Full-time work, parenting two kids, and studying for my doctorate… all during a global pandemic. On the outside I kept going, but inside I was completely overwhelmed.The turning point came when I finally hit pause. That moment of reflection led me to dig into the research I knew and loved, and to start applying it in my own life. Those evidence-based strategies helped me manage my energy, graduate early from my Doctor of Education program, and most importantly, be more present for my daughters.Out of that season, The Habit Nerd was born.
