self-awareness or self-entrapment?
Self-awareness is amazing, yes But it is also a layered topic It can be used to transform your life and your patterns Or maybe you decide all you need is the awareness or acceptance BUT We should not romanticize people that are aware of their toxic patterns, but not taking action This episode is nuanced and created for those that want to be more aware or maybe already are, but are unsure of what to do with that awareness Because awareness is not always the key We can be aware that we self sabotage but still be unsure of how to set ourselves free! 2025: The Most Transformative Year of My Life
2025 was the most healing and transformative year of my life. I felt like I was thrown lesson, after lesson and oppurtunity after oppurtunity to act differently. In this episode, I reflect on the inner work that changed me. I talk about facing my shadow instead of avoiding it, confronting addictions with honesty, and grieving old versions of myself that no longer fit. I share what it looked like to ask for more, to let go of people-pleasing, and to become more outspoken, clear, and truthful in my relationships and in my life. It's a real conversation about healing, accountability, and choosing growth even when it's uncomfortable. A reminder that transformation doesn't happen when we stay quiet, small, or comfortable, but when we tell the truth and allow ourselves to change. If you're in a season of release, reckoning, or becoming, this episode is for you. I've had years with big external and identity changes, but this one asked the most of me. XOXO Infinity, Kendall Joy

STRIVE FOR IMPERFECTION: The Key to Reaching Your Goals
Sometimes, its the tiniest mindset shifts that end up changing your life. We are always going to have times where we fall short on the goals we set or the consistency we have. That is im evitable. But if you're like me, sometimes that causes me to abandon goals or routines all together. This short episode is a sweet reminder to be easy on yourself and expect imperfection. Perfect isn't real and a world where we never make mistakes isn't real. Allow yourself to be human!!

Choose Integrity & Honesty Over Approval: For My Recovering People Pleasers
People pleasing isn't always obvious. Sometimes it looks like agreeing just to feel safe. Sometimes it looks like borrowing other peoples opinions because it feels easier than asking yourself what you actually believe. In this episode, I talk about what happens when we stop forming our own opinions, take sides we don't believe in, or abandon our values to avoid discomfort, conflict, or rejection. I explore how integrity can quietly slip away when belonging becomes more important than self-trust and how exhausting it is to live from borrowed beliefs. This conversation is about learning to put your values first, responding from truth instead of fear, and choosing integrity even when it means not being liked, not being understood, or not fitting neatly into a community's dynamics or drama. If you've ever felt torn between staying safe and staying true, this episode is an invitation back to yourself. Stop performing for approval and start responding from alignment.

Choosing Peace Instead of Being a Menace
I have been in a season where my rage baiting shadow self has wanted to be behind the wheel. But in this episode, I talk about taming shadows not shaming them... and choosing peace instead of chaos. We can still be rageful and mad... but noticing how we can actually take control without losing ourself is key. In this episode, I share my own stories & outcomes of when my behavior was more destructive than it was constructive. Regulation over reaction. Peace over proving. And The art of being misunderstood through it all. XOXO infinity, Kendall Joy

Ask For More. Own Your Worth. Reframe Rejection.
This epsiode dives into the theme of self-worth and the importance of owning one's value without relying on external validation. I share my personal journey of recognizing my worth, the challenges of asking for more in various aspects of life, and the significance of self-acceptance. The discussion emphasizes the need to break free from the cycle of seeking validation from others to own our worth. Speak up for yourself lovey!!! People will only respect you as much as you respect yourself. Do not undervalue yourself. XOXO ∞ Kendall Joy

Confidence Is Just the Self-Doubt That Got a Pep Talk
Tell yourself you are worthy and beautiful, and actually believe it. Confidence is way easier to embody than we think, it just takes time and presence with ourselves. In this episode, we stop self abandoning and give ourselves the energy, power, and reassurance that is actually needed for steady confidence. Not something that is fleeting depending on others treatment or perception of us.

Yeah... I Still Get Jealous Too. Lets Transform Together
Alright guys... todays episode is messy, honest, and insightful. I share my own experiences with jealousy and the realizations within it that make it less scary to feel. Jealousy can actually be a tool we use as a mirror, showing us what we actually need or desire underneath it. Toward the end I share a few steps that help me move through jealousy instead of letting it take over. If you want to skip straight to the steps, jump to 10:00.

