160 | Helping Your Kingdom Kids Find Their Rhythm with Dori Stahle

Hey there Grandma, Could something as simple as rhythm help you connect with and support your Kingdom kids differently? As we continue celebrating Grandparents Month, Namma sits down with Dori Stahle, a “rockin’ grandma” of three and the owner of Next Stage Drumming LLC, for a fascinating conversation about drumming, faith, connection, and supporting children and adults with neurodivergent needs. Dori shares how she uses rhythm and hand drumming with clients experiencing autism, ADHD, anxiety, stress, and challenges with focus and emotional regulation. She also introduces simple techniques involving rhythm, breathing, affirmations, prayer, and Scripture that families can explore together. And Grandma, you don't even need a drum to get started! Throughout the conversation, Dori shares practical ideas that can help you think differently about connecting with a child or grandchild who may process, communicate, focus, or respond differently. But this conversation isn't only about drumming. It's also about recognizing that every Kingdom kid is uniquely created by God. Sometimes nurturing them means being willing to learn new ways to reach them, encourage them, and meet them where they are. Dori also shares her own powerful journey. She didn't seriously begin drumming until age 47, and after a serious accident changed her life, she says prayer helped lead her back to something God had already placed in her hands: her drums. Her story leaves us with a powerful reminder: “You don't know what God can do until you say yes.”   Christian Grandma, Here's Your Challenge Think about your own Kingdom kids. Is there a child or grandchild who learns differently, communicates differently, struggles with focus or anxiety, or simply needs another way to connect? Instead of immediately asking, “What's wrong?”, consider asking: “What might help me connect with this child differently?” Listen to Dori's story. Try one of the simple rhythm activities she shares. Most importantly, pray and ask God for wisdom to help you nurture the unique child He has placed in your life. Then share this episode with another Christian grandma, parent, teacher, or caregiver who could benefit from this conversation. Because nurturing Kingdom kids into warriors for Christ doesn't mean expecting every child to be the same. It means learning how to reach the child God actually gave us.   Connect with Dori Stahle Website + Freebie: https://www.nextstagedrumming.com YouTube: https://www.YouTube.com/@NextStageDrumming Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/NextStageDrumming Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/@nextstagedori Email: [email protected] Dori’s Books Find Your Divine Rhythm | Amazon & Kindle http://amzn.to/1NYTMYP Rise Up & Rock | Amazon & Kindle https://amzn.to/36W7IV8   WNLOW with Namma & Jo, nurturing Kingdom kids into warriors for Christ through prayer, biblical teaching, and legacy building. 158 | Last Call: National Make-A-Will Month

Hey there Grandma, August is almost over—but your legacy doesn't have to wait until next August. In this special episode, Josiah delivers the Last Call for National Make-A-Will Month with an important reminder for Christian families: making a will isn't about expecting something bad to happen. It's about loving your family enough to prepare for what happens when you're no longer able to make the decisions yourself. Throughout August, we've talked about protecting grandchildren, preparing young adults, updating your will, and making sure your family isn't left searching for answers during a difficult time. Now Josiah brings it all together with one simple question: Have you done what you can to prepare the people you love? If you've been saying, "I'll get to it later," consider this your Last Call. Take the next step. Make the appointment. Update the documents. Talk to your family. Get your affairs in order. Because August may be ending, but the legacy you're building continues. In This Episode Why having a will is an act of love and responsibility. Why your will should be reviewed when your family or circumstances change. Why your family shouldn't have to guess what you wanted. The importance of preparing before an emergency happens. Josiah's perspective on why families should take action now. Your Final August Challenge Before National Make-A-Will Month ends, ask yourself: "If something happened to me tomorrow, would my family know what to do?" If the answer is no, don't wait. This is your Last Call. And remember, Christian grandmas, our responsibility isn't only to pray for the next generation. We are called to teach them, prepare them, and intentionally build a legacy that points them to Christ. August may be the month to make a will. But legacy is something we build all year long. 157 | Is It Time to Update Your Will?

