    2 - Tapestry of Awareness

The shapes and colours of gardens often form a beautiful tapestry. As you observe the visual tapestry around you, it’s possible to recognise the rich tapestry of experiences you have during your day to day life. The intention of this practice is to become aware of this tapestry as a way to bring more interest, enthusiasm and clarity to your life.

In the busyness of our lives, we often move from one task to the next without really paying attention. In this pocket practice, take a moment with Georgie and explore what it feels like to pause and pay attention to where you’re at, arriving in that moment and place.
