On this episode of Beyond The Limit I’m talking with Chris Freeze. During Chris’s 20 plus years of service as a highly respected Special Agent with the FBI. He was tracking down foreign terrorist, investigating violent extremists, recruiting international spies, and even arresting corrupt politicians. As a result, he rose to the highest ranks of the FBI and served as a Special Agent in Charge for the State of Mississippi. And if you've ever wondered why team performance has declined, turnover has increased, and sick days are up in the corporate world. The sciences of trust and hope are the keys to building relationships, increasing team performance, and reducing burnout. Chris's work today is to help you learn how to become a hope centered and trusted leader, which are the most important steps to improving well being of your teams, your employees, and your clients. 45. Accessing Peak Performance with Diane Allen

On this episode of Beyond The Limit I’m talking with Diane Allen. As a young violinist Diane dedicated her heart and soul to becoming a professional musician. Feeling bulletproof with her New York City violin training, she would show up to auditions with visions of winning the job of her dreams. But she found her nerves would get the better part of her. She wishes she could tell you this was a one time event but it wasn't. She could go to practice, she could go to rehearsal, she could even perform in a concert and automatically lose herself in the music. Getting into a peak state was as easy as turning on a light switch. But as soon as she stepped into an audition, that experience escaped her. Unable to get the work she was qualified for she was at a high risk of living an unfulfilled life with her music trapped inside of her. Now after 10 years of determined experimentation, she discovered that by deeply focusing on her musical interpretation, she could get into the music. Her nerves would drop, and she would experience personal best. It turns out her deep focus gave her access to flow state, an optimal state of mind when we feel our best and perform our best. This led her to become a highly sought after violin teacher and the concert master of the Central Oregon symphony. This life was rewarding for her. And not only was she able to put all of her training and skills and passions to use, but her performance went beyond what she thought she was capable of. Diane made getting into flow state a repeatable process where today she helps organizations in every kind of industry. And she's teaching people how to access flow state on demand. Through a three-step Flow Strategy™ system. Participants are learning to access peak performance that already exist within them, so they can engage deeply, be highly productive, and tap into their greatest fulfillment.