Hey there Grandma, When was the last time you looked at your will? I'm not asking whether you have one. I'm asking whether the will you have still reflects your family today. Life changes. Families change. Beneficiaries pass away. New children and grandchildren are born. Marriages happen. Relationships change. Assets change. And sometimes, the people we originally trusted to carry out our wishes are no longer the right people for the job. As we continue National Make-A-Will Month, this episode is your reminder that creating a will isn't necessarily a one-and-done event. Sometimes the legacy plan you created years ago needs to be updated to reflect the family you're living with today. In this episode, Namma shares relatable stories and practical reasons to review your will, especially if a beneficiary has passed away or your family has grown. You'll also hear why planning ahead isn't about expecting the worst - it's about loving your family enough to make your wishes clear. 156 | The Call That Started It All: Six Years of Josiah's Journey

Hey there Grandma, Six years ago, on Wednesday, August 12, 2020, Namma received a phone call that would change the course of her family's story forever. On the other end of that call was a revelation about a little boy who would be called to become a warrior for God. That little boy was Josiah. Today, Josiah is 10 years old, and what began with one unforgettable phone call has grown into a journey of faith, purpose, biblical teaching, and legacy—and eventually became WNLOW with Namma & Jo, a podcast now nearly three years strong. In this special sixth-year anniversary episode, Namma and Josiah celebrate the faithfulness of God and look back at the journey that began when Josiah was just four years old. But this isn't simply a celebration of six years. It's a celebration of what happens when God gives a calling, a family says yes, and a child begins to walk in what God has placed inside of him. You'll hear about the moment that started it all, how Josiah's journey has unfolded, and how God has continued to reveal His purpose along the way. And perhaps most importantly, this episode is a reminder to every Christian grandma: Never underestimate what God can do through a child you've been praying for. Your prayers matter. Your words matter. Your obedience matters. The seeds you're planting today may become the very foundation of a warrior's tomorrow. In This Special Anniversary Episode The story behind the August 12, 2020 phone call. How Josiah's calling as a warrior for God began. What six years of watching God unfold that calling has taught Namma. How Josiah's journey eventually became part of the WNLOW story. Why Christian grandmas should never stop praying, teaching, and believing in what God is doing in their grandchildren. A celebration of God's faithfulness from age four to age ten. As we celebrate this milestone, we aren't just looking back. We're looking forward. Because the God who called Josiah six years ago is still writing his story. And the story isn't over. Christian grandmas, keep praying. Keep teaching. Keep nurturing those Kingdom kids. You may be witnessing the beginning of something God intends to use for generations. Happy six-year calling anniversary, Josiah! The warrior is still becoming. The calling is still unfolding. And God is still faithful.   With love and child-like faith, Namma & Jo   RELATED LINK: Josiah’s Calling - August 12, 2020:  https://youtu.be/UDscGIz9Rhg?si=hkIvUvShiZ5Du6bK   CONTACT US: Email - [email protected] Stay Connected: ✅ Subscribe to our YouTube Channel → @WnlowWithNammaNJo ✅ Like, Share & Comment to support the journey! ✅ Follow us on Social Media: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/wnlowwithnammanjo Facebook: https://bit.ly/wnlowcommunity

155 | Who Will Raise Your Grandchildren If You Can't?

