dream while you're stuck on the sidelines? In this video, I break down the exact mindset shift that changed everything for me—not just in stunt riding, but in business and life.I spent years thinking I needed more information, more gear, better timing… but the truth was simple: I lacked commitment. Once I stopped chasing perfection and started owning my uniqueness, things changed fast. This episode is a wake-up call for anyone waiting for the "right time" or the "missing piece." You don’t need more knowledge—you need to decide. If you’ve been doubting your qualifications, comparing your journey, or holding back because of fear, this is your sign: you’re closer than you think.

Created suffering
In this episode, I break down how fear and imagination can sabotage your progress—on the bike and in life. I share the story of how one stunt trick became a mental battlefield and how a quote from Sadhguru helped me break through years of hesitation. The lesson? Most of our suffering comes from imagining what could go wrong before it even happens. Whether it’s chasing a dream, starting a business, or mastering a skill—don’t suffer the consequences of something that hasn’t happened yet. Take the jump

You Are Addicted To Your Own Misery
Let's be real - your excuses are SATISFYING you. That's why you haven't changed.I spent 6 years on antidepressants, broke as hell, blaming everyone but myself. Sound familiar? The hard truth most people won't tell you: if you're stuck in the same BS cycle year after year, YOU are the problem. Not your boss. Not your woman. YOU.I'll show you exactly how I broke free from this addiction to misery and how you can too. It starts with looking in the mirror and saying "I f*cked this up" - the hardest thing for any man to admit.Stop being the man everyone expects you to be. Become the man nobody thought you could be.

Be Harder on Yourself—Respectfully
Most people will tell you, “Don’t be so hard on yourself.” But what if that’s exactly what you need to push forward? In this episode, we break down why having high standards isn’t a bad thing—it’s a sign that you demand more from life. But there’s a right way to do it. Learn how to flip the script, believe in your goals, and apply pressure without breaking yourself in the process. The difference between self-destruction and success? It’s all in your mindset.

Pain Is Your Friend | Use It Wisely
In this raw and powerful episode, I’m sharing how I turned fear, pain, and discomfort, the things I once thought were holding me back, into the driving forces behind my life. In my journey I’ve learned that these emotions, which most of us try to avoid, are actually catalysts for growth and achievement.I take you through my journey, from dealing with the aftermath of a life-changing accident to battling dark thoughts of hopelessness. I’ll share how these experiences shaped my mindset and pushed me to become the best version of myself. The lesson I’ve learned is that growth comes from pushing past our limits and embracing discomfort, not running from it.If you’re facing fear of failure, going through personal pain, or just need the push to keep going through life’s tough moments, I hope this message is proof that you can turn anything around. I’ll explain how I used my toughest moments as fuel to move forward and how you can do the same in your own life.

Happy Men Set Goals that Never End
Many men spend their lives chasing happiness, equating it with pleasure and success, but true fulfillment comes from something deeper. In this episode, I break down the idea of "Finish Line Syndrome". Goals with an endpoint can leave you feeling empty once you achieve them. I share my personal journey in stunt riding, business, and family, revealing how my perspective shifted from chasing external validation to embracing a purpose-driven life. The key to lasting fulfillment is not in reaching a destination but in setting a goal that never ends. One rooted in passion, growth, and a cause greater than yourself. I also discuss how a single message from a mother changed my entire outlook, reminding me why I started in the first place. Tune in to learn why fighting for a cause, not happiness, is the real path to a meaningful life.

Everybody Starts At Zero
Social media is filled with highlights, wins, and flexing, but what’s missing is the real process behind success. In this episode, I break down the dangers of comparison and the illusion of instant success, showing you the raw and unfiltered journey behind true growth. I share my personal story—12 years of grinding in both stunt riding and videography—to prove that every master was once a beginner. From my first rough video edits, to building a six-figure business, it all came down to one thing: not quitting. Your competition isn’t other people; it’s your potential. Stop stopping, commit fully, and push through—because success is about consistency, not shortcuts.

How I changed my life in 1 day
One mindset shift completely transformed my life. I went from a beginner stunt rider to a top 1% stunt rider, 5x-ing my income in just one year. I stopped acting average, eliminated bad habits, and limited beliefs. In this episode, I’m sharing how I applied the same principles from stunt riding to my business, relationships, and personal growth, breaking through limiting beliefs and unlocking my full potential.I learned the hard way that waiting for the world to affirm your greatness is a mistake—you have to BECOME the person you want to be first. Step into your potential, and leave average behind.

