La agenda de trabajo de Consejo Económico y Social de Salta –CES- contempla para este año desde la reformulación de las metas del desarrollo ganadero previstas originalmente para el 2020 hasta el avance en temas legislativos vinculados a los consumos problemáticos como adicciones, así lo expresó por Radio Nacional Salta su titular, Julio Cesar Loutaif. En diálogo con el programa Salta Produce que se emite los sábados de 9 a 12 horas, Loutaif enumeró cada uno de los puntos de la agenda 2017 del Consejo y reconoció que hay algunas metas que hay de actualizar, ya que el plan se cerró en 2010 y desde ese entonces hay variantes en los indicadores. Con relación a la ganadería, comentó que el objetivo de alcanzar las 3 millones de cabezas de ganado hacia el 2020 será imposible de lograr y necesitan una readecuación, haciendo la salvedad que los objetivos finales del Plan siguen vigentes.
