The key to long term progress is balancing this equation over time...Stress + Rest = GrowthWe can spend too much time charging hard and end up F**ked and burnout. Or we can spend too much time doinf F all and end up stagnant.Reflecting and getting yourself in the positive is the goal, then you'll be happier, more fulfilled and avoid burning out.It's good to push, sometimes you need to go hard to find your edge/limit. Structuring Training Sessions
How to structure a training session?A question I get asked a lot. So here's me explaining where it came from, what it means to me.Especially for those of you who are wanting to be more athletic, balancing gym work with running as well as build a respectable physique. It's gonna take a better approach than training like a body builder.Push/pull/legs isn't the best option, body part splits aren't the best options. Managing your neural load is important within sessions to:1. Get the most out of each exercise.2. Reduce injury risk.3.