Embrace being alone | Isolation is necessary
Growth and transformation require isolation. n this episode, I share my personal experiences with hardship, abandonment, and uncertainty, and how I'm pushing through to become the person I was WANT to be. The key is to stay focused on your vision, even when no one else sees it. The isolation phase is temporary, and it’s necessary to break through to the next level of your life.

The worst part of your life is the best part of the story
Adversity...The best part of the story. Most run from hard times not understanding that the challenge is what makes everything worth it. The Good times are only good because of how bad the bad times were. One of the most important things I learned in the last 12 years in my riding journey is that I based every decision on what would make the best story. You'll understand.

Sad boy syndrome: How to break free from mental slavery
Today I want to talk a little bit about mental health because it’s become and epidemic in society. Some people spend their whole life trying to avoid pain and or escape the pain they’re experiencing. This often leads down distrusting paths. Drinking, drugs, sexual addiction. We’ve bought into an idea that we’re not supposed to experience any kind of pain. So we have a question lingering throughout our existence. “How do we escape” And guess what, someone has a product for your escape. Isn’t that interesting…The question isn’t how can escape the pain (you can’t) the question is. “What can I do with my life that will make the pain I go though worth it” What if your purpose was beyond worth your pain that you didn’t even blink when adversity came your way?Breaking generational bondages, painful. Becoming financially free, painful. Going through trails in a relationship and staying, can be painful. BUT all these things are worth it.

Finding Motivation | Will you die for it?
In this episode I talk about drive and why it's more important to find then motivation. Through my 10 years in stunt riding I went though many psychological and emotional roller-coasters that changed what was pushing me though all the ups and downs we see in this game. I take you though the negative and positive drivers that helped me reach the pinnacle in my industry and how you can attach them to your passion.

Mountain Top
After 10 years of stunt riding, achieving just about every goal I set when I was a young dumbass kid looking for a creative way to run from my mental battles I've learned a lot. I learned the finish line is not where you find what you're looking for, you find what you're looking for in the trenches. It's in the times that you have no idea what you're going to do and you're about to quit and for some reason you decide to keep pushing. It's when you run out of money and you have to find a way so you can get back to it. it's when you realize that what you're creating, you'd be willing to die for. That's what you're looking for, you're looking for something that you truly believe in, something that unlocks that obsession and grit within you. That's what the bike gave me. It gave me a great foundation for what was going to be the next thing for me. My family. Nothing could really prepare me for a the selfless identity shift that came onto me when my kids were born. I didn't know it would be so easy to give up something I once thought would be the beginning and end of my life.

How to Build a Audience and Impact people
I share my journey of building a personal brand and following on social media. This was a 10 year experiment that I'm just now starting to understand. I stared picking up major momentum by creating personalized experience for my audience, I take my audience though the process of how I became who I am today, HIGHLIGHTING the adversity and setbacks I overcame along the way. Sharing my come up and creating emotional/impactful content resinates the most.So many people over complicate content, YOU ARE THE CONTENT. Sharing your story is key to building a loyal following on social media. By being vulnerable and authentic, you can connect with your audience on a deeper level by showing them you were once in their shoes. This is the best way to create a personal brand that is relatable and attractive to people who follow you, brands that may want to work with you, and for your future endeavors.

Mission vs Purpose | How to find your purpose
Today I dove into my outlook on mission vs your purpose in life. I believe mission comes from the young egotistical motivation or self discovery and the need to prove you are someone in this world. This drive so powerful you push through all boundaries and obstacles. For the people that have reach their own self centered goals, many of us realize there is still something missing. I believe that something is to give back, in the form or teaching, helping, and sharing what worked for you. Enjoy!

How I finessed my dream job | Don't take no for an answer
One of the most powerful concepts I've used in my journey. I never have been the biggest, fastest, strongest smartest, but I ALWAYS showed up with the attitude that I'm not taking "no" for an answer. Because behind talent, behind advantages, behind resources, there's a guy that refuses to hear "no" and refuses to stop showing up when he hears it over and over. That guy 9\10 gets what he wants from his life, because you can't beat or get rid of someone that never quits. Don't take no for an answer.

