Have you ever had something you wanted to say to a friend, family member or partner but didn't quite know how to say it without hurting the others feelings or making them feel bad? Effective communication is essential to living a happy life in my opinion. If we cannot effectively communicate to each other what we want, we will go around life being frustrated and angry. Zaria is a young lady who has lived all over the country and is currently residing in Steamboat Springs. She got into the sport of golf back in high school and did so well at the sport she was offered and accepted a scholarship to Geneva College for golf. On today's episode I had a zoom call with a good friend of mine, Trent Coots. Trent is another artist of sorts with some of his work being sold in studios in Chattanooga Tennessee. In this episode I have a chat with my very own sister, Logan McCann. Mike McCaulley has been a friend of mine for a few years after meeting each other through working in a ski rental shop. It turned out that we grew up relatively close to each other in Pennsylvania after Mike moved there from Florida. In this conversation I find out a lot about Michael that I had no clue about before this meet up. From growing up with a drug addicted mother in Florida to moving up north with his dad and older sister to escape a life they didn't want. What does breath work do? It expands your lungs and gives fresh air to your brain, giving it a positive effect. Do that over and over again and maybe you get a little dizzy, but at least you aren't dwelling on whatever negative thoughts you were before the breathing! I try to practice breath work daily to expand and heal my lungs from all the bullshit I put in them. It also is part of my meditation when I want to clear my head. Sometimes, when I'm really frustrated, on the exhale I'll let out a long FUUUUUUUUUUUUCCCCCCKKKKKKK. It helps me and I think it could work for you too! Always remember.....JUST BREATH!