Hey there Grandma, If God called you home today, who would care for the grandchildren you've been entrusted to love? It's not an easy question—but it's one every Christian grandma should prayerfully consider. As we begin National Make-A-Will Month, Namma explores why biblical legacy isn't just about what we leave behind—it's about protecting the people God has placed in our care. Rooted in Proverbs 13:22, this episode reminds us that a godly inheritance is more than financial; it's a legacy of faith, wisdom, stewardship, and intentional preparation. Whether you're raising your grandchildren full-time, helping support them, or simply want to ensure your family's future is secure, this conversation will encourage you to take one practical step toward protecting the next generation. In this episode, you'll discover: Why a will protects people—not just possessions. How biblical faith and wise planning work together. Why guardianship decisions should never be left to chance. The importance of preparing today to protect tomorrow. How Christian grandmas can leave a legacy that points future generations to Christ. Scripture Focus Proverbs 13:22 "A good person leaves an inheritance to their children's children..." This Week's Legacy Challenge Prayerfully consider who would care for your grandchildren if you no longer could. If you don't have a current will or guardianship plan, take one intentional step this week toward putting your wishes in writing. Because trusting God and planning wisely are not opposites—they are both acts of faithful stewardship. As my mother often reminded us, "Don't forget to remember." Don't just remember the legacy you want to leave—prepare it with love, wisdom, and faith. Christian grandmas don't just leave an inheritance. They leave a legacy that nurtures Kingdom kids into warriors for Christ.   With love and child-like faith, Namma & Jo   REFERENCED LINK: Get your WILL done today! 151 | Your Purpose Didn't End - It's Growing Through Every Season

Hey there Grandma, What if the trees, the birds, and even the changing seasons were preaching a message about your purpose? In this special Legacy Month episode of WNLOW with Namma & Jo, Josiah takes the lead as he shares a powerful revelation God placed on his heart about purpose, legacy, and the beauty of God's creation. Reading from Ecclesiastes 3:1–8, Josiah reminds us that every season of life has a God-ordained purpose. Just as a tree appears lifeless during the winter but faithfully blooms again in its appointed season, our purpose doesn't disappear during difficult or quiet seasons. God is still at work, preparing us for what comes next. Through simple yet profound observations of birds, bees, trees, and the rhythm of creation, Josiah encourages listeners to trust God's timing and embrace the season they are in. Whether you're planting seeds, waiting patiently, or stepping into something new, God has not forgotten His purpose for your life. As we continue Legacy Month, this episode reminds every grandma that the greatest legacy isn't simply what you leave behind - it's how faithfully you live out God's purpose today so future generations can see His faithfulness through you. Scripture - Ecclesiastes 3:1–8 Legacy Challenge: Take a walk outside this week. Observe God's creation, thank Him for the season you're in, and ask Him how He wants to use your life to leave a legacy that points others to Christ. 150 | How You Can Build Legacy Moments That Last | The Legacy Continues

Hey there Grandma, What do a new month, a new quarter, a new season, a new theme song, a new intro, a new outro, a birthday, and 150 podcast episodes all have in common? They remind us that while God is always doing something new, one of the ways He prepares us for the future is by reminding us of His faithfulness in the past. In this special 150th episode of WNLOW with Namma & Jo, Namma reflects on the memorial moments that have shaped her faith, her family, and this ministry. From her mother's unforgettable words, "Don't forget to remember," to God's command in Joshua 4 to build memorial stones for future generations, this episode is a heartfelt invitation to pause, remember, and intentionally build a Kingdom legacy that will outlive you. Namma also shares how this year's family reunion theme, "The Legacy Continues," has taken on a deeper meaning as she prepares to gather with family, celebrate God's faithfulness across generations, and honor those whose legacy still speaks today. You'll also hear why Episode 141, "How YOU Can Build Legacy Moments That Last," has become one of the foundational conversations of WNLOW and why it will be featured in the upcoming WNLOW Legacy Collection, a curated resource designed to help grandmas preserve their stories of faith and pass them on to the next generation. Whether it's recording an answered prayer, remembering a baptism date, sharing a family testimony, or simply telling your grandchildren what God has done, every intentional act of faith becomes another memorial stone pointing your family to Christ. 149 | ClearVision: Receiving God's Promises by Faith

