    After teaching an in person postpartum prep workshop many of the topics I talked about in this episode came up including being able to ask for the type of nurse you want, pain management, the Pitocin talk and so much more. Having years of experience in labor and delivery, I was able to talk on these topics that so many had no clue that they could ask for.
