Do your bench dips look like this?! Here’s how to get more out of it. Bench dips are a great exercise for targeting our triceps, the problem is when you just rock forward we don’t activate the tricep at all. Make sure your back is close to the bench and you are dropping straight down. Ideally hit 90 degrees and then come back up.
