This kickoff episode of Little Giants Radio Football Edition gives an update on the start of Waynesboro High School football team's offseason program of 2024. Football edition episodes of Little Giants Radio are hosted by new Strength & Conditioning coach, John Fairbanks, and Head Coach of the Little Giants, Brandon Jarvis. Each week Coach Fairbanks and Jarvis will get together to provide weekly updates on the team, interview players, coaches, alumni and more. Weekly episodes will naturally adjust as "seasons" of the football program move throughout the year - from "Off-Season" workouts of the winter and spring, to "Pre-Season" of the summer, right into "In-Season" games and practices. Expect to hear post-game wrap-ups, Player of the Week interviews, and more. This week's Week 1 episode breaks down the players' progress in the weight room and the increased participation in morning workouts here at the start of the 2024 off-season.