Hey there Grandma, Have you ever felt God show you something so clearly that you could see it before it ever happened? In this inspiring episode of WNLOW with Namma & Jo, Namma shares a personal testimony about what she calls "clearvision" - those moments when God reveals something to your spirit so vividly that you receive it by faith long before you see it with your natural eyes. Over the past few weeks, Namma has experienced confirmation after confirmation of a vision God placed in her heart. What once existed only as faith has begun unfolding in real time, reminding her of the powerful promise found in Habakkuk 2:2-3: "Write the vision and make it plain... for at the appointed time, it will speak and not lie. Though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come." In this episode, Namma reflects on the importance of writing down what God shows you, holding onto His promises when the timing isn't clear, and trusting Him enough to walk forward before all the details are visible. She also shares how this principle has impacted her journey as an entrepreneur, ministry leader, and independent associate with LegalShield. If you've been waiting on God to fulfill a promise, wondering whether what He showed you was real, or struggling to stay faithful in the waiting season, this episode will encourage you to keep believing, keep writing, and keep walking by faith. 148 | The Book of Josiah: A discussion About Pride Month

Hey there Grandma, In this heartfelt episode of WNLOW with Namma & Jo, Josiah leads the conversation, sharing what has been weighing heavily on his heart during Pride Month. Using Scripture as his foundation, Josiah explores what the Bible teaches about God's design for humanity and why Christians are called to find their identity first and foremost in Christ. Drawing from Leviticus 18:22 and other biblical passages, he discusses the importance of measuring cultural messages against God's Word and seeking truth with both conviction and compassion. This is not a conversation about judging people or questioning anyone's worth. Rather, it is a discussion about what Scripture teaches and how Christians can respond with love, prayer, and grace while remaining faithful to biblical convictions. Throughout the episode, Josiah encourages listeners to remember that every person is created in the image of God and deeply loved by Him. He challenges Kingdom kids and families to seek God's wisdom, study Scripture for themselves, and approach difficult conversations with humility and truth. The episode concludes with a heartfelt prayer for those who are searching for answers, struggling with identity, or seeking a closer relationship with God.   With love and child-like faith, Namma & Jo     CONTACT US: Email - [email protected] Stay Connected: ✅ Subscribe to our YouTube Channel → @WnlowWithNammaNJo ✅ Like, Share & Comment to support the journey! ✅ Follow us on Social Media: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/wnlowwithnammanjo Facebook: https://bit.ly/wnlowcommunity

147 | The Book of Josiah: Who Guides Your Life - God or the Zodiac?

Hey there Grandma, In this thought-provoking episode of WNLOW with Namma & Jo, Josiah takes the lead as he explores a topic many young people encounter through social media, friendships, and popular culture: zodiac signs and astrology. Are zodiac signs just harmless fun, or do they influence the way people seek identity, direction, and truth? Josiah shares his perspective and research as he examines whether looking to the stars for guidance aligns with a biblical worldview that calls believers to trust in the one true God. Together, Namma and Josiah discuss how culture often encourages people to define themselves by astrological signs rather than by their identity in Christ. They explore why Scripture repeatedly points God's people away from seeking spiritual guidance through created things and back to the Creator Himself. This episode isn't about fear or condemnation—it's about discernment. It's an opportunity for families to have honest conversations, ask questions, and help Kingdom kids understand the importance of seeking God's wisdom above every competing voice. Whether you're a grandma raising Kingdom kids, a parent navigating cultural trends, or a young person trying to understand what you believe, this conversation will encourage YOU to examine who—or what—is shaping your identity and guiding your decisions.

