    Episode 6: A Brain Training Meditation for Riders

    This episode is a little different. Annika leads listeners through a guided visualization exercise designed specifically for riders to enhance focus and positive mindset ahead of your ride. For this episode it is recommended to listen in a quiet place where you can sit or lay down and focus completely on the visualization exercise. Enjoy!
