Saying no to "People Pleasing".  Opiate free for almost 20 years and booze free for almost 15 years, but prone to transfer addictions, Shane started taking kratom mostly to address mental health issues. But with his first couple kratom uses, he had that "oh I like this" similar to using opiates. After figuring out he had a mental health misdiagnosis, during his second and hopefully his last kratom quit, Shane is using supplements, SMART Recovery and kratom meetings to avoid his inner voice justifying him returning to kratom.   RESOURCE OF WEEK Jacob gives a positive review of his personal experience (sample of 1) using a nutritional supplement formulated to support those with history of opioid addiction. Maybe possible to get individual ingredients cheaper buying them separately. Are you a self-proclaimed perfectionist constantly worried about what others think of you? Do you feel childhood and family patterns repeating themselves in your marriage or relationships? Did the pink cloud fade a long time ago only to be replaced with the restlessness, irritability, and discontent of those familiar drunken days? Maybe you’re a high achiever and on the outside, you have everything you need and even some of the things you want - but you’re still feeling dissatisfied. People see success when they look at you but all you see when you look in the mirror is a person you don’t even recognize - just like those 3am accidental glimpses in the mirror when you were crying in the bathroom.