Married To Trauma
A very powerful episode, I wanted to shine light on a very important topic about trauma and how it affects us long term. A lot of us commit to the ideas of our trauma and will even go as far as protecting and defending it with how to has changed us or made us development habits and personality traits even though we don't like what it has molded us into. We have to change our perspective to understand if we can find the answer of how we get though and become at peace with what life throws as us, we can share it to serve people and help them.

Stories told around the world
Everyone you admire possesses two things, they use their experiences to serve others and they have a savage story that is told around the world. I encourage you guys to live your life as if you're writing a book or scripting a movie. You must understand the adversity is always the exciting part of the movie, it's only when the main character makes it out the other side that he becomes the hero. Come out the other side, be your own hero, then help others become theirs.

Sacrifice vs Priority
All I ever hear from successful people is how much they sacrificed to get where they are. I get the concept but it can be confusing for others that haven't started the journey and understand what it truly takes to get where you want to be. That's why I came up with this idea of not sacrificing anything at all, but prioritizing your dreams and goals. Sacrifice means "to give up" in a world where you can have everything you ever dreamed of, why would you ever give up anything? Instead we give ourselves the power and choose whatever we want. When you truly do what something you don't have to give up anything. It becomes easy for you to choose your goals over anything else you once engaged in but was only a distraction to you. If you change your mindset to "I choose my goals over everything" you will no longer feel like you're missing out on anything. Wherever there is choice, there is power" - Nasty Nate

We talk about the similar things we've been though, and how we worked though them. The best thing I pulled from this conversation, YOU'VE ALWAYS HAD THE POWER.

The Story (Part 2)
I had to do a part 2 of "the story". Today I talk a little bit about how your mind will always MAKE YOU RIGHT. Whatever you think about will happen, is it magic? No. It comes with the behavior behind the thoughts. We have to be aware of our self talk for this exact reason. The best lesson I gave in my last episode was "your thoughts become your actions and you actions become your results". So that being said, our story is very important.
-
12
Change the story about yourself
The StoryWe all have it running in our head about ourselves and every situation we encounter. Even the smallest situation can interrupt great self talk and turn it into something negative. What I've realized about my life is that my thoughts always bread my actions, and my actions always lead to my results. Whatever I was telling myself is what my life turned into. We always want to be "right" so whatever you're telling yourself you generally make come true. With that being said, the mind is inherently negative. We are trained to survive, so were are always looking for "what's wrong" in order to do so. The best way to change your life is to change how you think about yourself. Start small, you can use something you've written out like me or you can just start practicing by interrupting every negative thought that creeps through and replacing it with a positive one. It's not a difficult task, but it is ongoing and can get away from you very quickly from habit or unconscious behavior.

Don't be a victim
This episode I opened up with a question I got over an instagram post "How not to be a victim of your situation of circumstance" I came up with a few tips.1. Change your perspective about what is happening to you. Everything else falls after this.2. Ask yourself what is this doing FOR me. How can your current situation be helping you or molding you into who you are supposed to be. Adversity is place in our live to help us grow to the next level. See it that way.3. Take it as a challenge. You have already overcome everything that has ever tried to stop you, haven't you? Take this next situation as a challenge see what you're really made of. All of these steps are based on changing your perspective. Those tips are just different ways to do so.

Exposing the raw parts of our relationship
Caliah and I have been wanting to do this for awile now. Talk about our struggles, how we worked though and help others in the process. We talk about how we met, what we were going though as individuals that gave us issues in our relationship. Caliah had issues with giving so much of herself only in hopes to get change from her partner. This ultimately let her to being more and more unfulfilled, until she realized she was unconsciously seeking transactional love and took the responsibility to make the change. I was dealing with issues of insecurity, thinking that every next woman I met was going to fix my problems. I was unhappy, I had issues I needed to deal with, I had to make me happy. We both made changes to make our relationship work. it hasn't been easy but it's worth it.

We talk about Covid 19, westernized medicine, anti depressants, depression/anxiety, self accountability and bits and pieces of our relationship. At the end of the episode she gives some tips on healing trauma, which most are what helped me start my journey.
