    A protein-rich breakfast? What is the hype? [Snack size episode]

    A protein-rich breakfast? Yes/no? As we know, it’s the macro that's hyped up enough in the health industry. It’s probably got a big head and it’s placed first on the pedestal many of times. But why? This episode has been drawn from a common question I get from my clients and friends. All of which are active individuals who have a good baseline understanding of nutrition. Which emphasises to me that even as active individuals we can hear the importance, but with true understanding the application of the knowledge will not pull through with the action required to reap its benefits.
