Chronic fatigue and inflammation are common symptoms of many diseases. It doesn’t matter what age you are at, if you get sick, you feel very tired.  Of course, as we age we get a bit slower too.  So what exactly is happening to the production of energy by our cells in a diseased state?  What can we do to support energy production to help our immune system cope with its ‘house maintenance’ in recovery and maintenance of wellness?      My special guest today is Daniel Tausan, who is a scientist with a degree from the University of British Columbia in Stem Cell Biology and Bachelor of Science in General Biology.
