Chapter 14 | END YOUR CHAOS CYCLE
In this past chapter’s episode, I share my journey through chaos. The toxic cycles in relationships, habits, and ultimately, my own battle with drug and relationship abuse. After my mom passed away, I became addicted to the rush of chaos. But I also found a way out. If you’re caught in a cycle, whether in love, habits, or self-sabotage, I hope my story reminds you that it’s possible to break free and find fulfillment and ease within your life. Chapter 13 | Express Your Desires
This week is a current chapters, I’m reflecting on the past couple of weeks especially after my birthday and how I realized just how important it is to express your desires. I talk about giving a voice to my inner child, unlearning old expectations, and discovering that it’s safe to ask for what I need. It’s okay to want to feel special and to ask for your desires, because your inner child is guiding you toward that feeling. In this current chapter’s episode, I talk about how Mother’s Day can be a really hard day, especially for someone like me who no longer has a mom physically here. For years, I avoided the day feeling jealousy, anger, asking ‘why me,’ and just overall grieving. But now, nine years later, I do enjoy the day. I celebrate these people those who are moms in my life, the family members, and friends who give me that motherly love.
