    Winter Solstice Affirmation 2020

We are all magic and everything we do is a spell. Each thought, word and action is a spell we cast. Consider that as often as you can, and be aware of what magic you are creating. What signals are you sending out into the ether? This will be received, picked up, and acted upon by the universal forces. This Winter Solstice 2020, I am releasing this magical affirmation out into the world. I recommend downloading this, and storing it in iTunes, or somewhere where you can play it on loop without WiFi. Have the computer in the next room while you sleep, you don’t even need it in the same room for it to work. Or have it playing on loop at very low volume so you can barely hear it, while you are working or making food. Affirmations work on the subconscious mind, so it seems to almost work better if you can’t hear it.This is my gift to you this Winter Solstice. It’s very powerful! It shifted a lot for me. Let me know what happens to you when you start using it.The music is an excerpt from Chicago Waves, by Carlos Niño and Miguel Atwood Ferguson, released by International Anthem in June 2020, used with kind permission.

    Cacao Ceremony Testimonials

Cacao Ceremonies are a beautiful way to shift our energy into our heartspace. They are becoming increasingly popular, because as humans we need ritual to enable us to step back from our day to day responsibilities, and create space to unwind and reflect.  Using cacao as medicine is a fun and non-harmful way to do that. Kate Magic’s Cacao Ceremonies include gratitude, intention setting, visualisation, manifestation creation, gentle yoga and guided meditation. They can last from 2hrs to 7hrs, and are held online or in person. This recording is the closing 10 mins of a Cacao Ceremony Kate did for Emma and Steve of The Cardiff School of Naturopathy. You can hear in the participants voices how moved they were by the 2hr online ceremony, and hear from them how powerful they found it. To find out when the next Cacao Ceremony is, go to the events page at Raw Living. If you would love Kate to host a ceremony in your area or online for you, email [email protected].

    Magical Affirmation

Affirmations work by reprogramming the subconscious mind. It doesn’t matter whether you believe the affirmation consciously or not, when you hear it, your frequency shifts, your unconscious beliefs shift, and so your life starts to shift. You can sit quietly and listen to the affirmation as a meditation practiceYou can listen to it in bed before you go to sleep or as soon as you wake upYou can listen to it while you run or do yogaYou can have it playing in the background while you go about your day at homeYou can put it on repeat and have it playing overnightYou don’t even have to be able to hear it for it to work! This is the first affirmation I have ever recorded. I didn’t prepare or write anything down, I just spoke from my heart. It was healing for me to make it. My intention is that you too, experience healing by playing it.There is so much information going around now, our conscious minds are frazzled. So I chose to put something out that is working on the subconscious. And there are so many different versions of reality right now, I didn’t want to add or detract to any of that; I wanted to make something that could stand alone, and be relevant whichever narrative you are tuning into right now.Huge gratitude to Carlos Nino for permission to use his music. It’s called Reverbechosystem, and it was made with Iasos. It’s from the 2019 album, Bliss On Dear Oneness, on Leaving Records.
