In this episode we discuss the importance of creating that social circle of sisters. We discuss Kasley Killam, author of "The Art and Science of Connection" and her concept of 5-3-1. "5-3-1" helps us get and stay connected with others, prevents isolation, and helps us with our overall wellbeing. We also discuss ways to start allowing others into our lives when we may be untrusting or fearful.
