    Don't Eat Your Veggies

If you want to heal your relationship with food, don't eat your veggies. I used to try to health-ify everything I ate, and as I progressed in healing my relationship with food, I started realizing that I wasn't enjoying my food as much as I had hoped. I realized that I didn't have to make every single food more nutritious than it originally is. I didn't have to put spinach in every dish or in all my smoothies. I didn't have to put veggies in every casserole that didn't call for veggies in it. I could eat foods how they are traditionally made - and enjoy them - and have my veggies on the side. My hope for this episode is that it will encourage you to eat the foods that you love, and not healthify them - just allow yourself to enjoy tasty foods, and eat your veggies on the side   Watch on YouTube: https://youtu.be/W3oaHAeMsOU  My Story: https://www.podbean.com/eas/pb-6mrgh-13c0b11     Socials: Instagram - https://instagram.com/imbringinhealthyback?igshid=OGQ5ZDc2ODk2ZA== Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100092549487020&mibextid=LQQJ4d TikTok- @imbringinhealthyback.   Music: Good Times, Patrick Patrikios, YouTube Audio Library
