Fats: Do They Make You Gain Fat?

Do fats make you gain fat?In this episode, I break down the truth about fats in simple language. We cover the difference between fat in food and fat on your body, how insulin works, why some men feel hungry all day, and why the real issue is usually poor food choices, stress, sleep, and low muscle, not eggs or steak. You’ll also learn which fats help, which fats hurt, and how to use food better for fat loss, energy, and insulin sensitivity.

The BEST Training System For Men Over 40

Many men believe they need a full hour to get in shape, but that simply isn't true. This misconception often keeps them from ever starting a fitness routine. The Dense Method offers a different approach. It only requires 10 minutes a day. You simply do the routine at the start of each day. It's designed to be repeatable and sustainable. For example, '10D5' means you do 10 minutes of exercise, performing 5 reps at the start of each minute. This structure helps you stay fresh throughout the workout. You finish strong. You should be able to complete the same routine twice in a row without failing. If you can’t, you probably started too intensely. Start with less intensity than you think you need. If your maximum number of push-ups is 9, don't try to hit 8 or 9 each round.Start at 10D3 (10 minutes, 3 reps per minute). Gradually work your way up as you progress. That's how you make progress without burning out or getting discouraged.

How Chronic Dieting Destroys Your Hormones (And What To Do Instead)

Most men think they’re doing the right thing by eating less, training harder, and staying “disciplined.”But if your energy, sex drive, and confidence are dropping as the scale goes down… something’s off.In this episode, I break down exactly how chronic dieting messes with your hormones from testosterone to thyroid to sleep and why the plan that “gets you lean” might be killing the very signals that make you feel like a man.We cover:• Why your body sees fat loss as a threat• How cortisol and low-carb diets wreck testosterone• The truth about training while under-fuelled• What to change if you want fat loss and strong hormonesIf dieting’s made you feel tired, weak, or flat lately… this is the episode you need to hear.

This One Thing Shuts Testosterone Before Anything Else

If your testosterone is low, the problem usually starts upstream. Before diet. Before training. Before supplements.Stress changes hormone priorities inside the body.In this video, you will learn:• Why testosterone is a safety hormone, not a motivation hormone• How cortisol directly suppresses testosterone production• Why work stress, poor sleep, and under-recovery all count as real stress• Why the body does not separate mental stress from physical stress• How men can eat well and train hard and still shut testosterone down• What needs to change before fat loss and energy come backThis is not about doing less or quitting training. It is about understanding the signal your body is responding to and fixing the order of operations. If you feel flat, wired, tired, or stuck with stubborn belly fat, this will explain why.

What's Secretly Killings Men's Testosterone In Everyday Life

Testosterone levels in men have dropped by up to 50 percent compared to men of the same age in the 1970s.This episode breaks down why that’s happening and why it’s not just age, genetics, or bad luck.Over the last 50 years, men have been exposed to thousands of man-made chemicals that never existed before. Many of them quietly disrupt hormones, fertility, sleep, and energy without most men realising it.In this episode, we cover• Why modern life is crushing testosterone• The everyday products and habits that block hormone signalling• How sleep, stress, and chemical exposure affect the brain to testes connection• Simple changes you can make to protect and rebuild testosterone naturallyThis is not about fear. It’s about awareness, responsibility, and fixing what’s within your control. If you’re training, eating well, and still feel flat, this episode will help you understand why.Follow the podcast for more conversations on men’s health, testosterone, energy, and rebuilding your body naturally.

In today's podcast we talk about science symptoms that your body is telling you and often in the modern world we know the sides and symptoms. What’s Actually Destroying Men’s Testosterone | Ep 5

Low testosterone isn’t just about age. It’s not bad genetics. And it’s rarely fixed with a supplement. In this episode, I break down what’s actually suppressing testosterone in modern men — and why so many feel flat, tired, unmotivated, and weaker than they should. We cover:How chronic stress and high cortisol shut down testosterone productionWhy poor sleep quietly crushes hormonesHow overtraining and under-recovering backfireWhy under-eating and dieting signal scarcity to the bodyHow processed food and inflammation disrupt hormone signallingThe role sunlight and circadian rhythm play in male hormone healthTestosterone isn’t something you force. It’s something your body produces when your environment and habits are aligned. If you’re tired of chasing quick fixes and want to understand how testosterone actually works, this episode will change the way you think about men’s health.

Why ‘Starting Tomorrow’ Is the Biggest Lie You Tell Yourself | Ep 4

Why “Starting Tomorrow” Is the Reason You’re Still StuckMost people don’t fail because they’re lazy. They fail because they keep waiting for the “right time” to start.Monday.Next week.Next month. When life calms down.In this episode, I break down why that mindset keeps people stuck in the same loop year after year — and why real change never starts clean or perfectly planned. We talk about:Why motivation fades faster than people expectHow perfectionism kills momentumWhy habits don’t start big, they start messyThe real reason people can’t stay consistentWhat actually creates momentum that lastsThis isn’t about hype or discipline porn. It’s about understanding how change actually works — and why starting imperfectly beats waiting for the “right time.”If you’ve been telling yourself you’ll start soon, this episode is for you.

Why Most People Are Tired All the Time (And It’s Not Just Sleep) | Ep 3

Most people think feeling tired all the time is normal. They blame age, stress, work, or a lack of motivation. But chronic fatigue isn’t a personality flaw — it’s a signal. In this episode of The Rebuild, we break down why so many people feel exhausted even when they’re eating “well”, sleeping enough, and doing all the right things on paper. You’ll learn:Why energy isn’t created by caffeine, motivation, or willpowerThe three core systems that actually control how much energy your body producesHow blood sugar instability, chronic stress, and poor cellular function quietly drain youWhy most people feel tired even when blood tests look “normal”What actually restores energy instead of masking the problemThis isn’t about grinding harder or pushing through fatigue. It’s about understanding what your body is asking for and fixing the system behind it.If you’re tired of being tired, this episode will change how you see energy completely.

Why Fat Loss Is Not a Calorie Problem | Ep 2

Most people think fat loss is about eating less and moving more. That idea keeps people stuck. In this episode, I break down why fat loss is not just a calorie issue — and what actually controls whether your body burns or stores fat.We cover:Why two people can eat the same calories and get opposite resultsHow stress, sleep, and hormones control fat loss more than food quantityThe role of insulin, cortisol, and thyroid functionWhy chronic dieting slows metabolism over timeHow inflammation and poor recovery block fat lossWhy “eat less, move more” fails long termWhat to fix first before cutting caloriesHow to create a body that wants to burn fat naturallyThis episode is for anyone who’s tried doing everything “right” and still feels stuck.Fat loss is not a math problem. It’s a biology problem. And once you understand that, everything changes.