146 | Grandmas Advocating for Justice: Honoring the Legacy of Harland C. Stonecipher

Hey there Grandma, What does it mean to advocate for justice in a world where so many people feel unheard, unprotected, or unable to speak for themselves? In this special episode of WNLOW with Namma & Jo, Namma honors the life and legacy of Harland C. Stonecipher, founder of LegalShield, whose faith in God became the catalyst for a mission that transformed millions of lives. Building on the themes first introduced in Episode 96, Grandmas Advocating for Justice, Namma revisits the powerful Scripture that guided Harland's life's work: Proverbs 31:8-9 "Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves... defend the rights of the poor and needy." After experiencing firsthand how difficult it was for ordinary people to access legal help, Harland felt called to do something about it. What began as one man's response to injustice grew into a movement dedicated to providing families with access to legal protection, opportunity, and peace of mind. But this episode is about more than a business. It is about purpose. It is about faith in action. It is about answering God's call to stand in the gap for others. As Namma reflects on Harland's journey - from humble beginnings to a legacy that continues to impact generations - she challenges grandmas everywhere to consider their own role as advocates, protectors, prayer warriors, and voices of wisdom within their families and communities. Because justice begins when someone is willing to speak up. And legacy begins when someone is willing to serve.   With love and child-like faith, Namma & Jo   REFERENCED SOURCE:   Stonecipher's Video   PREVIOUS EPISODE - Click below Episode 96   CONTACT US: Email - [email protected] Stay Connected: ✅ Subscribe to our YouTube Channel → @WnlowWithNammaNJo ✅ Like, Share & Comment to support the journey! ✅ Follow us on Social Media: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/wnlowwithnammanjo Facebook: https://bit.ly/wnlowcommunity

145 | Why Are Young People Drawn to Crystals and the New Age Movement?

Hey there Grandma, In this thought-provoking episode of WNLOW with Namma & Jo, Namma and Jo explore why so many young people today are becoming interested in crystals, energy healing, and the New Age movement. Through a Q&A-style conversation, Josiah shares insights from his own research while Namma helps unpack the deeper spiritual questions behind these growing trends. Together, they discuss the search for identity, peace, purpose, healing, and belonging, and why so many people are looking for spiritual answers outside of God. 142 | How You Can Teach Your Kingdom Kids to Forgive - Just Like God Forgives

Hey there Grandma, In this heartfelt and practical episode of WNLOW with Namma & Jo, Namma and Jo dive into one of the most powerful lessons we can pass down to the next generation: forgiveness. Using Psalm 103:12 and 1 John 1:9 as their foundation, they explore how God forgives us completely—removing our sins “as far as the east is from the west”—and what it looks like to model that same grace in our homes. This isn’t just about saying “I forgive you,” but about releasing hurt, extending mercy, and choosing obedience even when it’s hard. Together, they discuss how YOU can teach your Kingdom kids to forgive in real, everyday situations—through your words, your actions, and your example. Because when children see forgiveness lived out, they learn that freedom, healing, and restoration are always possible. If you’ve ever struggled with letting go—or helping a child do the same—this episode will remind YOU that forgiveness isn’t optional… it’s foundational.

141 | How You Can Build Legacy Moments That Last

Grandma, if you don’t mark the moment, who will remember what God did in your family? In this meaningful episode of WNLOW with Namma & Jo, Namma shares why certain moments in life are too important to forget - and how YOU can intentionally turn them into a lasting legacy for your family. Centered around a deeply personal milestone:  April 23rd, the day her children were baptized, Namma reflects on the power of remembering what God has done. From marking the moment to writing it down and sharing it with the next generation, she walks you through simple, practical ways to ensure your family never loses sight of God’s faithfulness. Drawing from Joshua 4, where God instructed His people to build a memorial so their children would ask, “What does this mean?," this episode challenges YOU to do the same in your own life. Whether it’s your salvation, baptism, answered prayers, or breakthroughs, these are not just memories.  They are spiritual markers meant to be remembered, revisited, and passed down. If you’ve never written down your God moments or made them part of your family’s story, this episode will inspire YOU to start today. 134 | The WNLOW Prayer Network

