We are in the LAB! This conversation is amazing... it goes deep but I believe it is powerful. Kimberly openly shares about her childhood trauma that lead to her CPTSD diagnosis and the steps she has taken, and continues to take, to dismantle this generational trauma. Her message is powerful... we can each take our power back and live an amazing life - despite what has happened in our past. About Kimberly:
Kimberly Hull is the owner of Ignite Studio- a dance and fitness studio located in Southern California dedicated to empowering women through dance, movement,  and community.  Originally born and raised in Dallas TX, she moved to Los Angeles in 1999 to further her career as a Ballroom dance teacher and competitor. Working for Arthur Murray Dance Studios until changing paths to be a full time mom in 2008.
Kimberly is a mother of two kids (ages 12 & 15)  who have been her motivation in the pursuit of learning about the process of healing from trauma and abuse.  In 2019 she was diagnosed with Complex Post Traumatic Syndrome- often referred to as CPTSD.  After a lifetime of struggling to live with the effects of untreated abuse and trauma resulting in substance abuse, depression, self harm and suicide attempts she was introduced to therapy, support and other tools that have taken her from surviving to thriving.
She is working to share her story with others to spread awareness of CPTSD and assist those we may feel alone in their own journey of healing.
She currently lives in Santa Clarita CA with her husband of 16 years, two children and 3 cats.
Kimberly works as a Health and Wellness Coach and continues to teach dance.
