I presented to my pharmacy school about my most embarrassing moment + secrets to communication: here's what I spilled

I was invited back to my pharmacy school as a guest speaker about patient communication and boy was it an amazing experience! I never would have thought 10 years ago when I had one of my most embarrassing moments in school that some day I would be back in the very same room talking about it, and sharing how this is the thing I'm known for now! If I have any message to share, it's that anyone can improve at the art of the communication, and it's actually the only thing that matters at the end of the day. And who knows, maybe if you work on the thing that brings you the most shame, in 10 years youll be on a stage speaking about it! In todays lecture I scratch the surface on topics like the formula to being charismatic, how to validate others, and the importance of being open minded and allowing yourself to be surprised. how to make the best 1st impression using the research proven 6 "coolest" traits around the world: personal branding exercise

ok this is the coolest research ever ... literally lol! A recent research study shows that cool is cool, no matter where you are and what language you speak. Of course there are more important things in life than being cool, BUT this research shows valuable insight into what humans deem as good/interesting and valuable, and these provide an awesome framework to work off of. Today my friend Dr. Avi Patel (@doctor.avi IG,  ⁨@doctoravi⁩  youtube) joins me to share a story he's never gotten to share about triggers, resentment, the stories we tell ourselves about who we are and ultimately how clarity builds love and respect in friendships, even when we don't agree with each other. My good friend Dr. Haley Schultz (@dr.haley.dds & host of @dentaldownloadpodcast) is here to share the stories of the things she never said!