Hey there Grandma, Prayer is one of the most powerful tools believers have, yet many people underestimate the weight and influence of their words. This week on WNLOW with Namma & Jo, we’re talking about the power of prayer and why the words we speak in faith matter for our families, our communities, and even the nations. Scripture reminds us that life and death are in the power of the tongue, and that the prayers of the righteous are powerful and effective. When believers come together in agreement, prayer becomes even more impactful - bringing unity, encouragement, and spiritual strength. In this episode, we discuss: Why our words carry spiritual power The importance of prayer in the home The benefits of corporate prayer Why prayer requires us to pray, listen, and obey How families across the world can be connected through prayer We also introduce a new initiative for our community:  The WNLOW Prayer Network. Beginning Saturday, March 21 at 6 PM CST, families and listeners from around the world will be able to gather for a live interactive prayer experience. Participants will be able to follow the prayer in real time, see translation on their screen, read live transcription, and submit prayer requests through the same interactive platform. Because prayer was never meant to stay in one place. It’s meant to move - across homes, across communities, and across nations. 132 | A Biblical Love Series | Love in Action

Hey there Grandma, Love is not just something you feel; it’s something you do.  In this episode, Namma interviews Jo in a focused conversation on why biblical love is a verb - an action word - not just a sentiment.  Together, they explore how real love shows up through choices, correction, obedience, and everyday behavior. Anchored in 1 John 3:18, this episode emphasizes that love must be demonstrated in actions and truth, not words alone.  The discussion also includes Hebrews 12:6-9, highlighting a side of love people often avoid - loving discipline.  Listeners will hear how correction and guidance are not signs of rejection but evidence of genuine care. 131 | Loving God in the Lonely Times

Hey there Grandma, Not all love seasons feel warm. This episode focuses on how to love God deeply during lonely, quiet, or emotionally dry seasons. We discuss devotion when feelings are low, how worship becomes warfare, and why loneliness can become a doorway to deeper intimacy with God instead of isolation from Him. Welcome to Week 2 of The LOVE Month, entitled "Loving God in the Lonely Times." This episode moves away from a traditional romance-centered Valentine's season to focus on God-centered devotion, particularly during quiet or emotionally dry seasons. We will explore how loneliness can become a doorway to deeper intimacy with God and why worship becomes warfare when feelings are low.  Grounded in scriptures like Psalm 34:18, which promises God is near to the brokenhearted, and Hebrews 13:5, which reminds us He will never leave, we discuss how loving God is expressed through obedience rather than just emotional fullness.     With love and child-like faith, Namma & Jo   REGISTER FOR THE NEXT LEGACY LAUNCH LAB: www.startyourbusinessinaday.com   CONTACT US: Email - [email protected]   Stay Connected: ✅ Subscribe to our YouTube Channel → @WnlowWithNammaNJo ✅ Like, Share & Comment to support the journey! ✅ Follow us on Social Media: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/wnlowwithnammanjo Facebook: https://bit.ly/wnlowcommunity

128 | Do You Really Have Faith?

Hey there Grandma, “Do You Really Have Faith?” is a heart-check conversation that goes beyond talking faith and gets honest about living it. We unpack what real, biblical faith looks like in everyday choices - especially when feelings, fear, or circumstances try to run the show. We also pause to remember this: in many countries, people are persecuted for reading and studying the Bible. That reality puts things in perspective; being able to open God’s Word freely is not casual; it’s an honor and a privilege. And above all, we proclaim the truth: Jesus is Lord, and confessing your faith in Him is the only way to see God. 127 | Your Prosperity Is in Your Mouth: Speak the Word

Hey there Grandma, This week’s word is PROSPER, and here’s the truth: you can prosper by speaking the Word of God over every situation. But you can’t speak what you don’t know, and you won’t know it unless you meditate on God’s Word day and night. In this episode of WNLOW with Namma & Jo, you’ll hear how God’s Word: Protects you (Isaiah 54:17) Produces results (Isaiah 55:11) Positions you for prosperity and good success when you obey and meditate (Joshua 1:7–8) Blesses every area of your life — spirit, soul, and body (3 John 1:2) Grandma, your mouth should not be agreeing with fear, confusion, or defeat.
