    Retro-style boats available for rent on James River

    A new boat rental service is offering the chance to cruise the James River in style. Retro Boat Rentals, part of the Sea Suite Cruises fleet, on June 1 launched a fleet of vintage-style electric boats featuring fins and headlights, retro colors, and chrome details. The classic fiberglass runabout boats (from the 1958-1963 era) were restored and fitted with modern electric motors, according to company officials. The boats can hold a maximum of four people, and no captain's license or boating experience is required to rent them.