Repeating Cycles (and Why It's Necessary)
In this episode, we're talking about cycles and why it's completely okay to repeat them sometimes. It doesn't mean you've failed; it means there's something deeper waiting to be understood. Relapse and repetition are part of growth, not the end of it. This episode is your reminder to meet yourself with compassion, keep showing up, and remember- you're not alone in this work. Beating yourself up for being human is unnecessary. Lets love ourselves instead. :)

BFF or BS? Real friends? Or Are You People Pleasing? Navigating Friendships with Integrity
In this episode, we're talking friendship filters. How to tell if your connections are rooted in authenticity or obligation. Are you spending time with people who genuinely nourish you, or are you saying yes out of guilt, habit, or fear of rejection? This episode dives into what it means to live and love from integrity- being honest about how certain relationships make you feel, communicating your truth, and setting boundaries that protect your energy and your time. You'll explore the difference between friendships that fill your cup and those that quietly drain you, how to recognize when you're people-pleasing instead of connecting, and how to release relationships with grace, without resentment or guilt.

JOY: Just Own Yourself. Owning Your Becoming in the In-Between
In this episode, I talk about what it means to create from a place of joy instead of suffering- to stop trying to control the outcome or perfect the process and just own who you are right now. I'm in a season of transition, where old doors are closing and new versions of myself are still finding their shape. Rather than rushing to have it all figured out, I'm learning to meet myself in the messy middle... to create, express, and share from honesty instead of from a need to fix or prove anything. This one's not about advice; it's about realness, presence, and allowing yourself to just own yourself

GTFO: Guilt, Tending, Fixing, Over-giving
In this episode of Joy with Kendall, I'm unpacking the burnout that comes from trying to be everything for everyone... and the uncomfortable truth I had to face: it wasn't what I was doing that drained me… it was how I was showing up. I talk about the savior complex, the pressure to fix and over-function, and the belief that love has to be earned through constant tending, giving, and guilt. Spoiler: it doesn't. I explore how I've linked being "needed" with being "worthy," and how that led to energetic imbalance, resentment, and emotional exhaustion. This episode is a call to reclaim your energy, recognize your limits, and remember that care doesn't have to cost your well-being. You're allowed to stop performing your worth. You're allowed to rest.

FU: Feelings Unfiltered. Feel Instead of Bypass.

I get real about the bullshit of bypassing feelings and the societal crap that tells us to hide our true selves. Get ready for some uncomfortable truths and a journey towards real, raw healing. If you're tired of the fake positivity and ready to get real, this one's for you.

Dancing with Your Demons: From Haunting to Harmony
Lets turn our inner demons into our dance partners. But how? In epsiode 3 of season 4: Running home to yourself, facing your demons plays a huge role in fully coming home to the self. We all have demons—parts of ourselves we hide, suppress, or fear. But what if those shadows weren't meant to be fought, but embraced? In this episode, I share one of my own demons and dive into the raw, unfiltered conversations most people avoid. We talk about the uncomfortable, the messy, and the parts of ourselves we'd rather not face—because true freedom comes from dancing with our darkness, not running from it.

Rage Isn't the Enemy: It's the Key
We've been taught to fear anger—to suppress it, ignore it, or label it as "bad." But what if rage isn't something to get rid of? What if it's a doorway to power, clarity, and creativity? In this episode, I explore the true purpose of anger and why it's not a destructive force but an essential part of healing and self-expression. I read an excerpt from Letting Go by David Hawkins, share tools for fully feeling and processing anger, and break down how to channel it into creativity instead of suppression. Your rage has something to teach you. Are you ready to listen?

This is your reminder that you are the home you've been looking for. Tune in and take the first step toward truly belonging to yourself.

The Root and Understanding of Hypercriticalness
I think as a society, it is hard to not be criritcal. Especially when a lot of us may have grown up with people that were very critical of us. This episode brings light to acceptance, self awareness, and holidng ourselves accountable. Prompts for criticalness: In what ways do you judge yourself? Are there parts of yourself that you ignore or run away from? When was the last time you felt you were hyper critical of someone? Do you see this trait in yourself? What parts of yourself do find unfavorable? Do you find it easier to focus on others rather than yourself? If so, why? Where would you like to implement more acceptance? Are there traits that trigger you or annoy you that you see in others? Do you feel like you were critisized a lot as a child? If so, do you feel like this impacts you now?
