When I was exhausted - I felt what it would feel like to have good energyWhen I was reactive, I felt like peace and happiness felt likeWhen I was anxious and nervous but wanted to do something big - I felt what confident business ownership was. I felt it, became an energetic match for it - and then manifested it into my life. I now have good energy, have peace with my family, and happily own a business I love. it's not perfect but wow does it feel good! I used to spend a lot of time analyzing what was wrong with me "I am depressed because" " I never have energy" I can't open a business because", I don't have consistent energy" "I can't stick with things" but by doing that... i was reinforcing those thoughts - solidifying those truths. One day - I just decided to do it differently. I felt how I wanted my life to feel, saw it, envisioned it, meditated on it, spoke it - all before it was actually here. I manifested it into my life. Here is the deal...suffering is optional, who knows why we're here but we get to decide how want life to go going forward Health, healing, and abundance is available to all.Our brain is POWERFUL and if we stay in that negative feedback loop - that becomes our truth. How GI-MAP Testing Can Uncover The Root Cause of Your Symptoms

How and Why We Test Your Gut Microbiome if it is Imbalanced
When we moved into our home, before we planted our garden - we tested our soil. Why ? Because I had no idea what the health of our soil was , the pH, the nutrients . I needed to get a baseline . Plants need certain nutrients to grow and thrive - and when we got the results - I knew exactly what amendments I needed to add for the soil to be a happy growth medium. CHAKRA SERIES- Healing the ROOT.
Healing the Root. When we buy a home one of the first questions we ask is ...how is the foundation? Why? Because if the foundation is shaky, we risk collapse. Healing our root chakra and our foundation is the same, and necessary for integrated healing. The root is responsible for our right to be here, our basic safety needs being met, nourishment, feeling safe, and overall health and vitality. If you feel like you constantly have a bee in your bonnet, hypervigilant, anxious thoughts, crispy and burnout, and fear spirals and are unable to ground your energy OR feeling like heavy, stuck, I can't get going, rigid boundaries, I have no energy. Then this episode is for you. As humans we are capable of creativity, manifestation, joy, peace, happiness, vitality, and wellness, but in order to get into those elevated states we have to have a foundation that can support us. Healing our root chakra is the first chakra and first level to healing. When the root is healed we feel rooted, grounded, good energy and vitality, we feel safe and capable of handling ANY situation that comes our way. At the end of the day we can't control external factors, but we can control how we show up in the world. You deserve to be here. You are strong. Your body is safe and capable of healing. A lot of times we make empty statements like "I want to eat better" or "I need a new job" but we need to get clear on WHY that is important for you - what would that healthier life look like? I LOVE talking cycle health because most of us women were NEVER educated on it We may have gotten a period talk in 8th grade and shown how to use a tampon, but that's about it. Womp womp. My young girlies used to come into the hospital having no idea what normal was (nor did the hospital residents I worked with) and that transpired into women in there 30's and 40's being diagnosed with endo, PCOS, debilitating period pain, hysterectomies, etc. WHAT GIVES?! That is not our normal and we don't have to live like that. Is Your Illness The Teacher for Your Healing?

I struggled with mental health stuff on and off throughout my early 20's - for me, illness was depression, anxiety, and SI. As I got into further alignment with myself physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually - those heavy symptoms disappeared.
